Our windshield took a direct hit by a stone out of a dump truck and required a repair. Our insurance works with two companies for such repairs (a local company Schroeder s and a national chain company.) We alway prefer to do business locally so we chose Schroeder s. We received a prompt call from Jeff and scheduled a home visit repair. Jeff arrived at our home as scheduled for our repair and did an inspection of the damage. His explanation of the damage, the work needed to be done, and the expected outcome was very detailed. The work was completed in less than 30 minutes. Jeff again explained the outcome and asked if there were any questions. Having none, the work was complete and we are extremely satisfied with the job done. Give your local businesses a chance and you will likely receive excellent service such as we did using Schroeder s Auto Glass & Chip.Service: Auto windshield repair

Jeff returned my call within a few hours and was able to repair my windshield the next day. He came to my location so I did not have to miss work. Jeff provided an explanation of the repair process and was very personable. I was road tripping across the country and my car was hit by a small rock. I called Schroeders and talked to Jeff. He was incredibly helpful as I explained the chip and my wish to try to fill it as opposed to replace the windshield. He was able to talk me through the considerations and we quickly scheduled a time for him to come to me and assess and fix the situation. Unfortunately the chip turned into a full windshield crack as Jeff anticipated and he had already made sure he had the windshield I needed on hand. Jeff and Steve came out to my house on time and replaced the windshield quickly. Jeff and Steve were both incredibly friendly and prompt, I can't recommend them enough!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My windshield on my Jeep Wrangler had finally cracked all the way down so I called and spoke with Jeff. They definitely are fast and efficient and know their stuff. Jeff asked if I wanted an original windshield with the Jeep in the corner or an aftermarket.... no idea there was an option so of course I picked the original glass. So glad he asked.My back window on my Mustang needs replaced and I contacted them...definitely recommend them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had been waiting for another business to come and replace my windshield for 2 weeks. I got fed up and called Schroeder's on Monday and talked to Todd. He told me he would have my windshield in his shop on Wednesday and replace it Thursday morning. Thursday morning they were at my house at 7 am and they were done 26 minutes later!It's nice to see a business that does what they say they're going to do and actually cares about their customers satisfaction. I recommend Schroeder's Auto Glass and Chip Repair to anyone that needs this service. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!!! I couldn't be happier with the service from Schroeder's. I went to two other repair shops and I couldn't get service until a week or more out. I called Jeff and he gave me a quote, had the window in his shop the next day and my window was replaced the next day. Todd showed up at my place of business and had my rear window replaced in an hour. Jeff responded quickly and repaired our windshield in a very professional manner. He did a wonderful job when we really needed it and before it turned into a full blown windshield replacement. Highly recommend!!

Got a chip on my windshield headed in to work. I called them to see if they d be able to get it fixed sometime today or the next day and they literally came to my job 30 minutes later and fixed it right up for me. It looks great, it was reasonably priced, and they were very professional and personable. From the time it was chipped to the time it was fixed was 45 minutes. Fantastic. We needed a windshield replacement while out of town. Jeff worked with our insurance company to insure they would pay for OEM parts and had it ordered and replaced in only a couple days. He took the extra effort to reapply our park stickers and toll device exactly in the right spots. Thank you , Jeff, for being so professional and making the process so easy.

Jeff and his assistant were both very friendly and easy to work with. There was a mixup on the model of windshield I needed to replace mine, which turned out to be my mistake due to me giving incorrect information, but he was fortunately able to simply fill the chip, and he didn t charge me anything. I would highly recommend him.

If you re looking for great customer service, affordable pricing and work done in an excellent and timely manner, then Jeff is your guy! I had contacted him about a new windshield with the concern of getting it done within the weekend so I could go off to college and he was willing and able to help me the SAME day! There isn t a better place to go to than Schroeders Auto Glass & Chip Repair!

I recently had my 2017 F-150 windshield replaced by Schroeder's. I requested OEM Ford SoundScreen which is just laminated acoustic glass. They installed a PGW non-SoundScreen laminated acoustic windshield in under 15 minutes and it is great! Quiet and no difference from OEM except no SoundScreen decal which makes it look cleaner anyway. Support a local business and go through Schroeder instead of SafeLite who often uses lower quality Chinese glass.

Called them on a Monday and they came out that Tuesday. They were recomended to us by Statefarm and they were amazing. They did an amazing job on our window and got it done in a very timely manner.

I am biased but I have seen a case where he put in a new windshield and the vehicle was involved in an accident just after and the windshield stayed in place. Plus, I know he does what he can to accommodate his customers time frames.

Had a broke windshield thought iI would have to replace it. The service guy (Jeff) said he could just fix it. He did at a fraction of the cost of a new windshield. Saved me a bunch of money.

The owner came out personally with in a couple hours and put a glass in our excavator very great guy to work with will be using them for all our glass needs and will pass on there buisness to all our customers and friends
