Helped me get out of a very sticky situation. Don't waste your time with AAA. No visibility from the main road, he got me some parts from the store, rushed them out to me and got me out. Late at night, 24inches of snow, this is the man you call. Very reasonable price and a straight shooter

Palisades Towing & Recovery is a great reputable business. My car got stuck going up my driveway nearly scraping the fence. I was already preparing for a huge scrape on the side of my car if I was to have it towed out. They came out and not only pulled my car out but left without leaving a scratch on it. Even though it was past midnight and snowing outside they were beyond helpful and reassuring that they would help with no issue. I couldn t recommend them more to anyone. Overall great people, knowledgeable and fair with pricing.

I have had to use their services twice in the last month! Once for a pull out, after being stuck in the snow , and then after running over an unknown object just outside the canyon that blew 2 tires and I had to be towed for repair. They were outstanding! Great customer service, quick service, fair price, and we re careful with my truck on both occasions. Highly recommend!

Darek at Palisades Towing and Recovery was totally a lifesaver! We are in the middle of moving (my widowed mom and me, a single mom) and had rented a 26 foot U-Haul that promptly got stuck in the ice and mud in our driveway. It was after 6 PM. We called a towing company that was closer to our location and because it was after hours they were going to charge us $370. If we waited till normal business hours the next day they were still going to charge us $300.BUT then we found Palisades Towing and Recovery on Google and called them. Darek picked up right away, was super nice, and even though it was after hours and he d have to drive about 25 minutes each direction, he said no problem and he d only charge us $150 for coming out!!! When he got here he literally took care of EVERYTHING and got the huge U-Haul clear of the mud/ice/snow ruts in my driveway. He even gave great advice to help us avoid getting stuck again while we finish loading and moving!!We ended up giving him $200 instead because we were so grateful and impressed and he was worth it!! If we d have had $370 to pay, like the first guy quoted, we d have 100% rather given our money to Palisades towing. He was honest and helpful and fast!! 5 stars all the way!!

Derek is someone you want to trust when the wheels fall off! No seriously - our wheel fell off. We were on our way home from Jackson to Denver when our lug nuts sheered off and we lost a wheel in Hoback Canyon. Derek was recommended by a handful of folks for being fair, prompt, and knowing his stuff. It was a Sunday, so not a lot was open. That said, Derek was able to tow us out to his shop and get all of our studs and lug nuts replaced. I called Derek at 9am for a tow, we got parts from Idaho Falls, and he had us on way way by 4pm the same day (and that's including the 5 hours it took to get parts). Very impressive if you ask me. Cannot thank him enough for the fair, timely, and damn good job he did to get us back up in running SAME DAY on a SUNDAY! Don't bother calling anyone else on the Teton Valley / Jackson area. Not only this, but Derek texted us a handful of times that evening and next day to make sure we had made it home safely. Stand up guy, he's the one you want!

Derak and Mike went above and beyond to help me out when I got broke down in the middle of nowhere. True professionals and the type of people you want to do business and send business their way! They love what they do and serving others. Mike came tothe rescue in the middle of the night without hesitation and Derak coordinated it all while out of town helping some other folks in a pinch. He helped me with a recommended Mechanic that he knows and trusts. Best towing experience hands down!

They showed up and got me and my car out of a very dangerous situation. I am so thankful for the way they helped me. Derek was great. He showed up hours before the other place and his price was much more affordable than the others were. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Palisades Towing!

I can t say enough good about these guys. I had run over a nail and got a flat tire outside of Alpine. I was able to hobble into a parking lot of a service station, where I attempted to fix it myself, using one of those fix-a-flat cans, but was not having much, if any, success. After about a half hour of working on the problem, I was actually about to call them because my wife noticed online that they were open 24 hours. Well before I had a chance to do that, they miraculously pulled up next to my vehicle and asked if I needed help. I thought there was no one else around on the deserted streets of Alpine, so that was pretty amazing in and of itself. They ended up changing out my regular tire for my spare. I later found out that there were some shady-looking characters that were scoping me out shortly before that. So not only did I have the help I needed right when I needed it without even calling them, but they protected me against a potential assault. Also, when it came to pay, they asked me what I thought it was worth and ultimately didn t even charge me. This company deserves all the business they can get.Service: Tire change

Amazing Service and so professional. These guys showed up so quickly during a nasty storm on a very busy road to recovery my vehicle from a snow bank and put me back on my way home. We are blessed to have such a business like this in are small community.So GratefulDave Howard

Hands down the BEST towing company. I got my truck incredibly stuck and they pulled it out like it was nothing, and they don t charge you an arm and 2 legs. Definitely call these guys! Thanks again for getting me out of the puddle! Lol

Palisades Towing is outstanding!! They were so fast at getting my broken down car to the dealership which is located over a hour and half away. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. felt so safe with them hauling my vehicle. They went above and beyond. So thankful we have a local company who cares about the work they do. I hope I don't need another tow anytime soon but if I do or if I know anyone who needs one I will be recommending them!!Service: Long distance hauling

Amazing company! Derek went above and beyond to help us. He was able to get the part we needed and get us back on the road within 24 hours. It was also on a weekend. We were so impressed with how well he communicated with us and was also reasonably priced.

My family had a mechanical breakdown with our Motorhome between Jackson and Alpine. I called Palisades Towing and talked with Derek, I cannot express enough Gratitude to him, he immediately went into action and got information on our location, Motorhome and Trailer we were towing. He knew we needed the service of a competitor for the Motorhome and contacted family members of the towing company to get a hold of the right people as it was on a Saturday 4th of July weekend prior. Derek made calls and had us on a 3 way call to arrange a tow for the coach as it needed to be towed 100 miles away. The other company with a low boy trailer was on their way from Idaho Falls and the Motorhome was loaded up and headed to Idaho Falls in less than 4hrs and they had to drive 100 miles to get to us. Derek of Palisades Towing arranged all of that for us over the phone. I had him come up and tow our enclosed trailer to KJ's as we were traveling with friends who back tracked to help get our trailer to it's final destination. You just don't find these kind of people much anymore but Derek's Customer Service is second to none. He was so concerned for our situation he contacted me a couple days later just to ask if we had made it to our destination and how were we doing. Keep Palisades Towing and Recovery in your contacts list, you won't find anyone more willing to work hard for you! There are no words to describe how much I appreciate these two amazing man who came and saved me when I had no idea how to get my car started again. I wish that there was a better word than absolutely incredible, but there s not. They came out of their way over an hour away to come help me, figured out what the problem is, and then fixed the problem. There are no words to describe how much I appreciate them. Our vehicle had a wheel and brake related issue, and he came to the rescue.Derek's an honest man, skilled mechanically, charges a fair rate, and you can tell he truly cares about making sure you and your vehicle are safe to get back on the road. 10/10

They were absolutely the best. It was raining and we were stranded at the gas station with a flat tire that couldn't be changed due to not having the wheel lock key. They spent the time to get it done and ensure we could safely get home late at night.I cannot say enough about how great they were!

5 stars?? I would give Derek 10 stars if I could!!Use this guy if you need Teton-Yellowstone area help!!Picked us up in the Teton Range, took us into Jackson, took our truck to the shop, got is fixed and brought it back to JH for us...not joke, this guy is the real deal when it comes to Customer Service!!I hope to never need him again, except to call and say hello next time we are in the area!Thanks Derek!! you are the BEST!!
