I am a truck driver from out of town and called two other local shops and got turned away. I needed a semi trailer tire repaired, and I called them about an hour before they closed. They told me that they could help me and to bring it on in. Upon inspection of the tire, they realized that it was not just a nail hole in the tire that had actually blown out. Unfortunately, they did not have a replacement for me, so one of their team members drove across town to find me a tire. He came back with the tire and got it on the truck all in about an hour. I can not express my thank you and gratitude enough. Everyone there went over and above to get me back on the road. Fantastic service and great job to everyone at Freeburg's service!Thank you!

Double the oil change price of my last shop since moving here. May need to locate another option or add more errands to justify returning to the old spot. Kept me waiting quite a bit longer than it should have due to miscommunication between staff. It can happen, but I was still inconvenienced.

They always come through when you need them. They do their best at getting you in when you re in a time crunch. They are very polite, Honest and do excellent work for a reasonable price. Freeberg is the absolute best. I had to take in both my car and my husband's. Mine was getting finished up on our horrible heat wave. With no AC in the garage they still finished my car. Kudos to freeberg you guys and gals rock seriously above and beyond excellent service. And my car is in perfect condition Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I had a semi tire that needed changed but they didn't have any. They told me if I had a tire to come before 5 and they would change it. I pulled in at 5:15 and the guy was there waiting on me. I don't remember his name but he was a great guy, changed my tire and didn't complain at all I was late. They all seemed very professional, nice, and their shop and office was neat and in order.

Freeberg s is one of the best auto repair shops I have been to. They are true to their word and reasonably priced. Extremely helpful and patient when dealing with extended warranty companies. Would rate and recommend to friends and family. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else!

Our car broke down on July 8th my father in law passed on July 4th and his funeral was on July 15th, we had no way to get to my Father in law s funeral in Clintonville We had our car towed into Freebergs on the 13th even though they told us they had no room to fit it in sooner than the 18th they pulled some strings and got our car fixed on the 14th they do an amazing job and really care about their customers. We are on the road on the 14th to Clintonville and we got to spend some much needed quality time with my brother and sister-in-law. I will never forget what they did for us and we are customers for life and I will always recommend them to friends and family. Thank You so much for what you did for us you guys are awesome keep up the great work.

Freeburg repeatedly comes through! I first started going to them a year or so ago to get a competitive quote on some work I needed. They told me that after looking at my car, the original quote I had contained a bunch of unneeded things. I went with them and it saved me $ big time! Since then they have continued to do work for me and stand behind everything they do. The warranty program is an added bonus as one time a faulty part (manufacturing fault, not theirs) didn't solve the issue and they replaced it free of charge. I won't go anywhere else with my car now.

I contacted Freebergs and they responded quickly and were able to get our car in quickly to see what was wrong with it. They were respectful and explained what they found and were very patient when we found out it was transmission failure. They were able to get our car in within a week and had it fixed. We haven't had any troubles with it at all since having the work done a few months back. I have never been treated so kindly from an auto repair shop before. Thank you everyone at Freebergs! Keep up the amazing job!

We took our motorhome to Freeberg. The service was wonderful. The people were patient about answering our questions. The price was reasonable when considering all the work that was done. We would gladly recommend Freeberg's. God bless you.

Our motorhome broke down and we were towed to Freeberg's on Thurs July 8 at closing time. Ellis and his lead man stayed late to fix the motorhome ,What an amazing place and group of people.A certain 5-star repair facility. would do business there anytime!!

They work on cars and large trucks.While passing through town I broke down and needed a water pump on my 2012 Freightliner Cascadia. This shop was excellent. I am an owner operator that turns his own wrenches. When you can't do the work yourself because you are on the road it is hard to find a place that will not take advantage of you. I normally head to a dealership, which is very pricey for work that lacks attention to detail. The shop is clean, guys were professional and they did good work and did it promptly. They didn't drag their feet just to get paid by the hour.I would highly recommend Freeberg's. Their shop is back off the road. So look for the sign.

Well this place used to be my go to mechanic, but not anymore. They try to get you to do unnecessary work. I got a second opinion from a different qualified mechanic. I was told to fire my mechanic. I will never do business with them again. Very disappointing.

I am extremely impressed with this place. Especially with the roadside assistance program you get put on for spending over $25. So happy this place was recommended to me!
