These guys are the best. I have been working with them for many years. They service, maintain, and store my sleds in the offseason. The Lakeland team will do everything you need to make sure the sleds stay on the trails (when we have snow)! I have bought two sleds from them in the past 4 years and I would not buy from any other dealer in the area. Give Brian a call if you need anything at Lakeland. You will not be disappointed.

Would highly recommended Lakeland Powersports. They are very knowlegable with the machines. Low pressure and went out of their way to be accomodating to our needs. Michelle was excellent to work with, she made our purchase a breeze.

Michelle is an awesome sales woman. She know what she talking about and helps out in anyway she can. Lakeland powersports get the job done and fast. they deliver in a timely manner...I highly recommend if you want to get yourself something or even for the family for the summer or winter you should stop in at Lakeland powersport.

First contacted Dave who helped us make a smart decision on a new sled that would fit us and how we planned to use it. He helped us find a model that had just what we needed and took care of all the details.Then we worked with Jim the parts manager to get everything set up. He really went the extra mile to make sure the parts were the best for what we needed in an unusual situation.Then we worked with Tobi the service manager and her staff who were very helpful in both installing the parts, plus a few extra upgrades, and in getting the break in service done. Again all the details were handled and everything completed on time.While the parts were being installed we talked with Michelle about a new RZR and she helped us find a great deal on a new one with upgrades already installed at a great deal. She also took care of everything and the process was smooth and fast.Everyone we worked with had the experience and knowledge to help us find exactly what we needed. They all listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get it. The whole experience has been great and hassle free. Wonderful support. Very happy!

I purchased a brand new SeaDoo from this dealership earlier this spring. The manager, Thomas, and his team do amazing work and have incredible customer service. The flexibility, consideration, and quality that these guys have is outstanding. If I had any questions or concerns, they were answered/fixed immediately. They will get stuff done in a timely manner and with quality work. All members, ranging from the service department to the sales department, care about their customers and provide phenomenal services. I have recommended these guys to many friends/family and all have had similar experiences to mine. Highly recommend this dealer if you are in need of repairs or in search of a new toy.

After passing on purchasing a used sled from Lakeland, I asked Michelle if she would call me if they took in a trade that matched what I was looking for. I received that call and purchased a sled yesterday. The sled was as described, transaction was completed in less than an hour. Overall a good experience,.

Our buying experience was exceptional. The demo on the lake was extraordinary. It did convince us to buy. Our salesperson, Michelle, went out of her way to get the switch to us. Lakeland has been very good to work with.

We purchased 2 Seadoo Sparks from Lakeland and the experience was great. Michelle was very responsive and made the entire buying process smooth and quick! She emailed me a quote within 15-30 minutes after we spoke on the phone other dealers took days. They are also fully transparent on their pricing and do not add on additional dealer prep and delivery charges that most other dealers do. Modern showroom and ton of accessories to purchase right on site. Will do business here again. Save yourself some time and just go right to Lakeland and they ll get you taken care of.

Michelle was great! Scheduled the time to pick up the new Polaris Ranger and it was outside all ready to go. Machine has been awesome and have put it to work hauling landscape rock and building trails on our hunting property. Couldn't be happier.

Nothing like your boat not starting the day before the tournament. Called up Lakeland Powersports. Problem diagnosed over the phone, part purchased, and boat is back up and running. Highly recommend for all your needs, services, and purchases. Thanks again for all your help!

After looking around the state for a new seadoo gti I was unable to locate one anywhere. Initially Michelle told me most of their stock was sold including the jet skis yet to be delivered. I was pretty bummed then about a half hour after I left she took the time to call me back and let me know one was coming in that I could purchase that week. She could have easily sold it to the next person coming in but she took the time to call me. I appreciated that level of customer service. The buying process was easy and she even took time to message me later that week and ask how I liked it. I recommend Lakeland PowerSports and Michelle!

Bought a Scarab (BRP Rotax) in 2021. Brought it to Lakeland because they said they d winterize it and reset the maintenance code. They finished and when I picked it up I asked is the maintenance code reset and was told yes. Fired it up spring of 2022 and same code!I called spring 2023 and asked that they reset the code again. I spent a Saturday driving it all the way from Wausau to Minocqua on the scheduled day. Fine. I get there early and am told by the service lead we don t yet have the temporary license from BRP to reset the code. He was such an a$$ about the whole thing, like it was my fault that he didn t have the license. He should have called ahead of the appointment and said we don t have the license yet, come next weekend and I would have been totally fine with that.So I went the whole summer with the maintenance code annoying me every time I used my boat.Called fall of 2023 and was told you didn t show up on time in the spring so we won t work on your or any Scarab again. Really??The service department lead has a serious attitude problem. Do not recommendAaron s in Rhinelander supposedly does great work on Scarabs. I m looking forward to leaving them a positive review

Great experience once again brian the manager greeted us wen we cane in and jim the parts guy had our parts ready wen we got to the counter. They a ft r offering 30 percent off on most clothing and have great cleaner rack. So we purchased some 509 sweat shirts. We stop in just to say high some days cause everyone there is so friendly great job guys

I came here with my grandma last week to ask about parts for an old snowmobile and the lady at the counter wasn t there. After waiting for a while she came around the corner and picked up the phone and was extremely rude to the people on the phone and once she hung up the phone she was also rude to my grandma so we left without any help and won t be coming back.

I cannot say enough about how GREAT the guys at Lakeland Power Sports are - We had 2 mishaps with our jet ski in the same week and they fixed each of them the SAME DAY! They were also so kind, empathetic and helpful. Considering we are from out of town and did not buy our jet ski from them, the service was amazing. I highly recommend Lakeland Power Sports and would be honored to do business with them in the future!

Got in a jam on the water and Lakeland saved the day. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help; which is rarely the case nowadays. Highly recommended!

Shortly after getting my new Seadoo Switch, I sucked up some rocks and fubar'd the Jet Pump. The Lakeland Team had the pump rebuilt and ready for pickup in 3-4 hours!! Great guys, very nice to work with. Super helpful and answered all support and operation questions. Excellence!!

They are nothing short of amazing, 5 hours away from home and our boat looses power on the water, then stops starting all together. Long story short we called several places that were booked out at least 3 weeks. My husband explained the situation and Lakeland Powersports squeezed us in and saved not only the day but our entire 5 day trip seeing as how this is day number one. Highly recommend for any service problems or purchase needs. Staff is friendly and makes sure they are doing what they can to make the customer happy and get you the best deal they can!!!

We rented on a Friday/Saturday 2/26 and 2/27. Jake was very honest about trail conditions in advance of us driving 8 hours there, let us take sleds out Friday and said we could return a day early if trail conditions deteriorated, which they did. Great guys at Lakeland, nice equipment, reasonably priced and super easy to work with. Highly recommend Lakeland and ask for Jake.
