We worked directly with Kurt the owner. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from him. No high pressure sales. In fact very easy to talk with, personable and truly listens to develop an idea of what vehicles he could offer. Just as willing to sell a used vehicle as new depending upon the right fit. The vehicle we just purchased was missing a few items which we had hoped to find...Kurt was willing to look for another option or suggested that we just make the modifications to the one he had on the lot. Again no pressure either way. It is just a pleasure to work with him. We give our highest recommendation.

Once again the Ketterhagen Team does not disappoint. Had two cars in for routine maintenance and the professionalism and fantastic customer service was unbeatable. From the front desk to the service desk and from the service bays to the sales office the entire Ketterhagen Team is a pleasure to work with and values the customer relationship. I pass many Ford Dealers on my 70 mile drive to Ketterhagen but my loyalty lies with the Ketterhagen Team.

The service provided was 5 star. I had an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement, this was all done while I was at work. I was driven to work and then had my car dropped off at work :-) Can't say enough about how easy and stress free that was!

You leave feeling good about your purchase, knowing that Ketterhagen will stand behind their product and do the best they can to help you, the customer. Ketterhagens motors has serviced my Ford vehicles for decades. The service has always been Timely and accurate. A recall was completed along with an oil change for my C-Max. Everyone there does a great job.

This is the 6th Ford vehicle we have purchased from Kurt at Ketterhagen. We love our ford trucks! The style & comfort for our business is perfect! The reason we buy our vehicles from Ketterhagen is the personalized service we get from Kurt and the price is right! Our vehicles are always serviced at Ketterhagen and Jim runs a tight ship in the shop- gets the job done on time and we get a rental car to boot! We would not go anywhere else - Ketterhagen Motors gives us a great customer service!!!

I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday evening, by Wednesday evening it had not been brought in to the shop yet. I assumed they must be behind and unable to get it in as previously thought so I called to see if I could just bring my vehicle in another time since it was just sitting in the parking lot and I was in a loaner that was very inconvenient for transporting my multiple children. The man I spoke to yelled at me and was extremely rude, I was shocked at how poorly I was treated and really was not sure how to respond, he was very aggressive. I picked up my vehicle and couldn t stand the thought of having to deal with that man again so decided to take my vehicle somewhere else, where thankfully my experience was the complete opposite. Then the same man called me again the following week telling me I missed my appt Monday, one of which I never scheduled, he again was very rude and condescending in his tone and choice of words, he also told me my recall would expire (I called the other place and was told this was not true). I told him I had taken my vehicle somewhere else due to how rudely I was treated and he did not try to apologize or resolve anything, he just said ok, sounds good. I supposed I can not speak to the quality of work they do on repairs, and the women up front were very kind as was the owner I spoke to prior to getting my vehicle diagnosed, but this technician in particular was very rude and very uncomfortable to deal with. I spoke to others about my experience looking for suggestions on where to go and was told that they too had had experiences similar to mine with the same place.

Buying a car could not have been easier.I simply told Kurt Ketterhagen from Ketterhagen Ford, Whitewater, WIwhat features I wanted. I had in minda sporty model. After looking at options I decided I was best suited to own the Escape. And I could still have a Sporty car with all the extras. I chose the 2022 Ford Escape SE AWD in Agate Blackmetallic. Extras; Ford Co-Pilot 360 Assist+ and Cold Weather Package ( heated seats, steering wheel, remote start system),That was the end of my involvement. I received a call from Kurt that car was in.Kurt explained all the features n designs of car. Talk about another language, WOW have cars changed from my 2016 model. Patiently Kurt answered my questions n went over a few features that didn t register the first time. Professional is the best word to describe my experience at Ketterhagen.They set a high bar.I love my car and have adjusted to all the features.Than a few days later a tin of Chocolate Chips cookies was delivered to my doorwith THANK ON THE COVER!Talk about a class act and completely unexpected but appreciated!Who doesn t like chocolate chip cookies?My final words: give Ketterhagen a call or visit, often the smaller dealers have the long forgotten gift of listening and suggestions. They truly believe their 120 year reputation is always on the line.If I ever buy another car I know exactly where I will go!!Smiles, Patricia Bartlett

Review on service: While the service department is friendly and the free pick up/drop off option is awesome, getting your car serviced here is way more expensive than other locations. I highly recommend going somewhere else to have your car serviced! On the most recent repair I had I got a $490 quote from Ford and spent $385 by going somewhere else! They charge $128/hour just for labor

Honest, unpretentious people with integrity. Great service, reasonable prices. Kurt's grandfather started the dealership and Kurt works hard to protect the reputation and legacy of his father and grandfather. As long as I live within a 100 mile radius, I'll keep coming to Ketterhagen.

Found the truck my wife wanted...Set time to meet sales guy... Turned out to be Kurt Ketterhagen... A lifetime in the car business. Was very pleasurable experience.All thru to picking up car.. Washed and a full tank of gas. Would definitely highly recommend!

When taking my car to Ketterhagen for service work, Jim and Matthew are very through with explanations. My car is very clean when I pick it up. The work is complete and they will call if something comes up that was not expected. It is by far, the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Kris Runke or Kurt Ketterhagen. They are really truly the people looking out to have satisfied customers. They deserve the BIG, FORD, BLUE OVAL.

I just recently moved to Whitewater and was in need of an oil change. After briefly meeting Mr. Ketterhagen outside the dealership one night, I showed up three weeks later to schedule an appointment. Surprisingly, I saw him in the dealership working hard. He remembered me and the day we met; asked how I was doing, and helped me get setup for a service. That is exactly the kind of service I have received ever since. The people at Ketterhagen are not only superb at their jobs, they are honest and hard working. If I could have, I would have bought my truck here.

Ketterhagen Ford is a five star operation, and my most recent service appointment did not disappoint. I showed up at the dealership for my appointment, and parked and gave my keys to the Service Manager. I sat down in a chair in the showroom, and I perused the morning newspapers provided by Ketterhagen Motors. By the time, I had finished looking at the newspaper, the Service Manager came to me and said my truck servicing was done. So, I went to the Cashier desk and picked up my service paperwork. I browsed it, and noted there were no issues with my truck. Sometimes, the service paperwork would show me if I had an issue that needed correction, and I would schedule an appointment for resolving the issue.I paid the Cashier and picked up my keys and the service paperwork and drove back home.Everything with the service appointment was top-notch, as every other aspect of how Ketterhagen Motors does business is the same - top notch.Dave Allgeyer

Very friendly, small, local dealership. I bought my first car from them (used) and it was a super quick process. Showed up on a Friday pre-approved, they did the paperwork over the weekend and got the car on Monday. Been going there for all needed service since and they have been kind to me every single time. Prices are fair for service, and they will let you know what needs to be done without pushing you or making you feel obligated. Only complaint is that it is sometimes hard to get a service appointment, but they're a small dealer so thats to be expected.

As usual,I was met with smiles in the service department. They are always so busy and organized but not too busy to say hello. Former service personnel have even recognized me in other retail environments. I trust the dealership as I have for the last 35 years and I recommend them to others as I am quite pleased.

Ketterhagen Motor Sales goes above and beyond in the Customer Service Department. Recent service was done quickly, efficiently and on time. We made an appointment with Kurt because we were on a strict timeline. Kurt had everything ready and we breezed through without any delays. First Class service from a First Class Dealer!!

I was very pleased with the service. The service & parts departments; listened, explained, and responded to my vehicle problem. A very professional & courteous group of individuals. I am new in the area. It was great to have a good Ford Dealership in the area. I intend to return when there services are required.
