Very bad customer support form Troy Ashby, shipment delays and always problemns, let me feel as stupid after been buying to this company for years..., i have cancelled my account. hope that other sellers will be competitve in this company but I didn't have the luck to work with them. My experience is not recomended

I ve been trying for two years to get PC Industries to service an emergency backup generator without any luck. They provided this generator and it sits less than 15 miles from their shop. I hope the power doesn t go out.

Charged us $55 for a $6 warranty part with shipping. Don't expect ANY support from this company. Called several times and was promised it would be worked out. Now I am only left with the choice of disputing the unauthorized charge through my credit card company.

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH PC INDUSTRIES NOW FOR APPROX. EIGHT YEARS FOR MAINLY DETROIT DIESEL ENGINES AND PARTS. I AM A DETROIT ENGINE BUILDER AND PARTS SUPPLIER IN ADELAIDE SOUTH AUSTRALIA AND THESE GUYS KNOW THESE ENGINES BACKWARDS. VERY HELPFUL AND PASS ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE WILLINGLY. THEY GO OUT OF THE WAY WITH NO FUSS. I + MY WIFE VISITED AND STAYED WITH THEN FOR THREE WEEKS TWO YEARS AGO AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME WITH ALL OF THE FAMILIES. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Terrible and arrogant customer treatment. Poor packaging of packages that arrive broken because of them and they tell you to complain to the transport company, thus losing production, time and money. I will never shop there again. The Chinese work better and are more serious.Trato al cliente p�simo y prepotente. Mal empacado de los paquetes que llegan rotos por su culpa y te dicen que reclames a la empresa de transporte, con lo que pierdes producci�n, tiempo y dinero. Nunca volver� a comprar all�. Los chinos trabajan mejor y son m�s serios.
