I came in w/ a last minute tire issue as I was leaving for a long drive and the team was incredibly kind and helpful and did an excellent job. Price was beyond reasonable and they were so sweet to my dog. 10/10, really great group of people.

Pomp's is fantastic! They took the time to help me select me the best tires to match my needs and budget. Gave me honest information without pushing a particular brand. Their prices were the best. The tires I selected were not in store but they obtained incredibly quick. Installation was much faster than I anticipated. I recently relocated to the area and asked about unrelated services, the staff were more than willing to provide me with valuable information. HIGHLY recommend Pomp's!! Kudos to you and the Wisconsin Rapids staff!!!!

I brought my car here after I had a nail puncture in one of my tires from my winter tire set. Pomp's let me know that the tire was not repairable since the nail penetrated the sidewall, and that they were unable to find a replacement tire for me. I had a set of summer tires at home that I suggested to bring in and get all 4 wheels swapped over instead. Pomp's was very accomodating and was able to fit me in for another appointment about 1 hour later. I brought all 4 tires in, and they took my car in for about 30 minutes. When I got my car back, I had discovered that they only replaced the one tire that had the puncture. Now I have a car that has 3 winter tires and 1 summer tire on it. I questioned them on why they didn't change all 4 tires, and was told that this was okay since the tread depth on all 4 tires on the car were the same. I had a concern because my vehicle is AWD and now I'm going to have a 2nd set of tires with uneven wear. I didn't argue with them, but felt like choosing to do this didn't make any sense and was unacceptable. My experience here was otherwise very good, but I can't look past what I felt was a lapse in judgement. I made an appointment the next day at another tire shop to get this corrected.

Pomp s always takes care of me. I never worry about getting ripped off. Last time I had tires put on they said If you do it this way we can save you some money. Who does that anymore??? Love them

Pomp's Wisconsin Rapids is the only place in Wisconsin Rapids to go for your tire needs. A dealership told me I needed to buy 3 new tires. I went here to Pomp's and they checked all my tires and told me to hold off a for a bit. They didn't pressure me into buying tires! They checked my pressures and made sure I was good to go. This WILL BE the place I buy every set of tires I ever need.

Fast and quick service. They found a screw in my tire. Had it repaired and I was back on the road in 20 minutes! Very professional and courteous!

Doing farm harvesting, time is of the essence. Service truck showed up promptly. Didn t have the tire in stock, so I had them order one. Tire arrived the following day and was installed. Incorrect tire tread pattern. Turf/ gravel type tread instead of AG/ tractor type tread. Couldn t wait for Pomps to order a different tire and have equipment down several more days.

Always have had a good experience with the service at Pomp's in Wisconsin Rapids. Been there twice to fix punctures in tires and they had them repaired in less than 20 minutes.

What can I say from the time you call them? They are amazing! Polite courteous so wanted to be helpful and when I pick my tires up they're there when they said they would be. They were right there. Just wonderful. They the general up front. Believe this is Matthew. He was an asset to the company. He just treated you just like you or VIP. Excellent service.

Was traveling through town and we had a bulge in our boat trailer tire. They had 2 tires in stock and were able to get them mounted within a half hour. Would recommend to others

Went in for a nail in my tire- it was some little piece of metal that didn't go thru the tire. They didn't charge me for it!! The guys were nice & professional.
