We always bring our car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They do a good job but I have to have my husband pick me up and take me back because it takes so long. He has to take time off work. Most of the people are very nice but there is one woman who always tries to make it sound like you are an inconvenience. If there were another cheap place in town I would not come back.

My only issue at the auto center is under staffed. They need more help back there. Very helpful great workers..

Went in with my toddler for an oil change while I shopped for a few things paid at the register for the oil change walked to the back got the keys walked out and no car.... had to walk all the way around to the exit bay door In the dark alone with my kid and there was my vehicle vehicle not even 10 feet from their exit bay door not even in a parking spot like it should have been.

Need to hire some help....as you have to either wait 4 to 5 hrs each attempt to get tires rotated...ar wait over a month to get lucky enuf to get in when the 1 or 2 guys are on the clock!!!!Hire some damn people for God's sake!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my headlight restoration! They only taped around lights did not cover the rest of my car. I will be contacting manager about this!

My husband worked there and got fired on our wedding day for the stupid reason and also the manager Patrick likes to sleep on his job occasionally is lazy and disrespectful my husband always got the work done to the point he could barely move his bad ankle do not recommend this place for job or good customer service

There was only one car there when I pulled in for an oil change. 1 3/4 hours later when I witnessed others coming and going, I asked about how much longer my car would be. They had NOT EVEN started!! I asked why and was told "that is how the work orders are put in." It would seem like first come first served, but no. It's however they feel like loading you in. I left without the oil change. This happened to us one other time, so will no longer being going there. I could understand waiting if there would have been a line ahead of me. But to be told that the "work orders" are just put in so irresponsibly.

The price is fair and it's convenient to be able to shop while waiting... But other than that, the service is crazy slow. Was estimated 45 minutes for a standard oil change and I'm currently at 2 hours wait time still waiting for my vehicle to finish... Not everyone here is super friendly either.

Horrible service. Was told it would be no longer than 45 minutes for tire and oil change. I waited for 4 hours. The man running the register did not care about how long I had been waiting. When i finally got to check out i was not offered a discount. I had to demand one after waiting for 4 hours. Next time I'm gonna bite the bullet and go pay a little more for better service.

Don t go here, I went in for a oil change and after my car started breaking down. I found out that they put the wrong oil in my car. Now i have to pay to get a whole bunch more things done. Definitely don t recommendService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I bought two tires on Walmart. Com and store because my vehicle is 4x4 tells me I have to replace all tires for those on fixed income it is hard to do that especially when tires are close to a grand fir the four tires I do believe that when Walmart started the tire and lube department it was to help the customer get get to a. Replacement tire so that they could get to a professional shop to get the other work done not tell me they can't do the work because I didn't buy enough tires sounds like they have gone off track here lately

The lady who helped me was very polite and friendly, even with the huge rush of customers at the time. It took a while but they were able to replace several lights on my truck and were very fair and honest through the entire process.

This place was awful ... no one knew what they were doing! We were all set to purchase our tires and our price went up almost $200 ! When we asked why she explained it to us but when I asked why was this not explained as we were going? That was a huge price difference to me! She said well everyone knows you need these things replaced when you get new tires... I explained I did not. And my husband who used to change tires for a living said you do not have to replace all of those things and that he did want the new air thingies (sorry I cant think of what they are called) but that we definitely didnt need new lug. Nuts! She said they HAD to replace them . We asked for our car back and drove across the street to an actual tire store and the guy came out looked at our tires and said you really only need two the back tires look brand new which they did. So we went in decided on really nice ones we spent more but felt comfortable doing so as we got way better tires and they only did what we asked! Dont go to Walmart... go to a real tire shop or buy your tires through them but have somewhere else put them on for you!

dudea that took care of my car were great! stormy the manager was rude and didnt care about their coworker who had covid and was there to get his tire changed. put me and my unborn child at risk with covid!

Got there at 8am first in, almost first out. Usually have to wait but not this time. Did work in reasonable amount of time. Service folks were helpful and friendly.

Excellent service, as usual I saved about $50 on a car battery. I recently saw a review of different car batteries and Walmart placed very jogh

Horrible service in auto center! Would not recommend! If your car is not running silently they will rudely deny you service and if you do get in, you will be waiting half the day...

I like buying tires here. They have road hazard warranty and lifetime spin balance and rotation. And, Walmarts are everywhere. Great if you have college kids

Just got done with an oil change, don't recommend anyone going here. These workers walk around like Zombies. Just plain horrible service.

Worked out very well. Just didn't call when the tires were done so had to call them instead to ask. Not a big deal.

Every time I go in for an oil change it s a 2, 3 and even longer wait. Need to hire someone to do just oil changes.
