Dave went above and beyond to look over my vehicle for safety issues after another repair shop several hundred miles away failed to complete work properly. He identified the issue, tightened several important components that were loose, and gave me peace of mind as I returned the vehicle home for a more extensive repair. I SO appreciated him answering the phone, giving me his time to explain things thoroughly, and staying late to fit me in. I wish I could give this place a 10. But Dave is an amazing mechanic who always and I mean ALWAYS does an amazing job on fixing my car. Helps me keep my almost 24 year old Chevy Blazer on the road to this day. Thank you again Dave.

We were Up North for the holiday weekend when our rear brakes started acting up! We called first thing Tuesday morning (the day after the 4th of July) and he said to bring it in without any hesitation. He had us back on the road and headed home safely in less than 3 hours all with amazing price and service! I am from out of town and noticed one of my tires was not holding air. I needed to head home in a few short hours and after going to 3 different shops looking for help...Jeff's was the only place willing to help me!! I was given priority and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Dave was working alone that morning and he couldn't have been more accommodating! If it wasn't for him l would not have made it back home, 4 hours away, on time!! Thank you!!

Exceptional and friendly service. Highly recommend! I had a flat about 1mi away and they came to me to assess options. -Instead of paying for a tow or changing to the spare, the service visit was used to fill my tire with air so I could get to the shop for the repair. It was quick and easy! Staff kept physical distance, have a clean lobby area, and had masks, for those concerned. Thanks so much for helping me out. Made things much easier for the rest of my trip. My family has a new neighborhood mechanic when we're in the area.

I didn't have an appointment. It was after closing time. In the middle of a horrible snowstorm. I found his place using Maps and pulled in. He took a look at my Jeep and changed the fuse. Jeff, Thank you so much Top notch service with honesty and integrity!

Jeff's Auto is a fair honest place to get your car serviced. Dave will always try his best to fit you in as he is always busy. He does good work, trouble shooting problems rather than trying parts. At your expense, like some "mechanics" do. He once fit me in on his lunch to help me out.Good work at a fair price would describe Jeffs Auto.

After asking around about where to get repairs done, the answer from my neighbors, pharmacist, local tow companies and others; was always "Jeff. When he fixes something it stays fixed, and he's honest-will do things right." That convinced me to give Jeff's Auto Repair a go: I've taken my vehicle there a few times for different repairs, and am satisfied more than enough to continue to have them service my vehicle

I believe jeffs auto is the best place to take your vehicle. Dave knows his stuff and is great with the customers. He is a truly honest man for work. And explains things great to the customer of what is being fixed on their vehicle.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Jeff and Dave are knowledgeable and you know they will take car of your car at an affordable price. And no matter how crazy busy they are they seem to fit you in. Only place I will recommend.

We are on vacation for the weekend from Iowa and got a bolt in our tire. We pulled in and Dave plugged the tire within 20 minutes and we were on our way!!! Thank you!! Amazing service!!

Drove to Wisconsin from Chicago in winter only to find that wiper fluid was not working the entire trip.When we reached our destination and started calling repair shops during the holidays, they saw us right away and traced it to a blown fuse, replaced it, drained our existing wiper fluid, replaced it, and we were no longer worried about our return trip.
