BEST TIRE SHOP EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I communicated with several of the friendly staff before deciding to order tires ,the owner of this shop even went as far as to contact people high in the food chain of his tire distribution to ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner so I wouldn't have to pay shipping ! That is above and beyond ! They worked around my schedule to get them installed,with excellent communication the entire time . As far as the installation,I was unable to finish a 12 oz coffee from start to finish! This team of absolute rock star tire technicians and businesses owners are the example that every shop in the industry should strive to be like . Excellent service, unbeatable value, knowledgeable techs and staff,great products ,all at a very fair competitive price with service after the sale ! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !

If you want good service, price, and quality and want to support a local business A1 is the place for you! We ve gotten tires for several of our vehicles and trailers from Adam & Jaci and all our experiences have been great!

Jackie was so kind and sweet to me, no pressure to buy tires from her and no scare tactics, she educated me on tires for my hippie van, gave me an estimate.My brother sent me back a few days later with the cash for new tires on my hippie van for Christmas. I will definitely be back in the future for tires. Thanks Jackie!

One of the guys had aggressive, tonnage and wasn t very supportive. Don t know if it was because of my color skin, but they did fix the matter . I don t appreciate being treated ugly when coming into a new town for the first time and I speak for everyone I m sure . People need to learn how to talk to their customers respectfully and professionally.

Been to A-1 three times from out-of-town and will be back! Every time we've had great service. Fast, attentive, professional, reasonable prices...they are amazing. Highly recommend.

This business is flat out amazing! Love the feel of getting service from and old operating style feel. Like going back in time! The owners are awesome people. I got four new rims and tires on my car and they were very fast and efficient! 10 stars if I could!

I pulled into A-1 Tires on 10-23-2023 to purchase four new tires for my truck. A man who claimed to own the establishment began hitting my truck and speaking abusively to me because the pull through is no longer used. I tried to explain that I was unaware and that I was just trying to park so we could do business, but his abusive attitude persisted. At that point I informed him that I would take my business elsewhere. He became infuriated. He started hitting my truck and shouting curses at me. I returned a few snide remarks and went to the competition. I have spoke well of A-1 since 1989. But allas the old owners are no longer there. You have lost my business forever and I love my new tires .

We try to do our business with locally owned shops and stores. Most of the time it works out great, not so much with this business. It lacks customer service and has a rude and somewhat arrogant owner. Other places appreciate our business.

We were traveling through on our way home from a three month rv trip. We cracked a rim. They found us a rim to get us home and switched out our tire for a very low price. They fit us in and they were crazy busy. They also had very positive and happy attitudes. This is an amazing place.

We were traveling through and had an issue with our truck tire, we were towing a 41 foot 5th wheel and they had a place to park us, they fixed the tire, and got us back on the road. Not only did they check all the air pressures in our truck tires, but checked every tire on our 5th wheel. Everyone was super friendly, great customer service!!

I went in for a flat tire, they fixed it under 30 min, check all my tire pressure, and was all under 30$ with 20% tip. Amazing!!!!! I was I can tip more because theses guys deserve it!

We had an express travel need while towing a trailer, they were extremely quick, professional, and got us out in a timely manner. They also helped us with some reccomendations around the town. We would HIGHLY recommend them!!

These guys had a used tire that is hard to find and they were able to set me up with a replacement for my spare in about 15 minutes. They have a well set up facility. I'm impressed.

Wonderful service. Adam and Jackie were absolutely great. There was an issue with Enterprise fleet vehicles approving the service and they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They also have extremely cute puppies there. Can't recommend enough. Thx A 1 crew!

A special shout out to and Adam Carl for their kindness their diligence and all their hard work getting my vehicle safe. Not only did they take the time to find me tires to fit my budget in an obnoxious size but they took the time to look over a boched up break job done by someone else and fixed the mistakes.... Love this place will recommend to everyone

We can literally say that Carl and Jackie here at A-1 saved Christmas. We were in a cross country road trip to grandma and grandpa s when we got hit by a car on i80. We continued on our way but knew something was wrong with the car internally so we stopped for the night in Casper and called a bunch of mechanics in the morning. A-1 was the only one willing to give us a look on a Saturday morning. Carl checked it out and saw we needed a new power steering pump. He explained what was wrong and fixed it immediately, even staying after closing (12pm) to make sure we could hit the road again that day. Jackie drove my husband back to the hotel while the work was being done and picked him up again when it was complete. The work done was thorough and the car drives perfectly again. Traveling with two kids and a dog, we were so grateful to not have to be stuck in a Casper Super 8 until the car was fixed. What could have been a disaster was just an inconvenience. We re so so thankful for Carl and Jackie and everyone at A-1. They were our Christmas miracle.

This shop and the owners are the most incredibly helpful and amazing people and shop I've ever been to. I was just passing through while on a move and the owner cut me the best possible deal on a full set of tires for my truck and helped me be able to tow my trailer and get back on the road safely to finish my move. Amazing people and excellent business that definitely puts the customer first and will do anything they can to help. 100% definitely recommend this business to anyone living here or potentially just passing through.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I am a Disabled Veteran, and they have taken care of my truck and me at the same time. The lady behind the counter, takes the extra minute to understand me, and make SURE of what I am trying to say by showing me pictures, and the guys, they handle the rest!!! A-1 has my tire business for life!

Awesome, friendly service. I am from out of town, noticed a low tire on my pickup at the hotel. Drove right up to the place, they pulled me right in, had my tire fixed and on my way in less than a half hour. They also checked and filled all three other tires while I was waiting. Had a very nice conversation with the owner while I was waiting. He was very informative about the area and the progress being made in renovating that area of town. It is a very quaint little shop built from an old existing gas station. it has a very retro, hot rod feel to it and the owner promotes it as such. it was a very cool place to spend a half hour. prices were very reasonable also. If I lived in the area, this is where I would take all of my tire business and send my friends there also.

Amazing tire shop. Friendly and speedy service. We are passing through town and needed all 4 camper tires replaced. They got us in and out in 40 minutes.

I could not be more impressed with the service I received at this shop. I called 7 tire shops before finding A1. Each one I called had no interest in helping me. I called A1 and the owner told me he would have four new tires for my ATV there before I got there. I drove around 2 hours to get there and they were changed within 20 minutes of me arriving. Each one of the employees greeted me and or asked if I had been helped. Extremely impressed!!!

This is one of few places that passes the mom test. What is the mom test you ask. The mom test is a place you know you could send your mom to and you know she won't get ripped off. Very honest, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Service is top notch! Great prices! Highly recommended!

Great place to get new or used tires. They always take care of me and go above and beyond. It's nice to work with an honest place.
