Been coming here for 3 years. They are super nice. Prices are affordable. I didn t know much about cars. I had a flat tire once. They showed me where the hole is and how they are going to fix it. Very knowledgeable. They don t rip you off. Very nice place.

Paul from Pete s Tires helped our college student with her flat tire. He went to her apartment and was able to take care of everything quickly. Great service and very nice person to work with! Thank you

I highly recommend Pete s tires. I have used them for tires and vehicle repair/ maintenance. Great service and great prices. I never feel like I m being up sold, a great honest business.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience. Paid for an alignment my steering wheel is loose and crooked and my truck still pulls. Told them about it; John took my truck half a block came back said ots in my head. Called Pete himself and he literally told me "You don't know what you're talking about" I've been a mechanic for 30 years. ASE certified for 10. I will be filing a lawsuit.

Great experience! After calling around being rejected for a hybrid car battery change due to liability, Pete said they would be able to do my battery change even though it was a hybrid! They took care of it in a timely manner very welcoming and a fair price! This place is friendly and well run! Plus they had a shop cat to keep you entertained as you waited!

I highly recommend Pete s tires. I have used them for tires and vehicle repair/ maintenance. Great service and great prices. I never feel like I m being up sold, a great honest business. Plus he has a cat, I ve never asked what his name is but I just call him Pete the Cat (very friendly). If you need tires or service please stop in and get the work performed at Pete s Tire.

Just updated my '68 Chevy Camaro with new steering parts and had Pete's Tire do a complete front end alignment. Before the alignment it wouldn't straighten itself out after turning and left tire would rub. All better now! Would definitely go back to Pete's.

My daughter attends the university in Whitewater so I needed a shop I could trust. After reading a few reviews I sent her to Pete s. Her first visit was for plugging a flat. She was treated well and price was fair. She needed new tires before winter and because of Pete s customer service I sent her back. I called Pete and he offered good advice and we settled on a tire. She made appointment that fit her class schedule and Pete offered to shuttle her back. Total cost was in range of Costco and Farm & Fleet for same tires. I chose Pete s because he treated my daughter like his own.

I have a son that attends UW Whitewater, he had front end issues which led to tire replacement. The business that fixed the front end does not handle tire replacements. They referred him to Pete s Tire Service for the new tires. After a trip back to the Kia Dealership in Janesville, the repair department noticed the tire had a sidewall bulge and was defective. They replaced the tire with a new one. I told him to return to the repair shop and return the defective tire for a refund. He was told by the repair shop to go talk to Pete for his refund. After a lengthy conversation, which questioned my son s integrity and honesty, Pete decided he was not going to reimburse him for the tire. He went back to the repair shop, and the owner took the tire to Pete and reminded him the tire was under warranty and he needed to reimburse my son, only after some uncalled-for comments about how his dad had to get involved. Bottom line- do not send your son or daughter to Pete s tire, unless you want to deal with a disrespectful owner that clearly has no customer service education. I am sure there are a few other Tire repair shops in the area that know how to treat their customers when an issue arises.

It's sad PETE'S GARAGE ONCE WAS A GREAT PLACE TO GO. NOT ANYMORE. I THINK THEY ARE A RIP OFG OFF

I was staying at a nearby camp and had felt some wiggle when driving there on the highway. Some locals recommended Pete s, and the shop got me in without a prior appointment and balanced my wheels for me. Also, they have a great shop cat.

I went for 4 new tires and I was in-and-out in Just over an hour. Waiting room is very clean especially considering it's an auto shop. Employee and owner were very nice. I'll definitely come back

I had to get tires for my car and didn't have a lot of time to wait. I sent a request to Pete's for a quote and received it within 24 hours. Their price was very comparable to others in the area but the personal service that Pete provided was more than I expected. I was able to drop off my car and within 2 hours it was ready to be picked up. I highly recommend them!!!

Really awesome and quick service. Didn t really know what I was getting into getting a flat tire for the first time getting into college and with my first day at a new job in a few hours. Pete was very friendly and efficient, and the price was way cheaper than expected. Great service, totally recommend

Thank you for coming out to rescue me and my trailer with a blown tire! I appreciated it so much.They got me back on the road and safety checked the rest of my tires in under an hour from the time of the blow out. Amazing service, I'm so glad they were recommended to me.

Got a flat tire with no spare on my way to campus and these guys were a great help. While they didn t have the exact tire I needed, they were helpful in finding cheap alternatives that certainly did the trick to get me back home to a dealership. They re outgoing and friendly guys, and I didn t feel cheated or as if they were hiding anything in the slightest. They had no reason to treat me with excellent service (as I had nowhere else to go) but they did anyway. Excellent experience

I had a nail in a tire that they didn't even look at and right away wanted me to replace the tire on the semi. I took it to pomps , they fixed the tire and saved me over $600 Glad i got a second opinion. I thought small town folks were supposed to be nice.

Very nice no-nonsense shop. They helped me in less than an hour getting my wheel baring replaced. Reasonable price with a super Friendly's cat to keep you company while you wait for your car.

These guys are the bomb my nephew broke down on his way to school and was stuck. We got the car towed to Pete's and Bob was wonderful. I Manage a automotive repair facility in Kenosha and was working with Bob to help my nephew and worked out great. Got a new water pump and drive belt installed that afternoon so my nephew could drive back home to Kenosha that afternoon. Thanks and you are highly recommended.

Incredible experience. I needed 4 new tires and an alignment, but didn't even know where to start. Pete and Joe were both more than helpful. They ordered the tires I wanted, got them the next day, put them on the day after. They brought me to and from work while they worked on my car even though it took less than an hour and a half start to finish. Joe explained everything about the process to me so I knew exactly what they were doing. I could not imagine a better experience!

Pete's did a awesome job. It was recommend to me by a friend and i would definitely recomend them to anyone. Nice people and pete was great. He took me home and picked me up to get my car the next day when it was done. Very personable and caring.

Both times I've gone to Pete's it's been a great experience. The guys there are super nice, the prices are reasonable, and they have a cat in the lobby. I wont hesitate to go there in the future.

The guys seem clueless or don't know how to install aftermarket tire pressure sensors. I went there like 6 times for them to finally get it right. The owners son is polite and he's the one that finally fixed the issue, so I give him props for that. The other guys are rude and act like the customer didn't pay for the service. They openly complain in front of the customers and even in front of the owner, to my surprise. I will never take my car there again, neither would I recommend the place to anyone whatsoever. You either are gonna get poor service or cat fur all over your clothes. Oh, I forgot to mention, they have a cat that stakes claim to the whole customer lounge. Don't get me wrong, I love cats and animals in general, but cat fur all over the furniture, I had to make a quick run to Wal-Mart to get a lint roller. I would give this place a zero star, but that's not possible, so I settled for one star.

We just moved to the area and needed a new mechanic for our cars. I called same day to get the brakes changed on my fianc� s car and there was luckily an opening. The guys behind the counter were super helpful and the price was fair for the work done. I m always a little cautious about going to new mechanics because of how easy it is to get ripped off but this is not one of those places.Also I m a huge cat person and there s a shop cat in the lobby named Tiny who hangs out with you while you wait! She loves belly rubs and will come right up to snuggle!

I realized after my first day at a new job in a city I m unfamiliar with that my tire was NOT safe to drive on, wires poking out all over it! I called 4-5 places all of which told me they didn t have tires and would have to order one, so when I called Pete s and explained the situation Pete answered and told me to just bring it in and the service was very fast, inexpensive, and the environment was very welcoming
