Great experience, knowledgeable and polite staff. Just wish I would have haggled a bit. I think I overpaid for my 2015 Cruze but, the market stinks right now and what's done is done. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family! Thank you.

I would never go back and buy a car from these people. The car was only $8,000 and they sent in a loan request to the bank for $11,000 and I didn't get approved.

I do NOT recommend TJ's Auto.Tldr; unknowledgeable, horrible level of communication, not people of their word, little follow through, find a better company to do business with!IF you're going to over pay for a used vehicle because a dealer seems like a more trustworthy option, PLEASE, I BEG of you, at least find a different dealer!Their website, reviews, and first impression seem real good. This is why I chose to do business with them rather than some random private sale. They seem to have a good reputation and seem trust worthy.Boy was I wrong.I found a truck, used, not from their newer inventory, it was a trade in. Seemed to drive well, seemed ok (I'm not a mechanic). I trusted them. I bought the truck. 3 days later, the truck broke down to an inoperable state. I may add more details later, but long story short... They had the truck for 5 months, with little communication. Rare updates, and excuse upon excuse. They installed and tried multiple things without my permission, which they had me sign something after the fact saying I was ok with it. Charged me a 'discounted' $1900 for repairs. Then I take the truck home. And drove it to work today, and guess what?!?! It died. They didn't fix it. They are not reliable, this is shady. They are proud of our 'as is' contract, even though they didn't share any major issues. They told me I was getting a good vehicle. They treated me like a sucker. And now I'm stuck with a 6500lb paper weight. And... They. Don't. Care. They have their money. No concern for doing good business.If you're going to over pay for a used vehicle because a dealer seems like a more trustworthy option, Please, I beg of you, at least find a different dealer!TJ's Auto,I am disappointed that our business deal is satisfactory for you. You are welcome for my time leaving this feedback. The only thing you can do at this time to change my mind is make this right. Replace the truck with a working one, or at minimum, take the lemon back and back your "good" reputation. Don't be shady.

Bought a few cars from this dealership! All have been in great condition with a great price! I wouldn t buy my cars from anywhere else now. Also, their body service is amazing and their customer service is phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased a 2015 F250 truck for my sign business. I am in Indiana, so the entire transaction was handled by phone, text and email. I worked with Seth who was quick to respond and helpful.I am happy with the transaction, price and quality of the truck.I will definitely give these guys a shot at my next vehicle purchase.

Recently just bought a car from them. Knew it had issues with the breaks. When asked to get it inspected before the purchase to ensure I didn't need to go to another shop to fix it. Was told it was just a rust spot and nothing to worry as the lines were bled and the pads were replaced. Ended up going to another shop because the issue was actually never fixed, lied to saying it was just a rust spot and that my rotors were noticeably warped. So either the mechanics there are neglectful with their inspections or malpractice by the dealer to just lie and hide the issue.

We just purchased a SUV from TJ's and worked with Seth on this purchase. It was extremely refreshing to deal with an honest salesman, Questions were answered quickly and without canned response as well as follow-up phone calls. I test drove the SUV the day before and when I came in the following day to purchase, Seth actually told us he would put plates on it again so we could make sure it was what we wanted. Very professional, customer orientated service. We had a lot of choices on the lot and when we did make our choice, we were made to feel very comfortable and drove away with the feeling that we were taken care of and were not just another sale and dollars in the bank. I would use them and will use them on all future purchases.

These guys were great. I drove a long way to pick up parts for my car and it was worth it. When I got there he asked if I wanted to see the car that the parts came off of to see if I wanted anything else. I said "I'd love to!" He drove me right to the car. I agreed to buy the driver door and he removed it on the spot and cut me a great deal because it had a dent on it. He also gave me some tips on how to install it and gladly answered all my questions. He even loaded the parts into my van for me! Seriously great service. Just make sure to check your GPS before you get there. He said they were having problems with Google maps because of the recent name change from HWY 13 to HWY 73.I highly recommend this place!

Nice place and nice people fair prices just a little mess up stuff happens. I drove 1hr45min for a tranfer case for my truck and when i got there i saw it was the right TC but it had a different style speed sensor on the output shaft. He tells me it was compatible so i took it. Got home and checked and the sensor was not compatible with my speed sensor connection so i didnt even install it. I brought it back for a total time of 7 hrs driving.

They are very friendly. The vehicle we wanted was there but sold quickly! This is how quick they are. If you want to buy a vehicle from this location ..make a call and go otherwise it will sell quickly

Randy at T J s was extremely polite and personable. Randy even went out of his way to go out into the yard and find the odd item I was looking for. I received excellent customer care and when my items arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the price of not only parts but shipping as well. I don t normally post a review unless the company exceeded my expectations; T J s did. Price will get me in the door the first time, customer service gets me back in the door.

I normally don't post reviews but I felt like because of the above and beyond customer service experience I've received, they deserve a shoutout! I'm from the valley area in WI and I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from TJ's Auto on July 8th, 2021. The sales department was fantastic, not pushy at all. A few short months later there was something going on with my brakes and brought it into a local dealership to get them looked at. My brakes were completely shot - metal on metal. Because it was so unsafe to drive off the lot and TJ's was 2 hours away, they sent a check directly to me to cover the cost of what it would be for them to fix. I received the check in a timely amount of time as well. I'm so beyond happy with the experience I've had with TJ's. They take care of you as much as they are able and always want to make it right.

My husband had an Oops! with his truck. TJ's fixed it in a timely manner and worked with our insurance. You can't even tell there was a problem. We will definitely use them in the future! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Update: an email was sent to me today, a day after the review and was sent at 6:21 am. Prior to that no emails were sent and 1 phone call was received with question about the application. So in response to asking me to remove this review, I will not as it is factual.Seriously lacking in communication skills. Applied for financing as I didn t want to use my savings, but just purchased a brand new car so figured it would be denied but worth a try before I used cash. Well I m assuming it was denied because I haven t heard a word from them now. I m also going to assume then that you don t want my cash either. I will go someplace who appreciates customers.

Rip off and rude. The sales department tried to convince me that salvage title has no effect on value and that other vehicles of the same make model and year for sale in the area are "not an accurate representation of the market, nor are price books such as Kelley blue book". When I did not buy into that logic the sales person called me nonsense and became rude to the point that I had to BLOCK THEIR NUMBER.Also in response to my review as you can see below they are implying that I am lying or somehow confused....I have the entire conversation in texts and am absolutely sure it was this location. As indicated in my initial review (now in capital letters), I was never at the location, this was a text response to an ad containing this business name, address and picture of their business sign. However I do appreciate that their response shows their rudeness and inability to effectively communicate.

I was very impressed with the quality of vehicle I purchased from TJ's Auto and also with the sales and staff there. I feel a great care was given in seeing that I had a good price on my van and low milage vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy a quality vehicle.Thanks againLauren Hughes

Called ahead to make sure TJ s had the part I needed they assured me they had 2 again I asked if they did have the part because I will be driving over 3hrs to get there. So I arrived there and they don t have the part . Never even apologize what a disappointment so then I headed out without the part through the biggest snowstorm of the year last half off trip took a extra 1hr1/2 in 4wheel drive. If I had the time I d be outside protesting 24-7 it was all I could do to leave without destroying everything but I was civil even without getting a apology .

The customer service is poor. It took them 6 days to return my call after stopping in to test drive a vehicle. I was trying to gather more information on it that they didn't know and we're trying to find out for me. To top it all off all of their vehicles have salvage titles and we're in terrible accidents. But the price does not reflect that, if you compare their price to the prices of other dealers in this town and other vehicles that were in no accidents TJ's Auto is actually the same or MORE EXPENSIVE... besides how can you trust buying a vehicle from a dealer that doesn't know the vehicle themselves? Don't bother, go to reputable dealer.

The people at TJ's are fantastic. They always have a solution for mt car issues. Whether it's fixing the one I have or replacing it. The mechanic is great and the sales people are honest and straightforward. I've had wonderful experiences here.

Best collision repair experience I could have asked for! They were done on the day they promised and made things look even better than they did before the accident, and I didn't think that was possible; that is not an exaggeration. Thanks Jay! I recommend these guys 110%!

This place has a friendly staff. Their automobile have all been wrecked I wasn't aware of this before I visited I do not want to buy a wrecked vehicle so buyer beware. They will show you pictures of the accident and the Carfax. Personally I don't know how they didn't Selvage most of them cars they were tore up pretty bad

They don't come running out all over your car when you just pull in. They let you look around a little then someone will come out and ask if they can help. If you say you just looking right now they will say ok if you need anything you are just inside. You don't get another one 5 mins later asking the same question. Highly recommended to go to. We bought a vehicle though them and love it.
