Thank you to the gentleman at Auto Zone that tried to help me remove my stripped screws from my rear license plate. He tried several things but wasn t able to remove them, but suggested I try a Dremel tool to grind some slots in the screws. It took awhile, but that idea worked. So I returned to the store to get some new screws once I knew the right size. I went to a competitor down the street before I went to Auto Zone, and they wouldn t even look at my issue. Glad I stopped at Auto Zone!

I went Friday to return a part that was dead out of the box. I went in with my dad but asked him to stand back I was I felt I could handle said transaction on my own. I didn't have the receipt as I was never sent one to my email. They told me I could only get store credit for the $942 part. I kept going through my email searching thinking maybe I missed it. I turned around and asked my dad to step up and then they called a center they have and got the transaction number that they needed to return the money. They were not going to do this until my dad stepped up. I feel this is taking advantage of a woman and is terrible treatment of their customers on their end. I highly refuse to recommend them!

Went to get battery and alternator tested. Car died in the parking lot. First employee, I didn't catch his name came out and tried to help jumping the car. Later, Michael came out to help, ended up taking battery in to test it. It was the battery and at first they didn't see a lower end battery available, a short time later he came back out saying he found one that will work. Put the battery back in and the van started right up. These guys went above and beyond. You can't get service like this too many places anymore. Thanks guys!

I've had nothing but phenomenal service here. Nate was very accommodating with the assistance installing a light bulb I purchased from them.Very helpful. I've only had great service from the helpful staff at auto zone. Thanks:)

Every time I go into this store I walk out with a little more knowledge about my vehicles. The employees in this store are great. They take the time to help you find what you need, and explain how to do use the tools/fix your issue.I went in one time and they replaced my battery for me. Which was nice since I didn't have the extender I would have needed to unmount the old battery.

First of all, I appreciate AutoZone staying open until 9:00pm on a week night, unlike some other businesses. The average visit is under 5 minutes, due to the assistance & knowledge of the counter sales people. I am in & out, and on my way in less than 5 minutes each visit. Good job people.

I went to the store last week to purchase synthetic oil and a filter that was advertised on sale. There was one person on the phone and two other workers that did not have a clue about a sale they had for Mobil 1, filter, and shop towels. After waiting for them to figure it out for 10 minutes I left the store and went to Walmart to buy the items. Very disappointed.

Not very impressed with the staff. I knew what I needed but they insisted I didn't. Got the part they gave me only to return it n get the right one 2 hours late

This is my favorite place to go for Auto parts. They usually have everything i need in stock, for all my vehicles. Customer service is outstanding, they are always willing to help. Also have good prices on tools and equipment. Would recommend this place over the others

Can't support businesses who fold in fear and refuse to help those who have conditions that don't allow them to wear a mask. Took my money to their competition and will continue to do that after this mandate is lifted.

Parts were in stock. I called before going and the parts were at the counter and ready to go when I walked through the door. Greeted with a smile and I left with a smile.

Staff is helpful. They try to keep most common parts for a lot of the popular cars in stock. They can get parts in a day too. Have a lot of everyday needs at not too bad of prices.

The staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable! If they don't have the part you need in stock - wich is VERY rare! - they can get it the next business day!

Didn't have the part I needed in stock the worker tried to tell me the car manufacturer put the wrong fuel pump in my car and was rude about it. Very unhappy about my experience at the store.

Great knowledge about most high production American made cars. If you are looking for foreign car part be sure you have done a little research on what is recomended by the manufacturer, especially Land Rover or Jaguar

I like going to this store for the good service. Some of the newer people are not as knowledgeable as the long timers.
