They decided to upgrade the shopping carts. As a 5' tall female the carts are far from ergonomically correct. My 6'3" significant other is ecstatic for the huge new sizes. I choose to shop other places solely because I don't feel comfortable pushing the cart.

The people here don t care about their customers. I was stranded in the parking lot at the grocery pick up. I went in bought my own cables and asked anyone for a jump. One employee was willing to drive his truck around to jump me quick and his manager told him no, KNOWING the situation I was in. Rude and selfish! I just spent $200 at your store, and you re just going to leave me to figure it out?!

As a long time visitor of Walmart I have to say this one was rather clean and well kept. I'm not sure if it's because it's a tourist spot or not but it made me consider returning to this particular Walmart if I'm ever in the Wisconsin Dells area again. Even the homeless man in the parking lot playing Irish inspired tunes was a nice touch as well.

Love the new remodel ! Really clean and organized. The staff is super nice and shelves have plenty of everything. Never feels like it s over loaded with tourist. Great swimming selection and has a nice fishing selection too .

Had our family vehicle serviced while we were out of town visiting the Dells. Had the best experience ever from the automotive shop manager Steve. Great people still do exist. Highly recommend!

Count on Walmart for their consistency throughout the country. I drive a tractor-trailer in the Midwest area and I know that I can park in the outskirts of their lot, run in and know where exactly to find the items I need, and get out quickly during my break. Stores are laid out nearly the same everywhere, selection and pricing are also very predictable.

It's alright. Has what you need, close to other stores in case something you need isn't there, employees are chill, not much more than that. And the bathrooms are almost always clean.

Great experience with the janitor that showed me where the rear restrooms were, the electric store cart doesn't fit in the bathrooms up front

We bought a pork butt from here.. smoked it for 7 hours. Cut into in and it was completely rotten by the bone. It smelt so bad and was grey. I wish I could add the picture of how gross it was. Do not buy the meat!! So much time put into this for nothing. Not only the expensive meat but the energy and pellets used to make it!

Had some grocery shopping to do and wanted to see what they had to drop in my great grandchildren's Christmas stockings. They have a great selection to choose from !!! I went way overboard. They are going to very happy to see those stockings this year.

I received Raul as my personal shopper for my last pickup order. Thank you, Raul! Such a kind man, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. Great customer service is hard to come by. He s a keeper!

I called to ask if they started selling ferns. Talked to a woman over the phone who was incredibly abrassive and unhelpful. I'd rather take the extra 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Baraboo Walmart due to how generally unpleasant this store is.

It s Walmart. We visited late, about 9 PM, so the aisles were blocked with freight. It was difficult to maneuver due to the number of customers still shopping around.

Came up to Dells on vacation for the weekend so like I usual me and my kids come to pick up our online groceries. I get to my AirBnb and realize I m missing half my order and got items I didn t even order. I called to complain, spoke a manager I think her name was Kaitlyn who tried argue with me and say my order was correct. Put me on hold, must of not realized I wasn t even on hold I could hear her calling me the N word under her breath. That s when I lost it hung up and decided I m taking this to corporate. Nice job Wisconsin Dells, I see you re very welcoming to people of all colors. Just a racist cash grabbing community.

Dells Walmart is always 1. Too busy 2. Always empty on that ONE thing you need.WORKERS ARE ALWAYS GREAT AND SHOULD BE PAID MORE STARTING DOWN UP

My 2 complaints with Walmart in general is, #1...too many self-check out lanes. I like the human touch. And #2...since Covid, they took the benches that were scattered throughout the store & put a couple against the wall across from the check-out lanes. I'm a disabled senior & being able to sit for a few minutes before continuing to shop kept me in the store longer. Today, I couldWait to pick up the few things I came for & got out...feet were killing me. I know they have those electric carts, but I've seen so many run out of power in the middle of a row...no thanks. Having some benches scattered around the store would show me you were being considerate of your disabled & tired customers. Other than those 2 things, I give them 4 thumbs up.

We went there to get a fire stick, and the employee told me that they only had Roku and said he recommended Roku because they were the original creators and told us that the closest store that sold Fire sticks was in Madison, but the Home depot in the same parking lot sold them

Half the time going through the checkout, I get flagged for suspicious activity by the camera. Then, a 15 year old has to come watch the video of me to make sure I didn't steal anything. On another note, most of the food they sell has poison in it. Scan it with yuka.

Rude and dirty looks from the old women in electronics. Was trying to double check for any price matching from the app to the store and got an older woman to answer in a snarky way. Regretting my purchase right after buying the item and couldn t return it because of their system

Half the registers are closed and super long lines even on self check out. Store manager says that is all the help they have, but there are many associates around stocking shelfs and pucking orders. How about focus on customer service...

This Walmart, for the difference of many other ones, was very clean and tidy, despite being Christmas Eve. It was busy, but there wasn't 45 min wait like most other Walmarts are.

Older store. Not very clean. Customer service at checkout sucked. That s putting it nicely! The lady was sitting behind checkout, did not even greet us, make eye contact, was slow as molasses and did not say thanks at all. Only came here because no Target in the Dells. Typical Walmart. You come here to save money not for service or a clean store.

Walmart was Walmart. Always crowded, always a hustle and bustle no matter what state. You can always find what you need, be it food, clothing or some other item. I hadn't seen this cereal anywhere. This is one of my favorite drinks from Dunkin and the cereal tasted JUST like it. It was so delicious! Most stores now have more self checkouts than they do cashiers. I guess that's a good thing when ur in a rush or like ur items bagged a certain way. If there is always someone available when there's a mishap, then it's even better!

2023-Oct. Lots of parking spaces.Not as busy as the other Walmart. But we cannot find anyone to help us find something though.No Wisonsin Dells souvenir . But lots of Greenbay Packers items. Lol..Registers were not busy.Shop til you drop!

Very close to the Wisconsin Dells main strip. Large store with everything we needed. Also great freeway access. Everyone was very friendly. Couldn t ask for anything more.

After speaking calling this Walmart many times and being hung up on several times I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Diane. She was beyond kind and helped me to find what I was looking for over the phone. She was very detailed and actually went to look for the item. Other employees I spoke with just rudely told me no we don t sell that or no we don t have any balloons blowers. However, speaking with Ms. Diane she was able to find me a balloon blower and told me the price and where I can find it in the store!! She truly was very kind and patient. She had amazing customer service.
