Did a great job on sales. I purchased a teanaue. The installation was a little off, dug into the plastic on the bed and had to take my side rails off. But happy so far.

Ordered shocks through them. I was unable to afford having them install them. Turns out the rear shocks were to long, I of course threw away packaging after I installed them, assuming they were the right part. They were not.They will not refund the money without packaging. So I am out $146, and still need new shocks on my truck. They obviously are not as knowledgeable as they should be.You are incorrect, I did not supply you with the lift height, your salesperson established that, and then ordered shocks for what they established. you are correct that I made the mistake of throwing the packaging away. The shocks that I pulled off did match the ones ordered in size, the previous owner made the same mistake in sizing the shocks. Your associate stated that oem shocks will fit with the lift I have on the day I picked the new shocks. I verified this through fabtech today. The thing is oem sized shocks where not ordered. That is not my mistake. Have a great day I will not be recommending your services to any one.

Fixed what needed fixed, but sort of reluctantly looked at a couple of additional items I had questions about. I purchased an A.R.E. topper for my pickup. Had it initially installed in late July. However, a couple of accessory items did not arrive with the original topper. On back-order. So I went back today for installation of those items. Just a bit disappointed in their lack of interest in hearing my concerns. But all seems to be working as it should now, so hoping I won't need to return.

I made an appointment to have my truck bed topper fixed after another outfit installed it. I was was quoted $50 to fix. After Extreme fixed it, they did not charge me and started it was an easy fix. They could have easily take my $50, but their customer service is great. Thank you!

Purchased a tool box for my pickup truck bed. Sales was friendly. The install is crooked. It's not centered, one side is closer to the cab than the other, and since they couldn't find the mfgr install hardware they just used self tapping bolts. I'd recommend DIY-ing your stuff purchased here.

My daughter took her truck in to have a lift kit put on her truck the quote said 10.5 hrs they had the truck a total of 14.5 hours and then charged her 24 hrs of labor. When she picked up the truck they said it was more cause get this a 2011 Ford truck had rusty bolts. Then looking at the receipt we figure it was a simple fix it was just a typo 24 instead of 14 simple mistake. But no when she went in today to talk to them about it Hannah said the mechanic changed the hours. He came out was totally rude and again complained of rusty bolt on again a 2011 truck . He hollered at Hannah he would go down to 18 hours and he was done with it. Still he only had the truck for at the best 14.5 hrs that s not taking no lunch breaks. So just so everyone is aware this mechanic feels he can charge you hours even if he didn t have the truck in his possession that long. I truly feel because my daughter was a woman he feels he is just in taking advantage of her. Not only did he charge her 1300.00 more than the quote when she picked it the tires was rubbing he told her and I Quote That s the nature of the beast I did what I could do,

Perfect work! Tonneau cover removed, rhino lining applied and tonneau cover replace. Nice work! Customer service was on target listening to my pre-work anxiety. I'm a very happy customer!

Wanted to get Halo headlights installed on my Jeep Wrangler and had asked if they could tap into the parking lights to achieve DRL. Also these Halo headlights came with the wiring for amber turn signals that I had ordered. I picked up the truck and paid for it because I had to go back to work and I should have checked it before I left. They installed the headlights and tapped into the parking lights but they had snipped off the amber turn signal lights rather than hooking them up. Luckily I was able to fix it and rewire the amber turn signals myself. The funny thing was I redid the DRL and ran it to the fuse box but the whole process took me roughly an hour and a half. They only did one third of the work that I did and for some reason it cost me $300 and took them three hours to do. Mind you I'm not an expert or very good at mechanical or wiring but these guys are supposed to be good at what they do and a novice like me had to fix their mess up and got it done faster by myself in half the time. I would call for a refund at this point but I doubt that I would get anywhere. Other than that the front desk and service are very friendly and very helpful about working around my schedule to get my vehicle worked on and that's what is keeping this place from getting a 1 star. Will not bring my vehicle back for any kind of wiring.

I bought a pair of front springs that I couldn't compress to get onto my new Bilsteins to save my life so I took it to Extreme Truck Outfitters and they assembled them for me. Amazing work and incredible price! Great job!

I attempted to navigate their website to find a rear bumper for my pickup. Their website is a joke! Hardly works at all and is not mobile phone compatible. I would love to support a local business. But cannot even look at their products because of the terrible website.

Was quoted one price for a hitch which included shipping. Hitch showed up and it was $50 more. They said it was because it sourced from a different warehouse. Brought up that I was quoted a different price and was told, it shipped from a different warehouse. Not my problem where it was shipped from. Very poor communication letting me know the price would be different. Won t buy anything from them again.

Only 4 stars due to today being my initial visit to the business. I spoke with a cordial, knowledgeable technician while ordering parts this morning. Harrison was most helpful and courteous while helping me through some technical decisions. I will definitely revisit the business.Recommended.

Shops like this. Is what keeps online businesses thriving! Would give no stars if it was an option! Spend your money locally they say. I say I would love to! I tried! They didn't want it! So the heck with them!

One star. Let's see, I have an older truck and can't find anything for it when doing online shopping at their site.Call in, rings five times and goes to an answering machine DURING BUSINESS HOURS EVERYTIME!!All I want is a grill guard for a 92 Chevy Silverado

I have been here 3 times. First time they let me know they could order the parts, so can I. Second time the young lady behind the counter was clueless. Third time they closed at 5, I guess they don't think their customers work. Not going back. If your looking for parts or work a suggest going somewhere else, too much of a pain.

Had a new truck (less than 150 miles on it) Rhino Lined and an ARE cap installed. My black interior was trashed with mud and dirt. Nuts and washers were found in the bed. The high brake light did not work due to improper wiring which shorted out causing the lighting to fail on the truck also. A razor blade was found glued to the rear bumper. Only thing I recommend is to avoid this establishment.

Extreme Truck Outfitters installed an A.R.E. CX HD topper and a Bedrug on my brand new '16 Tacoma. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner, and all employees were courteous. I would do business with them again.

They have a HUGE markup on products, but they are always super friendly and helpful. They sell quality products and have reasonable installation fees.

Your website states you open at 8:00am on Saturdays. I drove to your store and your sign in the widow states you open at 10:00am. Obviously it's 10, you can't change your website and you want my business?
