Arrived quickly! Price was good! The product is great but the instructions are lacking, not pureoffroads fault but manufacturer of product. The hardware has different size bolts and you have to figure out where they go. They go on rear arm bushings if you re wondering. Bolts at your axle boots are a pain to remove due to boot, be cautious you could tear boot if forced. Great product and a 3/10 on difficulty scale. Will be higher if you do not have correct tools.

The website was a breeze to order from and the shipping was ultra fast. Very good communication through the entire transaction. We needed a part my local vendors could not get in a timely manner. Pure had it and at an excellent price. The windshield was well packaged and arrived with no damage. A job very well done. Pure Offroad has my business in the future.

I was in Arizona riding the desert and hit a cattle gard on my side by side. Called Pure Off road to get a replacement tire. It was delivered in 2 days and I was up and running again. Thanks for the speedy help.

I needed a new set of tires for my 2015 Honda Foreman. I found what I was looking for at Pure Offroad, but had a couple of questions before I pulled the trigger. The customer service with this company is outstanding! I placed my order on Saturday, was contacted on Monday advising they were out of stock on two of my tires, made a deal on another set and they literally were delivered the next day by noon!!!! Also threw in a free set of valve stems!!! I will definitely be using these guys a lot! Do NOT hesitate if you need tires!!!

Shipping was fast and my order arrived in excellent condition. So far I like the Tusk Terrabite tires. Their 8 ply rating made them a little difficult to mount and they ride a little stiffer than the 6 ply tires I previously had but they are also tougher. So far I like what I purchased.

I have ordered multiple things from Pure Off-road. 2 sets of wheels and tires and just recently a lift. They are always willing to help over the phone. My orders have always been on or before time and were never wrong. It s my go to store. Highly recommend!

Great set of wheels and a perfect fit my sons 450. The only issue/complaint, I had to wait an extra 5 days for the lug nuts and valve stems to arrive, after receiving the wheels. I am not sure as to why they would ship the lug nuts and stems separate form the wheels.

Extremely fast shipping. Ordered and shipped from WY and recieved in WI in 2 days!! Have put about 200 miles on the Tusk Terrabite ties and work great for the type of terrain I use my Pioneer for.

I definitely will never do business with pure Offroad again. Horrible customer service. I buy a lot of accessories for my rzr and have delt with other companies and pure off road has thee worst customer service.

Honda dealer got me wrong offset for front of honda talon fox live valve. So I ordered them from pure offroad. Got them in less then a week put them on and brought other wheels back to honda for full refund.Pure offroad had what I needed and knew what I needed for my machine.

These guys are the real deal! The first set of tires I ordered were on a national backorder. A representative from Pure Offroad contacted me by text within hrs.to in form me of the situation. I decided to cancel the order and look into another tire option. I texted the representative about two other possible choices. Within minutes they told me they were both in stock ready to ship. I chose one and immediately placed a new order. This was on a Friday morning. The tires arrived the next day! All I can say is, I will never buy tires anywhere else. Phenomenal customer service, great prices and lighting fast shipping. What more could you ask for.

Coustermer service person was a little rude when I talked to them in text msg cause you couldn't talk to them on the phone I ordered a set of wheels and tires from them cause I live 2.5 hours from where they are located at and 2 of them showed up in like 3 days and got the other 2 in like 5 days they shipped from two different warehouses and the wheels are not the offset I ordered witch I had to pay a little more to get the offset I wanted so little mad about that but love the look and the tires I got are really good like to figure out who to get ahold of to get some money back on the wheels for being a different offset from what I ordered and payed extra for...

This Vendor is awesome! My local Polaris dealer (Dallas Tx) quoted a price of $564 for a set of QuadBoss QBT radials for my Arctic Cat with one week delivery to the dealer location in Dallas. PureOffRoad quoted the same tires for $404 with delivery to my home in CO in 2 days which they fulfilled. Couldn t be happier with the competitive pricing and service!

The guys at pure off-road are awesome to deal with and probably the most honest folks I have ever done business with. I made a mistake in my order they caught it contacted me and saved me a 1,000 bucks. Good business goes a very long way. In todays world it s seems to be about taking advantage of people, the folks at Pure Off-road do not operate their business dealings that way. They are all about the customer. I searched the internet for the tires I wanted and an this sight popped up with a price so much cheaper than anyone else that I almost didn t even look into it because I thought it was a scam. I clicked on it anyway and put the tires I wanted in the cart and still hesitant before I pushed checkout. Because there where no stupid fees and taxes like every where else I even google searched the company to see if it was a real company. It was so I put in the order and paid. The tires really came! And fast! They where brand new in date non blemished tires and at 1/3 yes actually one third the cost of the average price anywhere else! I m still surprised but very grateful. Will definitely be the first place I check prices from now on!!

I don't usually take time to do reviews but.... I have ordered from Pure Offroad multiple times in the past and it has always gone smoothly as is my expectation. I made a major screw up on my last order and contacted them as soon as I realized what I had done. They were great and quickly stepped in and fixed my error. Excellent customer service! I will definitely continue to use them for all my needs.
