If there was a 0 start option I would select that.Went in for a coolant line leak,they pressure tested the system found the leak and overnighted the part.Only to told the following day that they didn t have the correct tool after making the leak worse!! And knew what the job entailed from the previous day.Then gave me a number to one of their buddy s towing service to be changed $600 for 13 miles.Save yourself the headache take it your truck elsewhere even if it s a minor fix.

Burger King closed due to staffing issue :(Taco Bell cost $43 for two people. Two people. Just crazy for 6 tacos and 3 burritos.

Please don t be stupid and stop here for fixing your truck they west 10 hours from my time and after they said they are sorry they pushed me for another day just for change the fuel filter I didn t have the filter I was do it by self

Not so good it was just a cold and busy day and so were the so ended up fixing it all myself because the were busy but the did have the parts and the were fast about getting me on my way

Terrible customer service reserve parking lot for 16 spaces sad they don't enforce it fred the person working has no clue playing on there phone would not enforce rule and go out to move truckers who didn't pay for parking spots why enforce it never will I be back

During this recent blizzard, TA was open and friendly and happy to help all the stranded drivers. There had plenty of supplies. Two of us from my company had truck issues during the storm, and the shop was fast to make sure we were up and running during 0 to -16 degree temperatures. Jeremiah and Page on the night crew have a great sense of humor and got my truck up and running, so I didn't freeze in the parking lot. Thank you for all do for the drivers. One of the best places to get stranded in a shutdown situation.

During the trip, the bolt that holds the trailer's air skirt broke. The employees could not pick up and put just a bolt ... Check out how they screwed the skirt.

Service was good they arrived as fast as they could still waited 4 hours but they took care of me and figured out what was wrong with my truck. I recommend them for any truck issues you might have they'll treat you good.

errible customer service and communication. I ordered ultimate service where they were supposed to check the tire pressure and they didn't do that, which I pointed out to them, they refused to fix it and I did it myself. At the same time, the girl at the reception behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. I will never come back here again.

I80 closed from snow and wind conditions TA was jammed up with Trucks. I got towed there my truck broke down. Once we got the truck into the shop (that's the hard part and why I give 4stars instead of 5) they fixed it! had it working properly in about 3hours it was a lot of work too. Friendly service I will recommend this TA shop to people.

5 hours of waiting and counting. Bays are empty, mechanic on duty is wasting time in the office and they are lying they got a truck inside like I am blind or something. Avoid this place. Update. They kept lying to me until their mechanic's shift was over and now they got no mechanic on duty so waiting time is extended. I was parked right next to the shop so I could see them just hanging around doing nothing. Don't trust this place.

No. Very poor communication with the drivers. I completed a 34 hour reset waiting for these guys to call me concerning my truck repair. After checking in a third time, they told me they attempted to call me three times. There are no missed calls logged in my phone, and the cell signal here is fantastic, unlike the service. When I checked in the first time a day ago, the very first words out of the clerks mouth was, We don t have a tech. As in, no tech at all. Turns out they do, but worked today. And I never received a call. Nor was there any attempt to contact my company s road call service in an attempt to reach out to me. Which I know for a fact they have.It seems there is hard work going into making sure little actual work takes place. And I certainly don t trust anyone with my truck that puts absolute minimum effort into their own job. I m taking my truck elsewhere to a shop I know actually cares about getting work done.Personally, I live TA. Normally you guys as a company do a fantastic job. But I m not gonna risk losing another day here with incompetence like this. I highly recommend upper management takes a good long look at this location and fix what s broken. The service, communication, and lack of enthusiasm or initiative. This shop is in desperate need of reform. Absolutely unacceptable.

TA here in Burns, WY, was the right choice. The Loves was going make us break apart our trailer set to fix a tore. TA was able to drive us through the bay. Thanks again.

I would like to file complaint against the people working on the shop I m almost here three days and they haven t fix my truck and they don t care about it. all they do is smoke, also they are not talking to customers in a nice way. Is my first time ever complaining about a shop. please don t let them treat anyone else the way they treated me and my truck, forget about fixing my truck they made it worse. The way they are handling things it s like they don t care about the job unprofessional. The ones I am talking about is the ones that work on the morning shift are all horrible. Please send TA owner as an undercover driving a truck and see how they treat him. I am sure after that they will not have a jobService: Tires

Worst TA I've ever been to out of 20 years of driving manager was watching movies on his phone and smoking his vape while his mechanic was busy as could be once I asked him about my tires how long it was going to take he got mad told me to leave the property he was very unprofessional he even cursed at me and my kid worst experience ever

The shop did great work on my truck! The only problem was the fact the store it's self can't or won't keep the restroom clean and stocked properly, but they can make sure your not parked in a reserved parking spot that is not even marked as a reserved spot.

I wish I could give them negative stars.I checked in for flat tire fix at 7 am, the lady at front desk told me 2 hours of wait. After 2 hours, I asked again and she said you can go to different repair shop. There is still 3-4 hours of wait time. The whole staff was very rude and mean, especially this lady name Lorea, at front desk. Truckers, please avoid this place.. VERY RUDE AND LAZY PEOPLE!Service: Tires

This place is old and run down, but they stayed open for the truck drivers during the blizzard. Big Dogs across the street closed up and said the truck drivers are SOL. Thank you TA for staying open for the truck drivers while the interstate was closed.

Called the shop a couple hours before arrival looking for a 17.5 trailer tire. Taylor was friendly, had what l needed and processed the paperwork before l arrived. The three guys in the shop knew how to change a 17.5 tire, did it quickly and were super friendly. Not usually a fan of TA shops but this one will get me back.

I signed up for an oil change at 7 am, they said I had to wait 3-4 hours, now 3-20 pm and I'm still waiting.

Checked in at shop at noon for coolant leak and they kept pushing the time out to get me in. 5am the next day I called laramie and headed there and got in and repairs done in 3hours. In 20 years I have never experienced such an incompetent repair shop.

Im short of words, think twice if you are black or mexican. i had shedule for truck repair the night before, they said they will call me when its time. i slept there and the next day i went in there to enquire about my appointment. A guy at the front desk, who said his name was Cody, a lanky white guy who wears a cap and has large ear rings and sort of decayed teeth immidiately started shouting at me ,"GET OUT OF MY SHOP" angrilly. i was shocked. he then started lying that the service store manager by the name of Crystal had called me and talked to me of which that never happened. What a HORRIBLE place and experience.

Night time staff is friendly but short-staffed. Reserved a parking spot ahead of time over the app because I knew i'll be parking late. On a saterday reserve spots were all taken by drivers who didn't pay. Was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour till they could get someone out there to clear up spots. And this is a recurring problem.

I'm a trucker. The fuel bay is down 2 but there are still 4 others we can use. Space is a little tight but they have a good amount of reserve parking for night. I like that they have a Taco Bell, Burger King and a country pride restaurant. So hard to find truck stops with sit-down eating, ya know. They are not 24hrs tho (the eaterie)

Stopped in to scale and decided to grab breakfast. Was so happy I did. Very nice omelet. Waitress was awesome. Place was quiet and I could relax for few moments.

Whoever is running that mickey mouse of an operation called a shop needs the boot. Place is always short staffed an takes forever to do an oil change. I get a better deal at TA but I'd rather spend the extra 150 bucks at speedco so I don't wind up taking a 10 hour break in the shop waiting room
