Couldn't find a local place to fix my dad's chainsaw. Was recommeded to Bignells from a company in Portage (who are 'supposed' to service chainsaws). These guys knew what was wrong, right off the bat. The owner, Matt, would give the shirt off his back to help out anyone and didn't charge through the roof. Found out they fix snowmobiles, too, so good place for people with sleds.

Buy all of my Simplicity lawn tractor parts here. Buy all of my Stihl parts here as well. Orders come in quickly if item not in store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Best of the best. Stopped by with My Stihl chainsaw that wouldn t start and 5 minutes later she was all good to go. Thank you Mitchell for your expertise on getting it back running.

I bought a Cub Cadet zero-turn from Bignell s this spring and have had a great experience. Not only was the price competitive, but the service has been great. A few months in, I ended up having a flat tire that I was unable to take care of myself because the seal was broken. Within an hour of calling Matt, he already had my mower loaded on his trailer and taken to the shop. He s going to have my blades and oil change done for me at the same time while he has it. Really nice local business!

Matt took good care of me when I brought my ATV in for the carbs to be rebuilt. Machine runs great again and his prices were MUCH better than any other places I checked. I'd recommend Bignell's Power Sports.

Matt is a great guy and has helped us out for years with all our chainsaw needs. We have had our chainsaws, trimmers, and polesaw worked on here.

The owner harassed me for 'looking 10 years old with sunglasses in the store.' Sent me to another shop in Madison to get a part, while failing to mention it was closed, and made me wait over a week for a part that didn't even fit my ATV.
