Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable about the 2023 Ford Bronco I purchased. He was also very personable and enthusiastic about what Rapids Ford has to offer to their customers. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I appreciated the way the entire crew at Rapids Ford worked together to make my purchase easy and worry free.

I have never had so much fun buying a car. My brain is indecisive and Kacie did an amazing job picking one out for me. I will trust no one else with my business well, exception of a Point dealer, but Rapids Ford LLC is top of the top and everyone I made contact with was absolutely amazing and entertaining and safe. 110 would recommend. Silas and his manager Ben were personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly! I felt well taken care of. Silas sold my husband his Ford Escape earlier this year and had a great experience, too. I m very happy with my new car and was happy to give Silas my business, too! He s amazing!!

My wife and I had about a 90 minute wait while work was done to our F-150, a member of the service department came out to visit with us which was really nice. Showing us pictures of trucks of interest to me, that he had restored. Made us fresh coffee which went over great with my wife. Overall experience was top notch, looking forward to our next service!

Went in for couple of recalls for my F150. There was a programming issue which needed more time to discuss with Ford. Gave me a loner to use. Kept me updated on the status of my truck. Took great care in explaining the issue. Very good communication.

Went there a couple weeks ago in a bind, I had a car break down and needed a new car. I was able to get in contact with Silous and Kacie, they helped me from start to finsih. Both took my needs into consideration and busted their a** to get me into a newer worry free car! I apprechaite everything they did and, I am loving my new car! Loan process was easy and any questions I had were answered! Great overall experience! Would recommend! 10/10!

Found the car I wanted online and told them to have everything ready I would come in and drop payment off, told them i have already test driven that model, so time was my big factor and I wanted to be in and out of there to purchase and all of that was said ahead of time on the phone.I got there an hour later (told them I'd be there in 45 min) and none of the paperwork was ready. So finally got all that done wrote him the check and took the vehicle only to find out it was completely empty like maybe a gallon of gas in it so that was a little bit disappointing also.But Silas, was good salesman, problems arose more in the way that Ford handles the salesman to the financing position part that was cumbersome and timely.Overall would have given a five-star if they would have had the paperwork ready as requested and the car full of gas.Adding to review: First day car would not start, second day same problem, only was given a valet key not the car fob, cant accsess trunk, Key ignition works intermittenly. Send a message to ford, no reply.

Mike in service was beyond helpful. Very courteous and patience with me. He went way beyond what I have received in the past. He checked on me and kept me updated on my service.Mike also followed up to see if I needed anything else.Great employee and very conscientious.Pleasant visit

Kacie was the absolute best, Couldn't recommend her enough. Got me out of a sticky situation into a nice an affordable vehicle. She stayed late to get the deal done and didn't complain one time. I would absolutely recommend buying your next vehicle from her.

Excellent experience at Rapids Ford! Kim and all the personnel were wonderful to work with. Drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a truck and would definitely make the drive again for our next vehicle purchase.

If I could give NO STARS I would. I called because I was running late and they said no problem, you can still come. I show up and explain what s wrong they take a look and I explained another problem that was wrong and they said they WOULDN T look at it because they would charge me even more though I have a warranty. I waited for my car, but ended up finding out it was going to take long (no problem) so I got a ride. But what bothered me was when they asked me if I wanted a rental, but when I said yes, they told me too bad we don t have any!!!! Like what the hell??!! They called and told me nothing was wrong, but I still had to pay out of pocket almost $200 to tell me nothing was wrong, even though I had a WARRANTY. Very frustrating and not a good experience. Will not be bringing any business back there.

I always have a great experience whenever I get my car serviced at Rapids Ford. The mechanics are honest, remember who I am from previous visits, and take the time to explain things in a respectful way.

I just purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick from Rapids Ford. Ordered in July and took delivery in January. I worked with Tyler. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all honest. all the things a car salesman should be. He kept me informed during the entire process. Tyler made the entire process fast, easy and painless. I would recommend Rapids Ford and Tyler to anyone looking to buy a vehicle in central Wisconsin.

I bought my vehicle in November and noticed it was leaking oil so I brought it in and was told it was going to be $1700. After talking to the manager he helped me out and got me a deal to help me get it fixed. Honestly really grateful for what they did and got it back in a decent time.

Service Department was great to work with regarding the issues in my older Lincoln.They also have a great variety of vehicles available at reasonable prices and my intent is to acquire my next vehicle from them.A recommended dealer to use in the Wisconsin Rapids area!

I bought a car from them and right away. I noticed it had a problems with the transmission. It was making noises. I brought it back right away, and they said there was nothing wrong with it.This was like 100 miles after the 60k warranty expired.So I took it to a Nissan dealer which it was a faulty transmission $2200 later I got my car fixed. They passed the buck with me really bad. They not very nice to me.Buyer bewar!

Brought vehicle in thinking timing gear had gone out. Garage was going to look at and give us an estimate for repairs. Got estimate of 12,000.00 for a new engine. Car only worth 3000.00 to 6000.00 on Blue book. I was charged 180.00 for diagnostic check and was never told we would be charged for anything only to junk car. Will never go or recommend rapids Ford to anyone.

While traveling and experiencing engine issues, Rapids Ford was able to squeeze me into their schedule, get my truck diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road without an extensive delay. Am very happy with their service dept.
