Aaron and Alliant power went way above and beyond to find a solution to a difficult problem with our engine repair. Things happen and Aaron proved to be a Masterful problem solver in proposing what was needed to meet a harmonious conclusion. The truck is preforming very well, and I would recommend Alliant power and use them again if needed. Larry Wagner

Over the road trucking is hard enough. When a problem arises its worse. When I had an exhaust leak issue, Dave and Luke were able to get me in, identify the problem, correct it and send me on my way!Fantastic job and extremely knowledgeable and efficient.Thank you!Michael Flath

I was on the interstate flying past Madison,WI on my way to the Twin Cities when my 2014 Ram Eco Diesel gave me a red light and went into the diesel safe mode. My dealership was 5 miles behind me and at 4 o'clock on a Friday had sent their diesel techs home. They recommended Alliant Power which was right there in front of me. These folks were great. They took me right in and did their best to help me. That alone was very impressive. This is a great place I highly recommend! Thanks Alliant Power!

Save your money, don t waste your time with these guys. They have incompetent mechanics, who don t diagnose what the actual problem is. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would.

I recently brought my 1999 Sterling L7501 in for service. I'm happy with the service I received from Alliant Power. If you're in Windsor, WI I would recommend this shop.

Drivers, smaller lot in back with I believe only two docks. There is enough room to turn around in a day cab to sight side back into. Open doors, go up stairs and ring buzzer. They'll have you back into a dock to unload and come out when done. Very professional folks and quick unload! Thank you!

I have taken my diesel to Diesel Forward twice in the last 4 years. Once for an electrical issue and this last time I thought I had destroyed my turbo on my F250. I spoke with Sawyer and made an appointment to drop the truck off. Within an hour he was calling me to tell me it wasn't my turbo that it was actually the intercooler pipe had broke. The people that work here are fantastic and the quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend Diesel Forward and the people that work there

I would never take my car there. We spent over $5000 dollars replacing injectors in Sept. On their paperwork, they stated that 7 injectors would be replaced because 1 was stuck. It's May 10th, injector 8 goes out, then injector 4. We were told that the injectors were brand new, but come to find out they were re-manned (which is fine). When injector 8 was pulled it had rust around it. I find it hard to believe useless we were pouring water in the tank that it would have that much corrasion around it. We have had this truck since 2006 off the show room floor, so we know this truck. We never had a problem until Diesel Forward got their hands on it.They do not stand behind their products. We sent back the injector on early May and they are just now sending it back to Bosch for inspection. Funny thing is I don't know if that is injector was ours, and why are they waiting so long to send it back. No one has serial numbers no accounting. So again we are out another $400 dollars replacing injector 8 and 4. Sad thing now a days is no one wants to stand behind their work....

Let's be clear with situation... No other injectors have failed. It's funny though how 4 and 8 on the same fuel rail did. After Bosch, reviewed the serial numbers of the injectors, they were sitting on a shelve for over a year before they were placed in my truck. These injectors as you know are very fragile, so how do you know that they were not compromised or rusted before being placed in the truck. You don't! So before you start badgering me- please look at your other reviews on replaced injectors. I'm not the only one:)

Super service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Consultant line for tech assistance, shop to bring in your rig and a mobile repair truck. Our truck broke down in Madison on the way to Washington State doing a cross country move. These guys have mobile repair capabilities and sent a mechanic to troubleshoot me at the KOA we were staying at. Mechanic found two bad injectors and had them replaced in no time. Start to finish Ken had the job done in about 2 hours and way less expensive than what I had thought. Thanks to Scott and Ken.

Perfect location for a car/truck show. Had a great time. I'm a classics guy, but this was fun and I've always appreciated the guys that work on the big rigs and coaches.

I do not recommend using Diesel Forward. I have an '04 Cummins that had their remanned injectors in a freshly rebuilt engine. There was only 8,000 miles on the engine and injectors when the injector for cylinder #5 failed causing the piston and cylinder to get incredibly damaged and caked with melted carbon. After presenting all the evidence to Diesel Forward for them to warranty all the work needed to rebuild the engine once again, they refused to pay for any other parts or labor and only sent replacement Bosch OEM injectors, leaving me an extra $6,500 in the hole as well as the $8,000 it cost back in August to do the whole engine the first time! I most certainly will never use this company again and I would advise you to follow suit.

Decent customer service but there prices are extremely high...can't believe I just paid 410$ per reman injector on a 2005 duramax(parts no labor) shud have done some research before purchasing but you can get the same injectors for half the price elsewhere.....in all about supporting local businesses but not for 2 grand more than competitors....do not make the same mistake I did and buy parts and service from somewhere else

Spent over 2k to get our truck running correctly, got it back with a battery wire not connected so it started cutting out and no power in the cab going down the road..boost gauge no longer worked so I looked under the hood to find they moved the boost gauge vacuum line which was now burned on the turbo so I have to replace that...

These guys know their stuff. If you have diesel problems. Bypass the dealer and go to someone who knows what they are doing
