Wonderful shop, wonderful guys, wonderful shop manager. Woman and child friendly, never any patronizing tones from anyone. I felt totally comfortable breastfeeding my son in my car during my oil change today. You couldn t pay me to go anywhere else.

My first time going here was beyond amazing. When you pull up to the doors a team member comes out and asks which service you re needing today and also give you a bottle of water to have while you wait. After he explained everything very well, the doors opened and your guided inside to meet the rest of the crew and let me tell you that they were nice gentleman, great knowledge, and they make sure you understand everything and all that they find wrong or leaks or anything.. They most definitely know what there doing and go above and beyond to make sure your happy with the service you ve been provided with. They are an amazing team group and funny and know when to have fun with the customers. I will definitely be back for my next oil change cause I couldn t stop laughing and learned a lot more then I thought I knew. Very well mannered gentleman keep up the awesome flow..

Ed and his crew are simply outstanding!! None other can compare. Not only are they friendlier than ever, but super fast and sufficient. Quality and up to date services. Answered all of my questions and got me out of there in no time. I always leave feeling like I got the best service in town!! Huge thank you to Ed and team at Take 5!!

Overall good place to take you vehicle to get an oil change, friendly and knowledgeable guys work here. Relatively fast service depending on the cars in front of you. Did get a few scratches and dents on my car from the guys trying to get around and do stuff in a smaller area they work in.

High priced oil change. Billing statement doesn't show accurate pricing of oil, filter, type of service. Do yourself a favor and go to a local garage.

The entire staff was phenomenal! They went far beyond my expectations. Service was quick & efficient. All extra jobs were performed except being able to fill one tire due to the stem not coming off to fill the tire. I just wish I'd been informed before having to question as to why my tire pressure wasn't registering.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Once again, indeed as always, Take 5 did an incredible job taking care of my pickup. Today was z completely different crew than the last few times but they equally were competent professionals. I was amazed. Well done gentlemen.

The name is misleading as I've never spent less than 15 minutes inside, nevermind the wait outside. Not complaining, just saying "Take 5" is not accurate.As for the service, outstanding! I wish they'd stop pushing synthetic oil, especially after I say "no", but whatever. The manager at the Wisconsin Rapids location is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and his staff have a good role model.

How often can a woman say they enjoy getting their vehicles oil changed? These guys are great! They are knowledgeable, timely and can even be funny. Reminding me of my vehicles recalls, or suggested manufacture maintenance. Even keeps my fluids filled between oil changes! Thank you guys for giving me confidence in my vehicles upkeep.

Very professional. The day I was there it wasn't busy but with one team to do the changes. I liked that they gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited. I had to have new filters all 3 places, so I did spend more than I had figured, but very satisfied with the whole process. Not good! Went to put washer fluid in my wifes car and noticed the hood support was not clipped back in. This has a positive locking clip and in no way could come out if properly clipped. Then i noticed only one securing tab was locked on the plastic engine cover, so i removed and noticed the tabs are broken. No work other than oil changes has been done to this vehichle since i last took this off. My guess is they couldnt find the oil fill as its hard to see on a 2012 Honda pilot. No one said a thing. Back to changing my own oil. I knew better but you live and learn. If you cant change your own, take it sonewhere else.honesty is all that is expected.Service: Oil change

I have been a "Take 5" patron for several years now. My job involves me traveling through out the country on various assignments. When it comes time for an oil change, I've been very fortunate that there has been a Take 5 available. I am very pleased with the consistency in professionalism and the friendly/knowledgeable staff at each location I have utilized.Now my local Take 5 is just a little more special to me, but that's because I think they exceed expectations n every category! Very expensive oil change. I honestly can't believe how expensive they are. The fact they don't know how many miles it needs to be changed again when it's synthetic oil just amazed me.

Too much goofing around. No look of professionalism. They looked like slobs and acted like they didn't know what they were doin. One guy got his fingers slammed in my hood because they couldn't lock down the hood. I've been goin there for years and I sure won't be back now. I don't know why you lost your good staff but you should get them back

Customer service was excellent. The staff worked in unison to be very efficient with still giving myself the proper attention and information.
