Wow! Mike is better than any mechanic I ve been to and even exceeds my experience at the Lexus dealership I d gone to in years passed. Since he s worked at dealerships earlier in his career, he knew my car even better than the service people at my prior dealership. It s hard to find good work now days, and I m so grateful I found him. I ll be taking my car to him for everything from now on. THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, and FAIR. Thanks Mike!

I can t tell you how amazing these guys are. They have worked on several of our vehicles over the years, and have always done an amazing job at a fair price.Mike does a great job of explaining what should be done, what could be done, and what might need to be done at some point in the future. There is never any pressure, and he s just as thorough in giving a recap after the work has been done.This place gets my highest recommendation, and Mike and Jason have always taken great care of me and my family. We have 4 vehicles. Some are older and some newer. Mike the owner is a great guy. Always is honest . The work he and his employees always good. He is always looking out for you and doesn't not over charge. This is the place to go for anything you need to get done with you vehicle. Mike will never disappoint you or lie to you. Not a single mechanic I would go to besides Mike. He is beyond honest and takes care of your car in anyway possible. Never does anything without your permission, always explains what s wrong while explaining why and how much it ll be before hand. 10/10 best mechanic I have ever been to. Definitely call and set an appointment he is always booked weeks ahead.

Great customer service. I highly recommend Williams Bay Automotive. I've been bringing my car to them for over a year and I'm very happy with the service. Mike and his team have done everything from a basic oil change to tires to a complete tune-up. Mike takes the time to explain the service that was done on my car. If you are looking for a good mechanic you should seriously consider Williams Bay Auto. Mike is super easy to work with and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. Honest and they don't cut corners.Jason does great quality work and very reasonable prices. You won't find an easier shop to work with. We had a brake issue right before leaving for a trip out west and they were amazingly accommodating to get us off on time and safely. Great customer service.Services: Tires, Brakes

I can't say enough good things about Mike and Jason, they are honest mechanics!!! Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to repair my 2006 Honda Civic, which needed a new clutch. Not only did he call me several times before doing the work to give me options for part's prices, but once the work was done he cleaned my engine block and wheels to make my car not only run great again, but to make it look like new again. Mike is the kind of manager and mechanic that you can trust, which is hard to find in this world today, sadly; he really knows cars! He works with you to allow you to fix your car at a price you can afford which is also rare in this day and age because so many dealerships over charge for their services. I highly recommend Williams Bay Automotive for any car repair that you need as these guys are wonderful to deal with.MatthewService: Engine repair

I can't make enough positive statements about Williams Bay Automotive. I've been bringing my vehicle there for several years, and, from the beginning, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service. Mike and Jason are super honest, super knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind, always efficient and on time, and very affordable. Time and again they impress me with their integrity and attention to detail, and willingness to do whatever is necessary to exceed expectations. Truly a community asset.

Mike was great! He took the time to explain everything that my car needed. He didn't add any services my car didn't need, and completed the work promptly. He let me know what his recommendations were after an initial assessment so I could decide what to move forward with. He even let me know about future service my car would need and an approximate timeframe! Prices were reasonable, and he was able to be flexible when my husband's car needed attention first. Great place to handle your automotive needs! Service with a smile!

Upon moving to the community five years ago, we started going to WBA to service our two older vehicles. After the initial visit we never stopped going to WBA even after moving from Williams Bay to Lake Geneva. My wife and I immediately found Mike and Jason to be honest and trustworthy. They tell the truth, explain well the auto problem, and work in an efficient manner. We are very happy with our experience at WBA. We highly recommend Williams Bay Auto!

Mike and his dad are the nicest people to work with. So humble and honest. My car broke down and was towed here because of the great reviews. Did Not Disappoint! They squeezed me in and I m so thankful for the quick service I received. Thank you, Mike!

I brought my truck to Mike after I was told by a dealership that my ball joints and struts were in such bad condition that my wheel was close to falling off. He looked over my truck and determined that the reason I had a shake in my steering wheel was due to one of my wheels and tires being improperly balanced. He redid the balancing on my wheels and fixed the problem. He also looked over the entirety of my suspension and could not find any issues whatsoever, especially with the ball joints and struts. Mike was honest and prompt with his work and in doing so has made a customer for life.

They are honest and won t oversell you services you don t need. They will provide a very thorough vehicle inspection at no cost so you have an idea of what future maintenance you might need. Prices are reasonable. They are conveniently located near the Williams Bay Village Hall so it s an easy drive to drop off and walk home to wait for the services to be completed.Service: Oil change

I love this place! I have a 1997 Volvo and they have treated me well. Things that I thought should be replaced because of the age of my car they actually told me were not necessary. And I am a woman!The prices are right and that customer service is awesome! The place is almost spotless and there are smiles everywhere! Mike, Rich and Justin are the best in my humble opinion.

Was expecting a sizable bill on my older model Lexus. Instead I got a thorough explanation of the reason for the symptoms, a small adjustment and out the door with no charge. Mike was extremely professional and explained things in an easy to understand language. I will be back with any other auto repair needs.

The team at WB Automotive are very customer oriented. On a couple of occasions they were able to do better than their original estimate and called me with recommendations and options before doing the work. Trustworthy and fair pricing are consistent.

These guys have been our go-to for our cars since moving here from Chicagoland two years ago. .. I can't say enough about them. Fair pricing, exceptional service, this is what I was hoping to enjoy moving to a small town. Not to mention they are the nicest people around.

I've been using WBA for all of my automotive needs for about a year now, and they have never failed to fulfill all my expectations. Everyone on their staff is super friendly and takes the time that is needed to care for you. They are also very trustworthy--you don't have to worry about them trying to scam you into fixing something that isn't really needed to be fixed. I hgihly recommend them!!

Great technical expertise at this local auto repair shop. I have a Lexus and it is so great to have these guys available so close to home. Excellent communication and low pressure, helpful options are presented. Mike and Rich run the place and know what they are doing. An added bonus is that they are good guys!

If you need any sort of mechanical work done on your car and you live around Williams Bay, Lake Geneva, or nearby you have to give Williams Bay Auto a call. Honest, knowledgeable, punctual. It's nice to have a mechanic in town that will get the job done right and not give you the run around.
