I talked to 4 different marinas about repowering my 20-year-old bass boat. From knowledge of product to pricing, Dells Water Sports was the best. I ended up getting a Yamaha VMAX and couldn t be happier. Everything from the total cost to the timing of the installation was what James said it would be. I m so impressed by how professional the installation looks! I ran a family-owned business for several years, and the generational experience they have was obvious.

Amazing customer service! James is an expert on boats, and helped me find my perfect pontoon while taking into consideration all my requirements. We got a great deal on the pontoon, and they were fast and reliable -- we received the pontoon 3 months earlier then anticipated! We will be back for all our next boating needs!

Dells Watersports has been my go to place for service and parts for both my fishing boat and also my pontoon boat for the last 20 years. They kept my boats in top condition during many years of use. When it came time to sell, James, Steve and Kathy did an excellent job with the selling my boats, as my boating needs changed during the years. I have recommended Dells Watersports highly to many of my friends in Lake Delton area.

First of all I would like to say that I have been in retail industry over 30 plus years, and it is refreshing to do business with a family owned business. Everyone treated us great from owner's to everyone we seen on the property that worked there, everyone was quick to greet with a smile! Tim and James were awesome, their professionalism and knowledge of the boats were outstanding! This wasn't my first boat purchase but was our first new boat purchase! Tim came out with our new boat and showed us on the water how to do everything from breaking in motor to taking care of it, outstanding! James was very knowledgable about the necessary paperwork, and came out to our place to look at the trade, I really appreciated the extra effort! I definitely would recommend Dells Watersports to any of my friends !!! Steve and Kathy you have a great crew!

James and crew did a fantastic job with the sale of our new to us pontoon! Showed us everything, explained everything that they had done to it to get it water ready, took us for a test ride on the water . Made the sale and registration very easy. Best part he delivered the boat to us and put it in the water for us. Exceptional service.

James, Nick, Kathy and Steve are people who will treat you like family. Their customer service and knowledge about boats and watersports in general is impeccable. We are repeat customers for nearly 2 decades. We have purchased boats, jet ski's and kayaks from them. We have utilized their full service facility for our boat repairs and winterizing. We frequently visit their Lake Delton and Mirror Lake facilities .This team makes loving the water easy. Due to their unconditional support I have moved from a person who once feared water to being a person who is passionate about everything watersport. Thus proving this team has the capability of meeting the needs of water lovers from every level of experience. Thank you Dells Watersports for your continued guidence and unwavering support. Brought an old boat in for an engine repair (70's). Was treated respectfully and the boat was fixed to my satisfaction. Very friendly service from start to finish. More costly than I would've liked but comparable to other service centers.

Full service facility. We have been looking for a boat for a while now. James is very knowledgeable and courteous. Showed us the new service facility, which put our minds at ease that we would have a place to bring the boat for service after purchasing. They take care of winterizing and storage.

I will tell you something theses guys and gals are aaawesome with a capital A, they answer the phone right away and just wonderful people to deal with. Between storage, renting, and enjoying Lake Delton the whole crew is amazing! Try it for yourself and you will always return!
