Roberto and his team and hard working and honest. You will get the full picture of what needs to be done at an honest rate. He got my car done in a timely manner and communicated with me through text and phone calls about the lead time for the car to be finished. I highly recommend coming here he will take good care of you and your car.

Very honest with my sons car, he needed brakes, and told us possibly calipers as well, the total price with all that was 500.00 wen we went to pick it up it was only 300.00 didn't need the calipers I feel any other shop would have replaced the calipers to get that 500.00 but not this shop. Would recommend him to anybody, thank you Roberto

I highly recommend Omega Auto Repair in Whitewater WI.Roberto has been doing my auto repairs for the past 8 years or so, and I have never had an issue he has not been able to resolve.He is reliable and true to his estimates.Give him a call..he will help you out.

Roberto has done excellent work on my cars and his prices are very reasonable. He is honest and trustworthy and he will let you know if he can do a repair or not. I will continue to bring my car to him even though it's 25 miles away because it's well worth it.

If I could give more stars I would. Nothing but positive things to say about these guys, they gave me the best price out of anyone I talked to and was able to get my car in and fixed right away. Amazing shop.

If you are looking for somebody who will give you an honest opinion on everything that needs to be done with your vehicle whether you like it or not omega is the place to go. Roberto is an easy going person who did an excellent job fixing my Monte Carlo. I will definitely come back if I have any issues in the future!

We called while we were headed to a vacation and had a concern with our vehicle. The business was closed for the day, but Roberto was in the shop cleaning up and had us come in to look at our van. I can t express how grateful we are to him and his concern for our safety. What an incredible business! I highly recommend Omega Auto Repair!

Roberto is very knowledgeable, honest, kind, and a hard worker. I have no problem getting work done on my car by him. We really appreciate Roberto and Omega Auto Repair's help with our daughter's van. She was having repeated issues with her brand new car battery. After multiple jumps and being told it was due to leaving a door open, etc., we took it to Roberto who specialized in electrical systmes. He tested the battery and the electrical system thoroughly and determined that it was simply a faulty battery (a new battery that still had a warranty on it from another auto shop). He explained in detail his process which made us confident that the issue wouldn't happen again. The charge for his services was reasonable and he even delivered the car to the shop that was to honor the battery warranty (to help out our daughter who is a wheelchair user). We (the parents) live 15 hours away and are very grateful to know that there are skilled, trustworthy and kind mechanics in the Whitewater area.

I am so grateful to have found this place . I was broken down in whitewater for over an hour because I had been trying to call every auto place that showed up on Google in order . Every single place told me there was wait times going for weeks just to look at my car. I called omega last . Roberto the owner not only had the tow guy there to help me within 10 minutes , a diagnosis the next day , and had my car ready to go for me in no time . They even preheated my car for me before I arrived . I 100% recommend this shop over any other auto in whitewater.
