Keep looking! It may be worth going to Madison and more customer service minded locations that way.The owner was not friendly at all when I called to seek repairs. He dismissed me and didn't like that Geico was going to pay for the repair. I explained that this same vehicle was damaged in TX and went to a body shop 4 years ago after a baseball size hail storm and Geico paid it with no issues.He made it clear that he didn't want my business.I guess this small town shop does it however he wants and for the price they want. He quickly saw no issue in turning me down, despite me being willing to wait for an appointment.He also said he would not work with Safelite Auto Glass to come and replace my windshield.

Never get an estimate on your car here! I went in around the beginning of May for a free estimate, the guy took lots of pictures, took down my information, and said he would email the pictures soon so I could send them to the insurance company. Well that was almost 2 months ago. I called them the beginning of June as well asking for the estimate and providing my email, the guy even recognized my email. And again, no email from them. I have tried calling them numerous times but the phone number doesn t even go through and doesn t even ring.Don t waste your time getting an estimate here because now I doubt my insurance company will even give me the money to fix my car because of this useless placeNever go here

I m an out of towner that got hit by a semi s blown tire on the way to the Dell s. Bob got my van stitched up within a couple of hours so I could safely return home. Thank you Bob!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Went there to get an estimate for some paint finish issues...and the guy took a look and fixed them on the spot. No charge. I had to make him take $20.00. Great place...Trust 'em.

Please dont even consider doing business here, they are horrible, they made an unbelievably bad painting on my car, for a huge price!We agreed kn a price and when i went to pick up the repaired part the price was almost double, simple part, simple repaint, no other work was requested.... please dont make the mistake what i made, even if its insurance fix they make a horrible job!
