C&J Auto Repair is now my favorite shop. I was a drive-in customer. They were able to fix my issue right away and were very generous with the bill. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service! They made my day. I ll definitely go to C&Js for the next work I need.

I was charged 1000 dollars to get a tie rod and wheel bearing replaced and alignment. Later I was told by another mechanic/friend that there were no new parts and the alignment was really off and probably had not even been done. I didnt trust this outfit so I wrote it off as a loss and realize that, because I is am a woman, the guy thought it was acceptable to rip me off and not provide parts or service yet charge me. I had no choice but to pay it because i wanted my car back but i will tell everyone I meet NOT to patronize this place. They are not trustworthy or honest and thats a sad thing.

I've been going to C&J Auto for many years. In all this time, they always seem to find the problem and fix it! They generally show me the part they replaced and explain what they did. They always get my car in, in a timely manner and it's an easy experience. Mark always calls me to let me know when it's done (something many shops do not do), and he tells me the price on the phone! I research cost of parts and their prices are always reasonable. I appreciate that. Mark is personable and accommodating in every way possible. I've had bad experiences with other shops, but never with C&J Auto, so they will be my 'go to' mechanic for as long as they're reliable.

The fella at C&J Auto Repair seems to have done good work in a timely fashion. Im new to town and have driven passed the place on the busy Beverly St roadway many times wondering about it's services.... Today was the day I would find out .....Not much conversation needed as this was a typical oil change. I don't wonder if he did this or did that but I get the feeling he did what was required. I called on a Friday at 315 pm and lined up the oil change. I called other auto service businesses before this place and they all seemed to be booked until closing or just wanted to be done for the day. I was the only customer at C & J but I was fine with that. I walked over to the gas station next door to grab a drink and then returned. Two youtube videos later I was getting my receipt and ready to drive again. The mileage sticker was on my windshield and the maintenance reminder on my dash was cleared. All tires seemed to be evenly pressured and I was riding a bit smoother. What more can I ask for near closing on a Friday from one fella at a shop? I'd definitely return to this place. The signs on the wall in the office said all I needed to develop, or rather, put to rest....any assumptions or expectations. I like places like this. Thanks C&J dude!

Their oil change service was good and they got me in right away without an appointment. Great follow up and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, as a non-smoker, I had a tough time with the smell inside the building while waiting for my van's oil change. Just a heads up for those who are sensitive to second-hand smoke.

Absolutely love this place. They have outstanding communication skills. I always know what is beng worked on with my car and nothing is done without complete consent. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Very quick service with no gimmicks. Prices don't break the bank. Ask for Mark he will take excellent care of you.

Never preform any work without running it by you first. To the point explanations helping you to understand what exactly might be wrong. Goes to great lengths to beat even their own quoted price. They stand by their work and treat the customer as if they might have a clue. It's nice to feel as though you are not being taken for a ride!!

Honest, Reasonable and Done Right. This is the place to go if you want your car diagnosed, serviced or repaired correctly, the first time, for a FAIR price. If they can't fix it they'll refer you to the right shop to do the work, rather than try to do unfamiliar specialty work.I've been using them for several years.This is not a dealership or fancy shop, but they get the job done right.When another automotive shop in town tried to rip me of to the tune of almost $3000, C&J Auto went through my car with a fine tooth comb and reassured me NONE of the items the other shop insisted I repair immediately, were wrong. C&J saved me a fortune, and I am very grateful for it!

Total rip off they overcharged, didnt fix the problem that they were instructed to fix. Just disconnected the battery so service engine light would go off for the next 50 miles and let us drive away into a dangerous situation which caused more problems to occur with car in the long run. We broke down right as we entered town and right at closing time. These guys took us as a walk in and fixed our vehicle faster then the estimated time. Super friendly and very professional. God forbid we brake down in Casper again but if we do I know exactly where we are going.

These chaps have always been helpful. My son in law from Iowa had a mechanical failure on his vaca here. C&J got him right in and fixed. Was an overnight job, but they were very accommodating for he and my daughter here on vaca. Thanks Mark and the troops!!!!

Called to ask about service on a vehicle. The phone was answered by someone who clearly shouldn't be interacting with customers, who was extremely unprofessional and flat out rude. Asking a potential customer "What do you want?" in a condescending tone isn't usually the greatest for business, just a heads up.

These guys helped me last minute. I didn t get to take the trip I had planned but they fixed what someone else had broken.I took a day trip and everything held together, so! All in all: I m comfortable taking the trip I missed later.Thanks Guys!

My vehicle has broke down 4 times every time ive taken it there and they still didnt fix it! and they dont look at what you ask them to!

Brought my car in for squeaking, grinding brakes. $510 later I still have the same problem. They replaced my rear brakes when I told them it was my front. I will never return.
