Got my phone repaired 4 months ago. Started distorting my screen. Then screen completely stopped working. Took it in to another phone guy. Told me they used a faulty aftermarket screen that was 100 dollars cheaper then they charged me. Parts missing from my camera and over charged me getting my phone redone this go around costed me almost a 100 less then what they charged me and that included the missing parts.

Not once, but twice tried to order a new key for my truck. Both times was told my order was canceled and never reordered. Never called or told was problem.Went to Ace hardware. They had the key in stock and cheaper. Would definitely not go back.

Went in with a screen digitizer purchased from a third party for a $60 repair and my OLED screen was destroyed before they even removed the original digitizer. Offer to rectify- a replacement they had in stock for $350.... Will update review with pictures.

Excellent, friendly service. Phone screen that I needed was in stock and ready to go. The tech gave me a small discount because of the quote he gave over the phone, just because he forgot the tax in the quote. The work was quality and my phone was back up and running in just 1 hour. I'll be a return customer for sure!

I needed a new key for my GMC.I had tried to get one in a number of places. It turns out the key had a chip in it, and it would need to be programed for the ArcadiaI recently got. The Staff was very helpful and in about 20 minutesHad me all fixed up. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took good care of me. Bonus was my GMC hadRemote start, and they showed me how to use it. Good place to get trusted work done for a reasonable price.

These guys are awesome and so very knowledgeable! They went above and beyond for me. Nick helped me save the last voice-mail from my grandma who just recently passed away. As horrible and painful it was to lose her. I thought I had lost the last voice-mail when I dropped my phone and it cracked and ruined my phone's screen, the only way I can ever hear her voice again. He help get it back for me. He was very compassionate of how upset I was. Him and his crew Kiefer and Seth worked together to make sure that it was saved in a place where even if something happens to my phone again, I will always have her voice. Thank you guys!!! That voice-mail I cherish and how kind you guys have been to me means so much to me! I can't even explain how great full I am!!! Thank you Nick, Kiefer and Seth!

I acquired 2 laptops without a charger . I went to Batteries+ and Nick greeted us as we walked in. Nick was very helpful and went the extra mile to find a cord that works. He gave us a lot of helpful information too. He won us as customers for his great service.

Friendly customer service. Fair pricing. Brought my phone in for repairs. They took my phone walk-in no appointment. It was done a couple hours later with a screen replacement and a new charger port/headphone jack. Would highly recommend.

Made an appointment to program key fobs, had one that needed programmed and needed a new one. When my husband dropped it off, Nick was a little confused despite it only being a few days since he made the appointment. When my husband picks up the car, the key fob doesn't work and Nick's answer was sorry, that will be $50. No disclosure prior that there would be a charge if it didn't work, no review of chances of it working, no apology for it not working, no explanation about why there was still a charge. Just a "yeah that sucks" and that was it. Excellent reviews, much cheaper than a dealership but customer service left a very bad taste in our mouth.

Batteries Plus+ in Casper did a fast, efficient job replacing my daughter's iPhone screen for a reasonable price AND they provided a 6 month warranty. We also bought a screen protector from them and they installed it for us!Overall great experience. Oh, and they have pretty much every battery you could ever need.

Customer service was great. Made an online appointment for iphone battery replacement and showed up 3 hours early. They already had my order ready to go and it only took 20 minutes for them to replace. It s only been 2 days, but the battery life is so much better. It used to die 3 hours into the day, but now holds a charge all day with a full charge before bed the night before. Thank you!

Their stock is amazing, even car batteries! The two gentlemen were very helpful and found the information on an after market key remote that I had not found in several large stores. Well worth stopping by!!

Great customer service. They gave me a new battery, even though my failing old one was slightly out of warranty. Boss, Dave? was called on his day off and said "give him a new battery, I'll try to figure out the warranty paperwork later " Great work guys! I have bought several deep cycles from them and will continue to use them for my battery needs! By the way, my other batteries from them have been great. Replaced troublesome Interstate battery in boat with their high end gel, deep cycle, and it has been super.

This place is awesome! Who knew you could get an iPhone screen replaced in Casper? Anyway, these guys did it! My daughter accidentally dropped her iPhone 7 and we thought we d have to get a new phone. The Verizon guy referred us to Batteries + Bulbs (Thank you, Verizon guy) and I m so glad they did. Now we have a working iPhone again! They were friendly and courteous, too. Definitely recommended!

The personal were great very nice and knowledgeable ppl they helped me switch all my lights to led to save me some money showed me the difference of all of them and got my note 5 fixed there even got some money taken off because I got my battery and screen fixed all at once. All around great experience and will recommend them to any one.

Mike replaced my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Screen within an hour, and I couldn't be happier with his precision work! I was on a long road trip and needed a quick turnaround, and the guys at the local Casper, WY Batteries + Bulbs made me feel totally taken care of! Highly Recommended!

My Galaxy S10 plus suddenly went black. I couldn't turn it on, off, charge, or anything. I hadn't backed up all my stuff (I don't suggest that) and didn't want to file a claim for a new phone and lose everything. So I took it to Kenny at Batteries and Bulbs and $31.00 later, my phone was back to normal and when I told him how thankful I was he said, well then just tell your friends. And so I am. You won't be sorry and you won't have to pay the deductible on your asurian and lose all your stuff just to get a refurbished phone anyway!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this business. Dave and his crew are knowledge, caring, and professional. Anything needed to give power, Batteries Plus seems to have it, or can find a way to have it. They are my first recommendation for anyone who needs screens on cell phones replaced or is looking for quality products for around their home.

I had the batteries replaced in my Nissan Rogue key fobs. The Batteries + Bulbs staff was professional and friendly, the service was super fast, and it was MUCH cheaper than I had expected. Win/Win/Win

I would Highly Recommend this Business, I brought my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in to have the screen replaced and back replaced and I now have a Brand new Phone and they Applied a Liquid screen protector they surpassed my Expectations in every way !
