Had a great experience with Abra. I was able to get in quickly for an estimate and they then scheduled my SUV for service about a week later. It took about 10 days for the repair and I was provided a loaner free of charge.I received daily texts updating me on the status of the repair. Finally when I picked up the vehicle, the detailing job they did was amazing! I don t think my car will ever be that clean again! Thanks, Abra!!

They seem to have done a good job on my vehicle, but they weren't the greatest at communicating. I went in for an estimate (after making an appointment) and they gave me a quote. I went in a couple days later to make the appointment (for two weeks later). They said if I brought it in between 8-9am, it should be done by the end of the day. My appointment was for a Monday. When I brought it in Monday morning, they said that the computer generated that it would be complete by Friday. I was super confused and surprised, because I was told it would be done by the same day. They told me it definitely wouldn't be done by the end of the day, but probably would be done by the next day. Tuesday came and went and I only received generated texts saying how they were waiting for parts and then they'd work on it. That was confusing, too, because I made the appointment two weeks prior and assumed they would order the parts then. Wednesday afternoon I stopped in and they said that my vehicle was being worked on right then and it would be ready in a half hour. We showed up an hour later and they weren't quite done yet. When they finished, we noticed that they had missed some screws on my vehicle and that they were going to charge us almost $100 more than what they originally told us. We got them to give us the originally quoted price and they fixed the missing screw. Most of these issues weren't that bad, but none of them were really communicated upfront, which is what made it most frustrating. It was also inconvenient nit having a vehicle for almost three days, but I suppose that's better than being without a vehicle for five or more days... again, I appreciate the work they did and everything seems good, but the communication could have been better.

I was rearended and my insurance recommended ABRA Auto and Body. They were able to get my car in the week I called for the inspection and order the part as soon as they were able to. As soon as the part came in they called me telling me they were ready and they had my car done in less time than they were predicting. Not only were they able to do an amazing job fixing my car they also cleaned out the interior, and as a person who drives three children around I can't say how grateful I am for them doing this. I am so grateful and can't say enough good things about ABRA Auto and Body.

This is the first time i personally needed to use abras services, but they did a wonderful job. My dad and others have had work done there through insurance as well and their stuff was great as well.Happy with the staff, amazing communication and they were even done a few days before the estimated completion date. Would recommend them and their services to everyone.No complaints with paint matching or other problems!Service: Body & Trim

I got into a car accident & a co-worker of mine recommended Abra. I was skeptical no matter where I was going to go for repairs, as I have metallic paint on my vehicle & was worried they would mess it up & not be able to match the color. But boy, was I wrong!! Abra not only matched it perfectly but gave regular updates on the status of repairs. They also offered a free loaner car while my vehicle was being fixed. When I had issues with the 1st 1, they were quick to offer a replacement with my safety in mind. And prior to picking up my vehicle, as a courtesy, they washed & vacuumed it. I definitely recommend Abra for all your repairs!

I am very happy with ABRA Auto Body in Wisconsin Rapids. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They also finished my vehicle a week earlier than predicted. It looks brand new and they even cleaned my windshield and dash something I have not been able to do since injuring my shoulders.

3 day job took 4 weeks. Was told to bring in vehicle on a certain day and that the job would only take three days because it was an easy fix. They also said they would check to make sure the right parts were shipped because sometimes they get the wrong parts. So we brought the car in to get fixed and at the end of the third day I called and they said the wrong parts were shipped. You would think someone would check to make sure the parts are correct before they disassemble your car , Common sense you would think.. Then I was told it might be another week for parts, but then parts didn t come in. 3 weeks still no parts finally parts came in and was finished by the end of the fourth week. Very disappointing to say the least.

My car was not done on time, which was understandable because a part didn t come on time. But no one communicated that to us until late on the day we were supposed to pick it up. We were able to pick it up and return when the part was received. We are going back today to ask about some areas that aren t done well. Also the car wasn t detailed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Robin who did our estimate for repair was awesome. She was very polite and customer oriented! She always kept us informed of what was going on with the repair of our F 450 Superduty Ford! I hope to never have any car problems again but if I do I m going back to Abra Auto. I got my car back a couple weeks earlier than I was supposed to, they communicated effectively, kept me updated with everything, and had great customer service. Great experience overall

This company is absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service. They messed up my appointment and blamed it on staff not writing it on the schedule. I, again, repeated the details about my vehicle damage. My vehicle was already there from the night before because I love 45 min. away. They got me in saying I would have the estimate the following week. Now, 3 weeks later they scheduled me 2 weeks later for an estimate I already had done. Luckily I clarified my appointment and she then spoke with the estimator because she couldn t find it or see I had it done there already. Now they are saying the estimator has questions and will call me back. Insurance agent unable to get anywhere with them either.

Actual time in shop was far lower than my estimate and the original estimate provided. The section they worked on actually looks better than the other side, and the paint job matches perfectly. No surprises and smooth process. They even did a quick cleaning of interior before turning car back to me. Would recommend if you go through Progressive at least.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Being that ABRA Auto Body used a forklift to load my van, it was returned to me with many more dents & scratches than it started with. I do not recommend using ABRA Auto Body.

First let me say that I was very happy with the turn around time! Other shops were telling me it would take months and Abra took care of me in just under 1 months time! Unfortunately with that quick turn around came some quality issues. I ended up having to take the grille and shutter assembly out of the truck to pull a wire harness out from behind it so I could plug my side marker lights on the front right back in. These were unplugged during the repair. I also had to change the passenger side turn signal bulb which was requested to be done as a result of the damage to the vehicle which was the reason for my visit to Abra. The headlights were also not aimed at all so that had to be done as well. The grille itself was also not assembled correctly. All in all I spent 4 hours working to correct these issues. What's done is done and I'm not usually one to complain but it seems that no matter where you go these days it's hard to get a decent service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The cost to repair my deer damaged car was very expensive (10,000) . When I went to pick up my car they tacked on another 2000. They never said anything to me or insurance company that it was going to cost more. Hmmm .Service time and communication is terrible! They had my car for 7 weeks when I was told 2. They never answer their phone. Myself and my agent had a hard time reaching them. They need to work on being more honest with their customers. As far as I can tell, the work they did was good! So, if you can go without a car for an extra month and don t mind paying more then I d say it was fine.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Amazing experience. Called another shop, booked months out. Called ABRA with a slightly shorter wait period-booked it. Two days later they call saying they had a schedule change and could get us in 1.5 weeks later. Dropped off on a Tuesday for a Wednesday appointment, that Thursday at 2:15pm we get a call saying it s done.Over 60 hail damage spots plus window trim replacement. Fast, efficient and great communication. Would highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my truck in after the storm damaged it. Work was completed on time and the paint work was phenomenal. The people are really friendly and helpful.We did have to bring it back to have our rear camera hooked back up and tailgate latch refined but it wasnt a big deal. They took the truck and had it fixed in less than 3 minutes.I will be bringing my other vehicles in to have paint work done on them here and look forward to continuing business with them.
