Never called back on the quote I was reaching out to them about. I contacted them multiple times.Decided to not buy it local and just get what I needed from another junk yard for $600 + shipping.

Very busy yard, but they made time to bring up a car from there yard for me to pull parts off that I needed. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Will be back for more parts for my projects.

I can't attest to the whole business but Tim the tow truck guy is pretty awesome! His skill set extends past towing a vehicle. It was like a family member came to pick us up off the highway. Which means the world when you're stranded on vacation far from home. Thanks Tim!

Staff seemed too busy to talk.Arguing in front of customers.They act too busy to even say hi.Good luck, you're in a small community and words gets around fast.Better when the previous generation operated it.

These people are a joke said would habe part ready when i got there never did then said they dont know will habe to wait a day vause theyre short staff but did not mention this before i drove 30mins to theyre. Customer service inside of store unhelpful and seem like they didnt want my business hmm i wonder why discrimanation is real but when comforted no no not like that. Then when my father in law went in they were nice as can be and willing to help by all means

Nice guy had the part I needed for my daughter's truck (only place in Wisconsin that I could find). Parts were better than I expected prices are inline with pretty much everybody else. Definitely going to keep them in mind next time. I live almost 2 hours away and it was definitely worth the drive.

I wouldn't buy a pop can from those people. Ordered a part told me when it would be done. Called that morning and they had no record of it. So what did they do with the credit card info they got from us? Then they expected us to wait longer.

We had to get a steering rack and wheels for our race car. The only place I could find the wheels that we needed, I called and spoke to Dave he was very helpful and knowledgeable, the next day my parts were ready for me to pickup. Thanks again guys you kept us on the track.

I called here for tires they didn't have my size which is really odd ball size but it was so great talking to a guy he was such a wonderful person and make great conversation I will be calling back in the future

I came in on a Saturday morning. They said they were short handed with only one guy in the back. I needed a taillight for an older model RV. They said that they probably could not help me that if I found a part I would have to Jimmy Rig it anyway. I said so let's do it. He called the guy in the back and he took me around to 12 different vehicles until we found two that might work. They were a perfect fit. Thank you to this business for going the extra mile for me. Great adventure going around their yard.

I won't question the customer service but the part grading, in my opinion was inaccurate as my part was graded A but i found at least three units of repair.

These guys have almost every part that you need that is reasonable to obtain. I have found almot every part that I needed except for a couple and these were already removed by others. The prices are great also. This is not the largest yard, but due to DNR licensing they can only have so many vehicles, otherwise they would have to pay more outrageous fees. It's not fair to criticize them in a negative fashion if they don't have the part you need. If they don't have it, they have a database that they can see who may have it. Keep up the good work Harper's Salvage!

Bought a seat for a saturn l300 very happy with them they even stayed open past closing time to make sure u was able to get the part.was told of tgi3 yard from a long time friend was the only yard in the area that had what i needed thanks again

Called for a part they give me a quote and tell me it is on hand I drive an hour and a half to get there and they never had the part horrible customer service and complete liers perfect way to run a company right

Harper has every part you could ever imagine because they can call and get it from somewhere else if they don't have it so call Harper if you need a used part..

I drove for an hour and 10 minutes to get a transmission had talked to the guy the day before said come on up when I got there I found out that they had closed at noon which nobody informed me about the day beforeWhat a joke

Needed a set of 2 used,,yes,used tires for my winter beater the wanted $225.00 USED, USED,,i still can't get over this,,ha....are you freaking kidding me
