They got me in same day I called for a much needed oil change and tire rotation.Honest service, showed me potential problems and made recommendations. Even referred me to someone for a transmission leak that they aren't currently able to do in-house due to a staffing need.Checked my battery while I was there (which I appreciated with COLD temps coming next week) and he recommended a replacement but wasn't pushy about it. I ended up opting to replace because next week I don't want to be stranded.I appreciated the quick replies and service.

Came in needing a stem replaced on my front tire that another shop snapped off and needed a wheel bearing on my rear tire fixed that was VERY stuck. Paul and his team were able to complete everything I needed done today. Very knowledgeable and hardworking mechanics! I will not take my car anywhere else for maintenance. Highly recommend this fantastic shop

I can't say enough great things about Southside Tire in Windsor, WI and specifically Tyler. I was in a dangerous situation on the freeway and luckily pulled into this shop late one afternoon.Within 24 hours, I had all new tires on my car, with 15 k more warranty, $400. less, and 6 days quicker than the dealership that I normally take my car to quoted me. Tyler, Paul and the staff were amazing! Got my car in right away and worked with me having to change my schedule, too. Quick in and out and the prices are definitely comparable, if not less expensive, than other shops in the area. Even put my steering wheel cover on for me that I struggled with to get on for so long lol. Thank you again!

DO NOT GO HERE! They cross threaded my lug nuts and I had a tire fall off while I was on the interstate and had to get it towed. And they are refusing to pay for the towing or the mechanic bill to get the tire put on. Their tires might be priced nicely but you will probably have a tire fall off so it ll cost you even more.

We were on our way from northern WI when a tire began losing pressure while driving through the area. Paul got us in right away. While the tech took off the tire, he drove over to the supplier to pick up a new tire, since ours wasnt in stock. He asked to replace our corroded lug nuts (which we knew) & gave us the lug wrench from his own truck since the old lug wrench wouldn't work & he didnt want us to get strande. He went WAY above & beyond. Beyond grateful for good people doing good work in this world!

The service at Southside is second to none. I had a slow leaking valve stem on a wheel that had a tire replaced a couple of months prior. The great guys at Southside fit me into their schedule immediately to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and cheaply. Highly recommend them!

Popped a tire this morning, they were able to get me in right away same day! Was there less than an hour had 2 tires replaced and everyone was super helpful!

This place is unbelievable the guy I'm dealing with is a master at his craft......has some tools the shop doesn't even have...... thanks Paul your a great guy............ya the guys name is Paul........as soon as he pulled up he basically started helping me....as I was sitting in the parking lot distressed.........thank goodness Paul was here......and the owners son fixed my tire checked my lights and got me going back on the road

I recently purchased a new set of tires from them. They matched the Tire Rack price and actually gave me the V rated tires for the price of the H. The fees they charged me for installation were less than those listed online. They told me it would take a little over an hour to install but it only took about 40 minutes. Also, they were open on Saturday morning, so I didn't have to take time off work to have my tires installed. I would definitely recommend them!

A flawless experience at the Tire Shop! I had a screw I my left front tire, early in the morning on a Friday. Southside was able to fit me in, replace the tire, And fix a broken sensor in under an hour. Fantastic work from these professionals; would definitely recommend.

We were headed to South Dakota from Indiana hauling horses. We had one blow out already on the trailer and when we had the second we decided to take our 2 spares to Southlake. We were 10 minutes from them and I called. He was very courteous and helpful. We were in a rush and time was critical with 2 horses. He got us right in. We had both tires done in about 35 minutes! Great service and very knowledgeable.

My tires had a slow leak. They said it would be $25/tire to inspect for corrosion. The work was done very quickly, they did find corrosion and sealed the tire to prevent this from happening again. They ended up only charging $50 because they didn't feel they did $100 of work. Very easy to work with, very fair, and quick service.

I was driving through the area when a piece of tire came off a nearby truck right in front of me and I hit it with my car. The piece of tire knocked down a plastic protector under my car and it was dragging making a terrible sound. I did not want to drive with the sound so I pulled over and found this tire shop.The people at this store worked on the bottom of my car for a good 30 minutes on a hot day. When I went up to pay the said don't worry about it. When I got back home I brought it to the dealership to make sure it was safe. The dealership told me that the work they did solved the problem and not further work was needed.I am not used to this type of generosity and really appreciated this kindness.

This place was unbelievably helpful! I was just starting out on a road trip from Madison to Minneapolis, and after getting on I-90/94, my car started vibrating. The steering wheel was shaking the most. I called up the closest automotive repair shop (Southside Tire and Auto Repair), explained the car trouble, and Denny - the employee - had a hunch that either the tire balance or wheel alignment was off. Because Denny knew I had just started a long trip, he was able to squeeze in the repair right away. His theory was correct, my tire balance was off!Danny was knowledgable, accommodating, and friendly all at once. Most of all, my wheel and car trouble was fixed. I would highly recommend Southside Tire and Automative Repair!

I took in a tire mounted on a damaged wheel that I needed to be removed and mounted onto a brand new wheel. I also had a new valve stem/TPMS sensor for the new wheel. When the technician went to install the new sensor onto the new wheel he broke off the valve stem. While in the process of trying to remove the damaged valve stem they were prying on the outside of the wheel with metal pliers against the chrome finish causing damage to it. I pointed out this damage and told them this wheel was brand new and this damage was unacceptable. The technician took no responsibility for the damage and said 'oh well.' I sent a letter to their corporate office and they blew it off too. I wouldn't trust this place to put air in my bicycle tire.

Worked with Danny on a flat tire. Fixed it quickly and inspected all the other tires. I was ready to replace all four and he told me I didn't need it and that I had plenty of miles left. I would highly recommend using Southside Tire!

Call them for an appointment dropped of the car. By the time I left class, it was ready to go quick and convenient. Charged a lot less than other 4 people I went to. Thanks!!! She handlesaid great again.

I needed tires on my RV Trailer, they were my 5th call.Had a can-do attitude and got me on the road in less than an hour, 4 tires replaced.Moved some commercial drop - off work to get me in

I had my front wheel bearings replaced by Southside Tire. Afterwards the handling and breaking were not right. I went to another shop and was told one of the bearings needed replacing. This was less than 2 weeks after it was supposedly replaced by Southside Tire. I called Southside Tire, they offered to fix it. I picked it up yesterday after it was supposedly fixed and within 30 miles I could tell it wasn't right. Now my car has a terrible grinding sound. The breaks and steering are so bad I can't drive it and will have to have it towed in the morning to a different location to have the repair done correctly. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. In addition there was no apology for the inconvenience for the first job not being done correctly.

This place clearly doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing. Pulled TPS sensors out when they weren't the issue. They charge you for things that aren't fixed and the customer service is terrible. Would not recommend to any one.

Someone said cleanest bathroom ever....lol, not anymore. I get the feeling they dont see a lot of value on their non commercial customers.
