Cole, and a Veteran Gentleman were so helpful and knowledgeable to Me, My Son-in-law when My 2007 GMC Sierra was having issues. They went above, and beyond for Us. I would recommend them to anyone in need of assistance. They treated Us like they had known Us forever. They are an asset to the Carquest team. Great job to You Both. I had called another auto parts store before them, and they treated Me like they didn t want to be bothered. I would not recommend the oh oh company in the Dells . I really appreciate them.

Just wanted to take some time to write you guys a review that you definitely earned. You guys went out of your way to get us back on the road today. We hit a spot and destroyed our tire arms, tie rods, and control arms. After driving for a bit we knew it wasn t good. We walk in and they have keys galore for such a small shop. They had barely any time. Not only did they squeeze us in, they took first class care of us throughout the entire experience.They got the parts, they figured out the issue, got everything changed, and us out the door in two hours. Put multiple mechanics on it and knocked it out of the park. Found us an extra tire and threw that in to get us home safe. Guys, thank you. It s driving fantastically and we are lucky we found such an awesome shop.Good shop, great people!

Good place to go if you have no idea what you have in your hand. If they don't have the parts, they will order them for you. The part is going to be much more expensive than if you went to Rock auto or even O'Reilly's.

Great people working here , I got all my oil change needs here and 2 wiper blades. The first set didn't very well .when I brought it to their attention , not only did they give me another set they installed them !! The second set worked perfect

They usually have or can get rather quickly the parts you need. Nice sales happen often. However, after multiple sales inquiries I ve noticed their prices can be quite a bit higher than competitors in certain areas.

Extremely helpful staff. Offers just about everything you need for your auto, boat etc. Shop online. Will assist you with items you purchase if needed.

Me and my family were on vacation for the weekend and had our alternator start to fail about 40 miles from Wisconsin Dells. We were able to limp it to Carquest and they had a new one in stock. The old one was replaced less than a year ago in my home town of Augusta and still under warranty. I however keep my receipts at home and only had the bar code and number on the old alternator. Even without it they were able to honor the warranty and even loaned me a some hand tools so I could swap the alternators out. During which I found the idler pully bearing was going bad and also had the part in stock and was ale to buy and replace it as well. A few dollors for the idler pully and 45 minutes later and we were back on vacation. I can't thank them enough for all the help. They easily could have turned me down and sold me an alternator at full price. But they didn't and really went above and beyond what I'd ever expect out of a parts store.Thank you from the Wolfe familyLance Wolfe
