Having just moved to the area to start a new job, my car was accidentally hit overnight while parked. Very grateful that there is a Caliber Collision in Casper and even more grateful for the people that work there. The process was extremely easy and the repair work was top notch. Dawn and Jeana in the office were fantastic to work with; they were extremely helpful in making the process as easy as possible, as well as very quick to communicate the status of both the repair work and where the insurance claim stood. The repair work was extremely well done and very happy with the results.Having your car repaired is never a fun thing but if I ever have any future needs, this will be the place I go to.

The Casper Caliber Collision Crew is wonderful! Everyone (Miss. Grace, Miss. Dawn, and Miss Jeana) I had interactions with greeted me with a smile, were kind, and incredibly helpful! The guys (Darren and Peter) behind the scenes must be just as amazing because my car was returned better than I could have imagined.

My wife took her Honda Pilot to Caliber and they did a GREAT job on her tailgate. It looks brand new. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had to take the car in twice because one of the parts wasn't in, but it was no big deal. Highly recommend them to anyone in near Casper.

I absolutely LOVE and trust this place! I have taken both my husband s truck and my suburban there for repairs. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and the best of all communicable. You know how when you use someone you shouldn t have . And your fixed vehicle comes back to you with issues that should ve been fixed when it was repaired?? Not here! The work surpasses any experiences I ve had in Casper. We refer our friends here too! It never fails that they have had similar experiences and end up disappointed, like we have, with other shops .then they take their vehicle to Caliber and I mean it BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! What a great job this place does!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so happy with the service I received from caliber! Wrecking my brand new car was just an emotional blow but caliber did everything in their power to give me peace of mind throughout the entire process. They kept me updated even down to the tiniest detail. They explained everything so throughly and my car came back more beautiful then how I bought it. Huge shoutouts to the men who worked on my car tirelessly and the women up front who kept me updated. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I couldn t be more happier!

My vehicle took a month but that was because of delay on parts. Staff was amazing. Dawn at the front desk was always pleasant. Gina handled most of the communications and was amazing!

After hail caused $15,000 worth of damage to my ram 2500 Caliber was able to get me in for repair within 30 days while all other shops in the area were backed up 4-6 months. I would always rather prefer a job be done right and not rushed and that s exactly what I got. I had trouble with insurance only paying for so long for the rental (insurances fault, none of this had to do with the shop) and with the difficulty getting parts had to do without a rental for a few weeks but the shop went out of their way to make sure that my truck was delivered to my driveway upon completion rather than me trying to figure out a ride to Casper. This level of customer service, pride in their work, and attention to detail is unheard of in today s world and unparalleled by any other shop in the area. I have a 1989 suburban that needs some out of pocket body work and paint on cancer rust spots and I know exactly where I will be bringing that truck when I am ready. If I ever need body work again I know exactly where my vehicles will be entrusted to.

I had severe hail damage to me GMC Truck from a tornado 30 miles north of Casper. Caliber provided an estimate for my insurance claim adjuster and repaired my truck very quickly. Caliber worked directly with the adjuster expediting the insurance claim and repairs.The people at Caliber were great to work with. They kept me informed and courteous. The finished work was great. My truck looked like new. This was the second time the people did some work for me before and I was very satisfied with their work.The time from when I reported the damage to when I picked up my truck was a short time and quality work. I talked with other people that have hail damage. One person can't get his vehicle into his shop until January.

I was visiting my family in Casper WY and got into an accident and Caliber Collision was recommended to me. The general manager Boomer Key was kind, helpful and knowledgeable and put me at ease. I highly recommend this location if anyone needs auto body repairs.

From beginning to end, I was very impressed with Caliber Collision. Grace looked at my car and explained all the phases needed to repair it. She even showed me a little trick to find out what type of metal certain parts of my car or made of. The estimate was fair compared to other estimates I received. The lobby was clean. Water was available while I waited for my estimate. Even the chairs were comfortable. All the employees are super friendly and treat each other and customers with respect. My car was repaired in one week and came back in better shape. I even received aftercare instructions about cleaning and waxing so the paint has time to dry properly. Thank you Caliber Collision.

I got rear ended a couple weeks ago in my F150, caliber was able to get me in within a couple days after, get me a quote and be able to get my truck in right away. They were able to finish my truck a week before it was supposed to be. Once I got my truck back it looked better then I bought it! Their professionalism and work has gone beyond customer service! They did an excellent job with how much repairs they needed to do, the paint look amazing, the reconstruction, the work! They show a lot of pride in their work! Thank you so much to the techs and front office for all the help! Highly recommend and will be seeing them again!

Not as good as it used to be. Insurance and employee were not on the same page. Had to wait extra for part to be ordered, staff did not seem concerned how much a hassle it became. Then my finished product was dirty with opoxy smeared on the car.

Caliber collision went above and beyond on my car. The guys did such an amazing job to make it look like it was brand new as if nothing ever happened! Caliber went above and beyond to get me back in my Yukon again. I was devastated after my wreck. They were the only shop in town who said We can look at it today. Other places in town told me 1 month or more just for an estimate! The repairs and body work only took Caliber a month! They immediately did a tear down and ordered parts. Everywhere else quoted me 3 or more months. My Yukon looks and feels brand new. The paint job and body work is top notch! I couldn t be more grateful for this group of people. Thank you all !!!

Was able to get my car in very quickly after an accident, and after it was fixed I only had a small issue with a blinker that was fixed immediately after. The team put excellent effort into the car and let me know every step of the process including any additional costs for special parts and paint. Amazing shop and would definitely go back if I had more issues.

My truck was hit while parked in front of my house one morning. The truck took some rear end damage and needed repaired. Long story short I was given 3 choices for repair shops by the insurance company and I picked Caliber Collision in Casper Wyoming. Very friendly, informative with weekly updates while working on my vehicle and had it done in the time frame I needed
