I found this Jeep on CarGurus, from my living room, in Florida. Royal Automotive made this process extremely easy and stress free. Dan and Miranda were very accommodating. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns that I had throughout the entire process. By far the best and easiest automobile purchase that I have ever made! I would definitely buy from Royal Automotive again. Thanks Dan and Miranda!

So disappointed how my purchase was handled.I m 21 and purchased a 20K used car from Dan, 3 1/2 hrs from my home. I even tested it with a VCDS and it showed exhaust flap codes I felt good about buying it.40mn in to my drive back the transmission started acting up. I pulled over and immediately called Dan and told him what was going on. I also thought (at that moment) it needed to be towed, which is what I told him. He told me to get it looked at and let him know the outcome, that he may be able to help . I wanted to turn around and come right back but he wasn t able to meet me.I m 99% sure he did relearns/adaptations and cleared the transmission codes so the car would drive normal for a small amount of time after I test drove and bought it.Yes- when you buy a used car it s as is , however, there should be some kind of humanity or grace behind a large purchase like this, especially when I called only a short time after the purchase. There was none. Dan doesn t care, he got it sold. The fact that he says it was fine when I had it and in so many words, he s not obligated to do anything for me, shows character. He also accused me of lying, saying I drove it when I told him it would be towed. After our conversation I was able to clear out the code to drive it. So yes, my estimate shows all those extra miles because I drove it from his shop to my shop and I didn t have another car to drive. It s been sitting since then once I figured out different transportation. But all that doesn t really matter, it was just his excuse to bail. The car came with the issues. Period.I provided the estimate and called him about the issue immediately. (He also didn t mention that one of the air suspension bags had a leak). As the car is now it will pop out of gear or die sometimes when put into drive. ($7500+) Expensive repairs to say the least.Super disappointed and would not recommend buying used from him.

I ve owned, probably 15+ cars in the last 10 years, all purchased from dealerships, and by far, Royal automotive is the worst. Dan, the owner, will blatantly lie to you, will poorly attempt to hide mechanical issues with the vehicle when he buys high mileage vehicles from auto auctions that have premium features , then doesn t address the repairs necessary, and/or disclose them to the buyer. He literally just flips the vehicle once it goes to his lot from the auction.So, if you re reading this, and you re considering purchasing a vehicle from a shady-untrustworthy business owner like Dan, do your due diligence and take the vehicle to a third-party trusted independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before you buy. And I also encourage to read ALL the reviews on Royal automotive, as there is plenty of people that have experienced the same exact issues. It s all about creating awareness, so your money doesn t support people with shady business tactics.You re welcome.

Wouldn t recommend or buy another vehicle from here. Bought a 2016 Edge from here a year ago asked specific questions about known issues. Especially the ptu was told they inspected it and everything was fine. 2 months was leaking from the seal due to 3 bolts not being tightened properly. In the first 6 months of owning the vehicle it cost me another $5,600 in repairs for the ptu replacement, engine rear main seal, control arms, along with front engine cover seal all questions I ran by the owner and mechanic before purchasing yet miraculously all go bad within 6 months of purchase. Never again would I buy a vehicle or ever recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience. Very straightforward dealership. Dan was a very honest guy. A dealer that will actually make your car buying experience great. Willing to work with the customers schedule. Look into any questions you have and resolve them. If I could give Dan and his team 10 stars on here I would... if I am ever in the market for another vehicle or anyone asks I will be recommending the crew at Royal Automotive for there next vehicle. Hands down. We cant wait to bring our new truck home.. (beyond satisfied!!! With our used car purchase)

Dan was outstanding, whether in texts, e-mails, or on the phone. I felt I got a very good price without the usual "let me run this by my manager" type stuff one might experience at a larger dealership. In fact, Dan had the 2012 Veloster ready to go when I arrived from Madison. Dan, the owner, takes pride in his business, and treated me very well. I highly recommend Royal Automotive.

Royal Automotive will bend over backwards for you. Dan and his shop are down to earth, good hearted people. I flew from CA to pick up my truck and Dan was there at the airport to get me in my new vehicle.The paperwork process was simple and he was fair on the vehicle price. More importantly, on my way home, the temp tags ripped off due to heavy rain and Dan emailed me a new set right away so I wouldn t get in trouble with the law.I would fly all the way from California again to purchase another vehicle for them. You will NOT be disappointed! Highly recommend.

Dan was awesome! Answered the phone every time I called. Was in need of a solid truck fast and Dan had a gem. Called him up and he had it cleaned up and ready to go a day later for me to pick up. Smooth buying experience! Recommend 100%

Dan went out of his way to meet me several hours after they closed to pick up a truck. We had to make the trip from Michigan, which put us at his shop late at night. The truck was everything I expected, and he had all the paperwork ready to go so we weren't there any later than we already were. Huge shoutout to Dan for facilitating a sale after hours.

I made the mistake of buying from here. Fly by night operation. If you want a used auction vehicle with high mileage and tons of problems this is the place to buy from.
