We attended an anniversary party here, so we didn't see a room. But if they are anything like the lodge, they are amazing. This is just a beautiful log lodge, a spectacular setting for dinner and dancing.They have nice big bathrooms with showers for those staying in campers and a playground for the kids. And I noticed a freezer with the most incredible ice cream from a local dairy just a few miles away.Fabulous place!

Amazing! We only stayed one night, but it was by far the best experience we've had on any of our vacations. The cabins are beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. We loved the fireplace and the double shower. The views are breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the rain from the bench outside our cabin. We didn't realize there was an outdoor hottub, otherwise we would have used that during the rain. The breakfast offered was outstanding, as well: made-to-order omelets, waffles, pancakes, fruit, bacon, potatoes, specialty breads and muffins! We can't wait to return and stay longer.

I stayed here a couple of days. I have never been to the star valley before. The views are gorgeous. I'd recommend coming here and hiking the local trails. The cabins at Kodiak are very well built. Everything about the rooms are well done. From the stone fireplace, to the Wooden furniture and the comfortable beds.Rooms: Very well built and well maintainedNearby activities: Hiking trails

Georgous resort with thoughtful touches throughout. Very clean and well maintained, not one thing I would suggest to do differently. We tent camped at an RV site which had hook ups, water, a fire pit, a picnic table and beautiful grass on each side. We utilized the showers which were large and like everything else here, very well taken care of and well thought out. Thank you for the comfortable stay. If we're ever in the area again we won't hesitate to pick Kodiak Mountain.

We chose the two king and pullout couch bed for our cabin. Beds where so comfy. The lodge had perfect breakfast food. These are perfect for hiking trips or snowmobiling in the area.These cabins are great for a retreat type stay. My kids had a blast. There is one hot tub for all the cabins. The bath in the cabins are huge so that was better in my opinion.***When booking online don t put you have children because the website won t allow you book. I put us as all adults and called to confirm that was okay. Kids are welcome***

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it!! Loved having our own cabin. Our kids had cabins in the same area and it was so fun. The biggest bonus was the breakfast. It is not a skimpy breakfast. My boys could not get enough.There was also a Bowery and a playground which was convenient. Would totally recommend staying here!

10/10 couldn t recommend enough. My wife and I had our honeymoon here and it was perfect. Place was clean and tidy, everything worked, hot water, cold fridge. The bathtub was awesome. TV system is kinda janky but we figured it out. We also accidentally left our marriage certificate there and they mailed it to us and were so easy to work with. Awesome place.

We ve been traveling through Colorado and Wyoming for the past week and this was by far the nicest place we ve stayed! It is reasonably priced for having a whole cabin for yourself. Very spacious. So clean and nice. The grounds are so nice and kept up & clean. The lodge atmosphere is spectacular. Would definitely stay here again, if in the area. I would give 10 stars if I could!

This was such a lovely place to stay! We had a very relaxing time and loved our cabin. It had a large, nice shower and free-standing tub. The king sized bed was so comfortable and the fireplace in the room was extra cozy. The continental breakfast and hot tub were nice as well! They will make you an omlette to order, limited options, but it was still delicious. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Wow! These are nice cabins. The furniture is nice and it s very clean. There is a fireplace and large soaking tub. They even have a breakfast each morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.

An absolutely AWESOME place if you need a retreat! We were in town for a wedding and I wanted a nice relaxing getaway that was nice and quiet. I really don t mind staying in hotels I just wanted something different! I booked the couples retreat cabin and it definitely exceeded my expectations! It was nice and cozy! The big flat screen TV was easily visible from a huge jacuzzi tub! The bed was unbelievably comfortable as well. I sure didn t want to come back home and I was really hoping that we could get snowed in so I could spend just one more night there! I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

Our family stayed here for one night as we were traveling/passing through. I just wish we could have stayed longer! The room was very nice and kept up beautifully. Loved the fireplace in the room. We also loved the details that seemed so we'll thought through like the bench that converts to a picnic table at each cabin. The kids loved the playground and we also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and bbq truck on site. Customer service was great, the scenery was lovely, we would love to go back!!

This place is an absolute hidden gem! We raved about it the entire time we were there. So much attention to detail- the grounds are so clean and well kept. So fun to stroll around, breathing in the clean, cool mountain air. My kids (9&11) absolutely loved the playground area- such fun little details that made it so fun. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We plan to come back to Afton just to stay here again- we loved it!

We stayed in the cabins in August 2019. They are the most beautiful, thoughtfully put together cabins I have ever been to. I had an excellent rest and although we only stayed one night, we plan to come back on the future (my name is Afton, after all!). Super clean, very quiet. The playground is great for kids and we didn t use the hot tub but I m sure that awesome too! My husband dealt with the front desk and they were super friendly. I d like to note - the craftsmanship that went into designing and then building these cabins is unbelievable. My parents have a log house, so I have a keen eye for these structures. If you need a little get away, this is where you can experience luxury for a very fair price.

This place is immaculate..highly recommend staying here.Our cabin was spotless and had a fireplace, separate tub and walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. Kodiak also provides a made to order breakfast for its guests. We would definitely stay here again.
