Amy and the service team took excellent care of me today. My vehicle was with them for several hours for service and a recall fix. I was impressed with receiving several updates throughout the day. They even finished a little ahead of schedule. Great customer service!

Great place to get our Honda serviced. Laura at the service counter is very friendly and was quick to hook me up with a shuttle ride on a whim after I thought I wouldn't need it. My favorite thing is they send you pictures of stuff that's clearly needs fixed that wasn't discussed at the start. Such personal service. Laura treats me with respect and kindness. She covers every part of my vehicle needs. It s such a welcome change to be with Honda of Casper for my vehicle service. The last place I went to (for nearly ten years) has employees in their service dept. who do not see the benefits of quality customer service. I dreaded every time I had to take my vehicle in. At Honda of Casper, I always feel as though I m a friend returning for a visit.

My car was in a flash flood & I ended up needing work done on my car. I set an appointment, however, I ended up having to reschedule. They made it super easy to reschedule and got me in quickly.I had gotten a call with diagnostics within 2 days and a final quote of the total cost. IIt did take a few weeks to get my car back but that was only because so many parts are on back order or delayed. Everything seems to be fixed with my car, so I think it s safe to say the mechanics did a good job.Laura in the service department was a god send & made the whole process so much easier. She made it easy for my insurance claim to be approved. & she always keeps you informed, and if by chance she doesn t have an answer she will take the time to find one & get back to you.The young man at the front seat in the service department was great as well. He reminded us about the recalls we needed done & explained things thoroughly when we picked up the car. Thank you all! Best Honda Dealership we ve been to.

I had my car in for an oil change today. It took only about 1 hour. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and 30 point comprehensive check. They were professional and friendly.

It is hard to review .Laura the parts service rep was very nice and professional I would give her a 5 . My car was in for a surge engine problem. I was told I needed to do a 100,000 mile maintenance check and would need to have the timing belt replaced and the transmission flushed twice. To a tune of over two thousand dollars. Which is astronomical. I would give your cost a 1 . Then I was told I needed a battery that cost 259.00 , which is twice what it was anywhere else. I would also give this a 1. Then they kept finding things like marker lights needed replaced. Incidentally I told them no I wasn't paying anymore for that. Then I was told 3 seals needed replaced. 2 differential, 1 transfer case, . Luckily the extended warranty covered those and the labor on those. I started feeling like they just kept finding things ,till we told them no ,fix the things we first talked about and seals and battery and give us the car back. You need to also give a 20 percent discount if people pay cash. Which I did because you are charging if they use credit cards, also get your cost on parts and labor under control because your a dealership you charge more because on the transmission flush the dealer has to do it and also the timing belt. So you charge what ever you want. I paid 2700.00 for this which is a ridiculous cost sincerely,Barbara Hourt.

This was my first time taking my hinda pilot to this dealership I was mostly expecting jacked up prices and cheap work. But they were very affordable and great customer service. I love yhe texting while they have your car it's very reassuring.

Laura was very nice when my car wasn't starting and i was gonna be late for my appointment she said just to bring it in when I get it started and I could still take my car in and didn't have to make another appointment and she was helpful and answered my questions

Great service, as usual, but their customer communication application sucked! While our CRV was undergoing its periodic service at the dealership. The dealership sent a text message to my phone with a link which showed we had a small oil leak on the timing belt tensioner cover. The application asked for authorization to fix the problem but also stated the repair would be approximately $560. As the car was less than two years old, I knew the oil leak should be covered by the factory warranty. I contacted the dealership and they agreed. As Honda of Casper service has always been top notch for us and have had the highest integrity, their application should be corrected, pronto.

Had multiple service lights coming on my car. Called and made the appointment to get it in and was even able to get a ride to work and to pick up my car when it was finished. Brad was awesome as always diagnosing and getting the repairs done. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. The costumer service was amazing, how ever my car had been starting just fine before and even at location. But after they had worked on it my vehicle it has been having issues starting, even as we were trying to leave it it was struggling to start.

I was traveling back home and had to stop at the Honda dealing Casper for stitching that had broken on the seat cover of my brand new Passport. I pulled into the service bay at Honda of Casper and Laura had just finished with another customer and asked if I had been helped. I said no and she immediately got to work with a great positive attitude to help me out. She even went beyond helping me with my issue and explained many other questions I had about my new vehicle. I was on a road trip with my wife when I noted that my transmission was low on fluid. This was odd, as I had just had all the fluids changed out by my home Honda dealer before leaving on this trip. I added some transmission fluid myself, but I wanted a professional to check it out before continuing on our trip. I got the contact information of the nearest Honda dealer from my Honda Navigation system. That dealer happened to be Honda of Casper Wyoming. I called them on a Friday morning when I was still about 3 hours away asked if they could get me in to have a look at my car. They were very kind and said bring the car in. We arrived at 2:00 p.m. and they took us right in. The service advisor even made sure my wife was comfortable in the waiting room with water and snacks. Honda of Casper's service technicians performed a Multi-Point Inspection on my car and found that everything looked great except the transmission fluid was low. There were no leaks or any other transmission issues observed. They topped up the transmission fluid, as well as all of the other fluids including the oil and washer fluid. They then gave my car back to us. They refused to take any payment from me for their excellent service, despite my insistence in trying to pay them for at least an oil change. Overall, my experience with Honda of Casper was genuinely great. The service advisor, Ms. Laura F, exemplified what customer service should be. The service technician (Jose M) too was extremely quick, courteous and professional. This reflects well on them both, as well as Honda of Casper. This dealer even gave me a car wash coupon for a free car wash across the street from the dealer, to send me on my journey in a clean Honda. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Honda of Casper. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I have been a loyal Honda customer my whole life, however I had my car in for three weeks and cost thousands of dollars only to be back again for the exact same thing a few months later. on return I was quoted one thing and charged another when I asked why I had to pay diagnostics ($150) again since it was the same issue they said it s required I had a coupon that wasn t honored and was treated poorly. I will be getting repairs and new cars elsewhere. I sure miss MerrillService: Auto engine diagnostic

Had a lot of lights come up on dash including check engine light.(9 total alerts) Took the vehicle in they figured out what the problem was but the Honda parts were 2 months out. I found Honda parts on the east coast and had them flown in to town a few days later. They were able to fit me into their schedule for the work to be done. All accomplished in 1 business week. Greatly appreciated because I had a long road trip planned for that next week and the vehicle was not running correct before the fix.
