Traveling from Texas to Montana has been rough on the car. Thermostat water inlet ended up cracking, the team at Firestone Casper did a pressure test, figured out the broken part, explained everything and had it freighted in! Their pricing stayed true to the end and didn t break the bank fortunately. Thanks to these awesome dudes!

Add me to the list of customers who have been sent away in an unsafe vehicle. Firestone gave me new brakes. Mind you I wasn't having trouble, I just thought at 114,000 I should have them checked. Not only did I pay about $200 over what others would charge ( I found out later), I got brakes that squealed when braking during backing up. When I took the vehicle back to have them checked they didn't check the brakes, but quoted me for a new drive train, they said was doing the squealing. 1900.00! I ended up getting a genuine Ford part for less then 700.00 and put in less then 40 minutes. After I took the vehicle back to have them, to check the brakes again. They said they would give me a whole new set. "A better set". After getting the vehicle back after a whole week and many excuses on why it was taking soooo long. My brakes were actually worse and barely stopping the vehicle. For the safety of my daughter who drives the vehicle I had to take the vehicle to a different company. They lost my business and that of my work vehicle. I would never go there again. Nice guys, but a waste of time and money, not to mention, them putting my family's life's at risk with bad brakes.

I went in today for an oil change and they informed me that I needed new tires as well. They even showed me the tires. I really appreciate the hard work that both of gentleman that was there. Especially Joe he went out of his way to help me find the best deal I could possibly get. I really appreciate their honesty and workmanship. They do get busy. Consider dropping your car off and picking it up later. If you do have to wait, be forewarned that their Direct TV doesn't have any sports channels to watch while you wait.

Had them do an alignment on my truck in 2020. I Did not have any problems with my truck prior to that. Just wanted to make sure it was all good and stay on top of things. Immediately afterwards my truck started pulling to the right and vibrate. I have had issues with it ever since to that day, they have Re-aligned it several times since then, and can't get it right. I have had to put 6 sets of front tires on my truck because of this. And now have had to take my Truck elsewhere to have it re-aligned. Coasting me even more money.The manager told me he would pay for 1 out of the 12 tires I have had to replace because of this. And keeps telling me every time I go in that the corporate office has sent a check. But I have yet to see one. Aug 21, 2023. I gave this a 1 star because I had to, so I could post. I highly recommend not using this place and going somewhere else.Service: Wheel alignment

Saved our day!! We were driving through Casper and this Firestone was the only mechanic shop willing to help. Jason, the area manager, was more than generous. Had a new radiator, hoses, thermostat and water pump installed. I drove 200 miles after the repairs were completed and the car overheated.I tried calling, it was around 5:20pm and nobody answered the phone.I called several times and one time someone picked up and then hung the phone up.Luckily I was towed the the nearest town, for free. I bought antifreeze at the Walmart and purchased a new radiator cap at O'Riley auto parts.Stayed the night in the Walmart parking lot and checked the car again in the morning.After replacing the cap all seemed to work again.Damn shame that wasn't replaced at Firestone in Casper. The whole ordeal delayed me from going back to work.I would not use the Casper Firestone services again.

Unexpected brake issues when visiting family. Easy online same day appointments and joe had us back on the road same day with new rotors and pads. Plus it wasn t anymore expensive than my home town mechanic!

I took my car in at 4 pm the night before my appt, filed out paperwork, and left key. I called at 10:30 to see what the status of my car was. They had lost the work order overnight and had no idea who's vehicle they had or what to do with it. I had an appt, but it showed a 'no show'. I had told them at the time of making the appt, and when I dropped it off that we were headed out of town and needed the car by noon. At this point, they put a rush on it and it was done at 12:10. I've been going here for almost 30 years and this was a hard one to take, but they did ultimately come through and got it done.

Had an appointment online. Got there. Wasn't in their system. Whatever. Go through the process to be told the price it said online was wrong. Laughed and said it was 210. No thanks. Went to another place. Got it in the same day within an hour. 100 bucks. Wouldn't have had a problem paying the 210 if the guy wouldn't have laughed at me.

Amazing! I just got my Subaru earlier this year and it was time for an oil change. I've never taken my car in before, but I was away from home, on my way to college. I looked online at several places. The 3.8 star rating made me nervous but when I went to their online website, it was very helpful. Unlike others around Casper, their website allowed me to schedule an appointment online without calling in *on the same day an hour later* plus they had a section where I fill out my make and model and see what kind of oil I need. When I got there, it was super straight forward. I walked in and a man peaked his head through the door to the shop to let me know someone would be right with me. A few minutes later, Sean came out and got me squared away. 45 minutes later, it was complete. I came in after they called me that my car was ready and we went over the paperwork. I'm not sure of this guys name but he was very helpful also. He explained what certain things meant on the paper he handed me (like that my tires were at an 8, who knew!)I'll definitely be back if Im in the area. The only downfall is lack of parking and it was a pretty busy area so I had to park farther away. Didn't bother me much, but someone whose elderly or handicapped might have trough with the one spot.

I ordered tires to be delivered & installed by Firestone. Once I received delivery confirmation, I called Firestone scheduling a time. I was able to get my new tires installed the next day early afternoon. Employees were very friendly & helpful. I let the Firestone employees know I wanted to keep the tires being removed . They removed & bagged my current tires & labeling them accordingly. Techs even checked all my fluids, function tested battery, checked brake pads & cleaned my windshield & loaded tires I kept into my vehicle. Being I'm physically disabled, I greatly appreciated the excellent service! Casper Firestone earned another customer

These guys are always kind and quick to help me out. Walked in and had new tires two and a half hours later. Ended up with a nail in one, they worked me in on a busy day and got it fixed, right then and there. I rely on my car for my job all day long, and these guys have kept me rolling. Thank you!!

Eric provided great customer service. I dropped my car off and they called promptly when finished and let me pick it up later that afternoon when my schedule allowed. The last place I used was very unsatisfactory and am glad to have found a new place to go! I recommended them to my family as well who was looking for an alternate location here in Casper,

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, I had also requested that they look into the heating system in my car as it has been going on and off lately and the employee on the phone said that they could and that they would do a multi point inspection for me as well. I also confirmed this upon dropping it off. When they called me, they simply told me that my car was ready for pick up. I then asked if they had looked into my heating system and they had no idea what I was talking about. He then told me that they weren t able to do this as they "didn't have the technology". Then I has to ask if they completed the multi point inspection and all the manager on the phone said was, "yes". I then had to ask him if they could provide me with information regarding any issues they found or whether or not it looked good. He then listed off multiple issues that he recommended getting checked out.All I can say is that I wasted my time taking my car here and that the customer service is absolutely terrible. They just wanted my money for the oil changed and knew they couldn t properly do what I was asking them to, so they lied and said they could so that they could take my money.UPDATE -I was told someone from the store would contact me within 48 hours, It took 4 days. The person who I spoke to was unhelpful and offered no apology. They asked me, "what would you like us to do" and I replied "you tell me, I'm not the one that runs the business" and they replied "at this point, there's nothing we can do".Why contact me if there's nothing you can do and you don't even want to apologize? Extremely disappointing customer service.

I was inside the firestone calling it and still couldn't get the manager to come to the desk.When I finally got his attention. He was talking with two employees and a customer. behind the glass area. Where no customers are allowed. All I wanted was my tire checked for a leak. Last Friday same tire needed air. Manger said air compressor was down at 4pm in the afternoon. Bought 4 tires there. Overcharged for outdated tires.Will never go there again.

Jamie had the absolute worst customer service period. No knowledge of the shops capabilities and beyond rude. Will not do business with this company again. I needed to buy snow tires. They recommended the same tire I had done some research on and believed would be the best fit for my car. They also informed me that to make these tires last I would need to get a different set for regular seasons, this was something I did not know. They were fast and extremely helpful. I will be coming back for sure.

I took my truck in for an alignment and oil change. The guys at Firestone identified problems with my vehicle that I was not aware of.These issues would've prevented me from driving safely, and I needed to get to Denver to make a flight the next day. These guys stayed late to fix my truck.Can't overstate how awesome this Firestone location and it's employees are!
