Over the last couple of weeks, these great folks have mounted and/or repaired 5 tires for me. Not only was the service outstanding, they were courteous, timely and fairly priced.There is no question as to where we will be going in the future.Great job Dave and Dean's! Thanks!

It is first come, first serve. So best to get there when they open at 8:00. I got there at 8:08 am, and two people ahead of me. Had to have 4 tires replaced. They did it and had me come back after 50 miles to retorque the tires. You get free tire rotations for sometime after your install.

We could NOT get zero turn front tires onto rims. Called at 10 a.m. on a Saturday, they close at noon. PLEASANTLY surprised when they said 'come on over, we are booked but we will take care of you'. Then even when I explained that was coming from 45 minutes away from them (Northwoods shuts down completely on Saturday), Randy said it's OK, you get here and we will squeeze you in.Excellent true and genuine customer service.Will definitely take our future business there and recommend to others!!!Way to go Randy and team.

Wow! This place is awesome! I called to price out 2 tires and the lady who answered gave me that price including mounting and balancing, within minutes. Then I made an appointment to have them installed. It was for 8 am a few days later. I was there around 7:50 am. I went in and the man at the counter took my info and within 20 minutes I was ready to go home! They had forgot to put the spare tire back under the car so the technician went right out in the parking lot and put it back where it belonged. Outstanding service!! Highly recommend!!

Came in for an emergency tire repair after a week of camping. We needed to get back to MN that night and despite the long list in front of us they were able to get us back on the road same day. We are so grateful for their quick repairs, affordable prices, and kind staff.

My husband and I had a tire with a slow leak. The shop was busy but Tom and entire staff handled everything very professional and friendly. Turns out our tire had to be replaced so we decided to just get all 4 replaced. They were about due anyway. We were happy with the service on this very busy Monday. Thank you!

I have been going to Dave and Deans for 10 years and have bought several sets of tires from them and have had work done there on my older trucks. No complaints. It is always pleasant working with Tom...he is friendly, professional every time.Recently I purchased a set of Cooper AT4S tires there for my old Chevy Silverado. After installing the tires, I noticed shaking. I took their advice and installed centering rings on the truck's aftermarket wheels per Tom's advice. Unfortunately the shaking continued. They went way above and beyond and replaced the tires once we narrowed it down to an out round tire(s) that was causing the vibration. Tom and his team care about customers, are up front, friendly, professional, and always go the extra mile to take care of customers. On top of that the prices are very good. I won't buy tires from anyone else...they earned my business. A+

Replaced alternator and battery for $700. Called and said your car is "Done". However, they made me leave with my battery light still on. Said they couldn't figure it out and would have to charge me more to diagnose the light. Went home and replaced the cheap faulty alternator they used myself out in the snow. Light is now off. I will NEVER take another vehicle there. I should have known better. This is a tire shop; not a real mechanic.

I always come here to get my tires fixed when I have a slow leak.Today I had a flat. They were able to get me in quick. The flat wasn't repairable, I figured it wouldn't be. It was time for new tires anyway. They were able to get the new tires on right away- I was out of the shop less than an hour from when I got there. Always amazing friendly customer service. They even made a copy of my receipt for the rebate. I have been a customer for years and will always recommend them.

We were in town for vacation, when we noticed a tire on our van slowly going flat. Found this business on line, and glad we did. Happily it was something that could be repaired. They repaired it quickly and for a very fair rate. Highly recommend, this honest friendly tire service. A big Thank-you to them!

Such friendly and helpful staff! Took care of me right away. I thought I had a slow leak in my tire and they took care of the valve and filled my tires at no charge. As a business owner I appreciate that so much. Such great customer service with how rude people can be these days it was refreshing. Highly recommend!

I had a boat trailer tire blowout while on vacation in June, 2020. Dave and Deans not only fixed the tire but also the other two old tires for a very reasonable price. The best part they did this on the same day within 2 hours. Fabulous service. The attendant was courteous and answered all my questions. They even checked the bearings on my boat trailer.

We were on vacation and last night I found a nail in my tire. I went in first thing this morning and they were able to fix my tire within 30 minute. Great service, great job. Thank you Dave and Dean s Quality Tire!

Was there for the first time yesterday for four new tires and the service was 5 star with a great price on new Cooper tires.Tom behind the counter was as helpful and pleasant as could be.Connie was nice enough to give me a ride to and from a fitness center while my tires were installed in a very timely on a busy Monday morning. ( best of luck with your little one)I will bring all future service needs here for all of my vehicles.Thank you for a great customer service experience which is becoming harder and harder to find these days!

We were in the Minocqua area for family vacation. I had tire and bearing issues on my trailer. Tom and the guys fixed me up perfectly before my return trip. This place highly recommended by locals. Thankyou guys

Went in to get new tires. When I exited all four-tire tire censer lights came on. I called them to let them know and was informed I would need to bring the car in, assuming they would reset the sensers. When I returned, I was told I would need new censers at $93 a piece. I replied that all four sensers came on immediately after leavening their shop and I was told they operate by batteries. I ended up going to a more local garage to have the censers reset. The biggest insult is that these buffoons thought that I was that stupid.

If you're going here for an oil change you better be on time. I apologized for being 15 minutes late this Monday morning at 815 to my appointment for oil change and the older guy working behind the counter didn't say a word to me for over 5 minutes. He didn't look up and greet me nor show any concern for me although he was able to help a guy who had a flat tire right in front of his store several minutes after I arrived. When I finally asked him how long it would take he said "45 minutes, we pulled in another car because you were late." I'm a healthcare worker and that would make me even later to my patients. On the phone I was told 30 minutes. So I rescheduled for Friday. Please cancel my 3 pm Friday appointment, I won't be returning. I went to Quick Lane Minocqua instead which has first come first serve oil changes AND friendly humans working there.

I had an axle break on my snowmobile trailer and was fortunate enough to meet Rick, one of the partners, and he was nice enough to let me tow the trailer to his lot until I could figure out what I was going to do with it. Rick actually let me borrow his own personal snowmobile trailer to get my sleds to my destination in Star Lake. I also worked with Tom who was super understanding and a big help. Really nice guys that went above and beyond knowing I wasn't having any service with them. North woods hospitality, you can't put a price on that!Thanks guys!

Not the Dave and Dean's of old. Mechanics are great. Customer service behind the counter leaves a lot to be desired. Went in for a tire swap from winter to summer tires. Never reset the tire monitorr inside the truck. After the swap rear tire had a slow leak .Was told it was a tire stem on a new truck. C'mon. Worked fine until I brought it in there. 35 bucks to replace a valve stem ???

I was in a fender bender while traveling through Minoqua/Woodruff. My car was towed to Dave and Dean s Quality Tire and arrived about 4:50 pm (and they closed at 5). They graciously stayed late and replaced my tire. We were on our way within 20 minutes. Thank you for the great service!

I took my mother inlaws car in for her to get new brakes. They called back a hour after we left the car and said it does not need brakes just needs to be drove more. They could have put brakes on it anyway but they were honestand only did the oil change. Not many places like this left. Thank you for being honest.Steve Strait

The service was incredible. We just got on the road to start our trip and got a nail in the tire. Pulled in to Dave and Dean's and were back on the road in 30 minutes all set to go. Thanks for great service!!!

I have used Dave and Deans for a variety of general maintenance work over the last year and every time I am very impressed- they are always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They are easy to work with and offer very reasonable prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
