Really friendly environment. These 2 employees were absolutely the best, Zach B (sales) answered every question we had on the Jeep Rubicon we were interested in with knowledge and expertise. Chris (finance) did an excellent job finding us a lower interest rate then originally quoted. It's nice to have people that care about their customers. Thank you both for the enjoyable experience with our purchase.

Had an issue with the heated steering wheel and took it to Fremont for warranty work. Kristen, my service advisor got me all checked in quickly. I received a call a few hours into the job and they found the issue and ordered the parts. I picked up my truck and had a few check engine codes and lights come on that were not there before. Took it back and technician Jamie O immediately. He got on it, stayed late, replaced one of the parts needed and got me on the road before a long trip I was taking in a few days. Now everything works and I really appreciate his expertise and willingness to get me going. Thank you all!

Randall did a fantastic job with helping us purchase our vehicle. Had an appointment with him and he brought the vehicle inside the night before so we could look at the vehicle out of the wind and cold. Great customer service! Well worth the drive from Gillette.

Randy was amazing to work with. My husband and I weren't planning to buy a new car, but as life goes we found ourselves in need of one rather unexpectedly and we drove up from Laramie to shop at Fremont Motor. Randy was so great in helping us find exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price. He was very responsive, easy to work with, and a joy to get to know. When financing got tough, he worked hard on our behalf and made sure that we left the lot comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. One thing that he said to me was, "This is my community. I want to be able to see your parents in Walmart and shake their hand, not look away." I knew after this comment that he was someone that I could trust. I could not recommend Fremont Motor or Randy more.

Shay, is undoubtedly the best salesperson I've ever experienced. Very friendly and professional. I've bought several high end Dodge Rams/Jeep Rubicon from Fremont. I had a good experience buying my used Jeep Wrangler from your staff( Adaya and Newt). They were very friendly and informative on the buying process. Not pushy and they helped me decide and execute my purchase. I've been doing business with Fremont Mtr's at the Lander store since the early 80's and have long enjoyed a business relationship with them.

I worked with Patrick Durtsche and he is absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process and I wasn t even fully truck shopping. We looked at different pickups to find the right fit and this man did it with all the needed terms I wanted. Absolutely enjoyed working with him and the Casper location.

Shania was absolutely amazing! My fiancee and I went in with not a lot of hope, and she helped us get him into his dream truck! It was never I don t think we can do that and always we ll see what we can do or we ll get this all figured out and worked out. No need to stress . She is so incredibly sweet and professional. We would gladly have her help us again!

Had me remove a review and assured me they d fix my new car, fast forward 3 months I finally get my car back and the issue is still here. Fremont is a certified scammer not to mention every rental I got in the three month span was faulty. When I got my car back the wheel almost fell of the same week due to loose lug nuts and they tried to say I had to bring it in after 50 miles but I didn t even move it 10 miles they also over extended my hood strut so now my hood will not stay up contacted them about that as well and guess what? Radio silence, and the part is 100 bucks yeah no thanks. Don t shop at Fremont they sure as hell lost me as a future customer.

When shopping for a new/used truck, Randy was wonderful to work with. When we drove down from Kaycee the truck was waiting for us. Randy addressed all the issues we had and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Randy at Fremont Motors in Casper.

Bought a 2020 Ram 3500 here and have had nothing but problems with the truck!! They say everything is still under warranty, but every time it goes into their shop it costs me $360-$750!!! Even the Free Oil Changes aren t free!! After I get rid of this LEMON they sold me it will be the LAST time I deal with this dealership!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Adya at Fremont Motors was amazing to work with, and she made sure I left 100% in love with my Nissan Pathfinder! She got me the best deal, highest trade-in value, and even got me a gift basket! I recently went to fremont to trade in my vehicle. I wasn't super pleased with my previous experience there, but decided to give them another shot. Marcus was extremely helpful and patient with me on choosing a new vehicle. I can honestly say that he went above and beyond. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be looking for Marcus next time I am in need of a new vehicle.

I worked with Patrick Durtsche and he was phenomenal! He answered all of my question and was very diligent in working through the road blocks I had and provided uniquely catered solutions. If your in need of a vehicle he is your guy. You will not be disappointed. He wasn't forceful or pushy. A great salesman to work with. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with an honest car salesman

Patrick Durtsche Is an all star and has a great and friendly attitude.I had decided to trade my truck in over the holiday weekend not thinking that dealer ship could possible be closed. When I pulled into parking lot I was shocked to see Patrick come out and asked if I was looking to buy. I was super stocked that he was there and he was amazing especially be there by himself. Patrick has the drive and work ethic you don t see very much any more. Patrick did a great job at helping me get the jeep I wanted and the whole time doing paperwork he was so easy to talk to and he was caring and not pushy like most sales reps are.Patrick is hands down the best sales rep I have worked with on purchasing a vehicle definitely will be my go to guy.Patrick if you see this keep up the great work and thank you for all your help this weekend.The one thing I would say that I disliked that the stickers are not all hanging in the windows on the vehicles. There was a Black widow jeep I was looking at and was very interested in getting until Patrick told me the actually price.The only tag I seen said 29000.00 and I thought dang that s a great deal.but come to find out that was just the add ons and the vehicle is worth 90000.00 altogether. That is just a ridiculous amount of money and who could afford that now a days.That is just way over priced and I bet that jeep will sit in the lot for a while. But to top it off I give the credit to Patrick because he found me another Jeep that was in my price range and that I could afford and I liked huge thumbs up to this guy. He is awesome.
