Had a great experience at this location. Came in with a burnt out headlight & Kyle went above and beyond to help me. He even helped me change the bulb while I was there. Would definitely go back

young guy greeted by saying yo what are you looking for my mom had asked for light bulb fpr her jeep and he wants to sell the whole housing 280$! are you kidding me she asked for them to change a bulb not the whole housing. dude needs to rethink his job and his garbage car he drives.

The Wisconsin Rapids employees are awesome. Fixed my brake light in no time and were very pleasant the tech was jacob he is great.

The guys at this location are just phenomenal!I m not from here, and have been having some pretty terrible experiences with a local dealership.Every single time I go to this location they re helpful, honest, and always go the extra mile to help. I trust them completely to tell me what I need rather than just trying to sell me things I don t need. They ll even install your wipers, battery, and a few other things.

Customer service is horrible since some guy named Zach started working here. Everytime I call and he answers the phone it's another issue. One time I called and he answered with "thank you for calling advance auto parts" I thought this was O'Rielly Auto Parts man! Another time I called he answered the right way but his attitude was horrid, I asked for something and he thought he put me on hold but he must've missed the button because I could hear him mocking and making fun of me in the background. What a joke! Who's hiring these people! I hope this message reaches the manager or atleast someone involved in the company because this is ridiculous! Fix it!

Ordered my parts online to get the discount. They gave me the wrong parts. Then made me pay more for their mistake. Lost me as a customer!

Chris is such an amazing help everytime we stop in for an issue with either one of our vehicles... We drive all the way from Plover just for his service and knowledge. He has saved me a bunch of headaches and running around. Amazing guy!!

Great place, never had a single issue with them that they wouldnt try and make right. My go to over any parts stores in the area! Had been given a faulty part from another oriellys that they took in and gave me one that worked, or one part was missing out of the box they gave me the rest without question...

If you want parts go somewhere else. I ordered a torque converter from them 2 weeks ago and today I find out they canceled the order they say they called and informed me but they never called me they never called anybody at my house or anything like that. Go somewhere else is all I can say I've never had good service with them

Charged me for a separate extended warranty I never knew about or agreed upon. To me, that is an unathorized purchase. When I discovered this on my receipt at home, I immediately emailed the store manager, but got NO response at all back from them. I will NOT be doing any future business with a company that allows this kind of practice. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AT THE STORE!!!!!!

They exchanged my auto battery with no problem. I had a year left on the warranty. They answered my questions about my vehicle as best they could.

Good experience except for one employee. Had to return but the my problem was solved by another gentleman and made I right with a smile on his face. I'll continue to buy my auto parts here.
