Traveling north on I39 and could tell something wasn t right with our boat trailer wheel. It was on the edge of popping. Stopped by this auto shop around 2pm on a Saturday. Shop closes at 12 but Jacob came to the rescue in 10 min after we made a call. Fixed up both tires within 45 min. Thank you for saving our Saturday!

Best ever in Westfield!!! I want share my experience I had today when I had alternate shot this morning and came in they replaced it same day and good reasonable price and got done on time and easy communication. Willing communicating to work out and they have good knowledge of it and quick work. Definitely recommended for anyone to have automobile repair.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto battery maintenance

Top Notch Local Auto Service Center! Highly Recommended- Family owned since the early 1900's when it started with Horse & Buggy. My wife and I had a flat tire on the way home from our vacation- their Service was Fast and Very Professional. Thanks again Gents! God Bless

Jacob took a call after hours on a late Sunday afternoon for an emergency tow and tire replacement. 30 minutes later we were back on the road at a fair price. What more could one ask for on a Sunday afternoon? Thanks Becker Auto Service!

Very kind people. They helped us when we were stranded. They got our SUV fixed in less than a week even though they were swamped. They could have taken advantage of us as we didn't have a choice, but they were honest and only charged what was needed and reasonable. Highly recommend!

We blew a tire on our trailer on our way home from camping. Called and they had our tire in stock, they asked if we coming right over because they would be Closing down for lunch, waited for us to get there, immediately grabbed our rim, put the new tire on, installed it on our trailer and got us back on the road home. Great price, great friendly staff. Glad they are only 2 towns away. Will definitely use their services again! Thanks guys!

On my way home from northern Wisconsin today my starter went out at the gas station. They picked me right up in the tow truck and immediately put it in their shop. It was fixed in no time and I was back on the highway .Great family business and really great people. Becker Auto Service Center saved us when we had car issues on a road trip! They took our call on a Sunday and got our brakes fixed as quickly as possible, and even gave us rides to and from a local motel. Highly recommend!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They were great! Had a flat on my SUV on JCT 39 driving with a trailer at night in the winter and they came quickly and knew what they were doing! Jacob was very pleasant and his Uncle (the owner) was also very pleasant. It was $168 for a tow on a flat bed, pulling our trailer and changing the tire. Would recommend them for sure!!

While headed north, noticed a boat trailer tire was going bad. Gave them a call, and they got us right in. Super fast service, and they did great work! Highly recommend.

We were traveling on hwy 51 when our van broke down on a Saturday and needed to be towed in for service. The employees were courteous and quick. I thought we would have a huge bill because it was Saturday and we were trapped. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a bill that was comparable to normal maintenance. I highly recommend their service.

We got a flat tire on our way up north. They responded very quickly, loaded up my family and dog in the tow truck, and got us back on the road in less than an hour all fixed up and good to go! They even had a bowl of water for my dog to drink because it was very hot and we weren t very prepared. I was so thankful for them!!

I stopped this Labor Day weekend on a Sunday. Our car was acting up. They took us right in and worked on our car. It didn t end up needing any parts and took about an hour to fix. Tom only charged me $40.00 for his troubles. Super honest and super friendly. Thank you!!

The guys at Becker Auto were incredibly helpful! We broke down on I-39 during an icy snow storm. Within 20 minutes Jake had us towed back to their garage where we were greeted by a very friendly dog named Mia. They quickly assessed the issues with the car. Unfortunately it was later in the day, so we had to stay overnight. The owner (a sweet older gentlemen with some good stories) drove us to our hotel and they had it fixed by 11am the next day!

Great service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. We got stranded in small town Wisconsin being from Minnesota, and only had to call and stop right in. Guy jumped right on it and got us back on the road very quickly. Very happy with service!!

OVERPRICED, RUDE, AND TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION!!!! Wish I could leave a 1/2 star or less. First they charged over $100 to tow my vehicle 8 miles during business hours. Then quoted me over $900 for an alternator and battery. When I questioned him he got very defensive and told me I was stuck, and had to get my vehicle fixed as my car would not run. I then had it towed to another shop and vehicle was running a few hours later with a new battery and alternator and under a $500 bill!!!

Had an issue getting a flatbed to rescue me. After the first one that was called, did cancel on me, Beckers was called. He came 43 miles to get me. Tom, provided excellent service, he called me when he left his shop and gave me an ETA. He is very pleasant to talk with, I learned Beckers is a family run business of over 30 years. I recommend this towing and repair shop. A 5 star service.

I called for a tow on a Friday evening. Jacob, who was on call that night, was quick to respond, very kind and went above and beyond to accommodate. It was a blessing to deal with such a wonderful, down to earth company after having been in an accident on the interstate.

Broke down got lucky and owner came to look at car we were thankful he was still at his shop on a Saturday we again got lucky he was able to fix the problem we were headed to Eagle River I was praying and God sent him thank you Jesus and God and the owner very smart mechanic the best I've seen in many years thank you God bless

They said it would take a week. I called 7 days later and was told they were just going to start on it......after posting my disappointment on this I was called and told to "take my car somewhere else then". When I showed up to get my vehicle I was cussed out by some old man who followed me outside to continue cussing and telling me I don't belong on the road. I have lived in Westfield all my life and never been treated so poorly by an establishment in my life.

Took my 2013 Honda Civic in for an alignment. The front end was straightened up, but my rear wheels must have been done wrong. At 70mph my car is extremely unsafe. One slight twitch of the steering wheel make the back of my car fishtail dramatically. I ve don t wheel alignments for 5 years, this is the first time I let anyone else touch my vehicle, and it WILL be the last.
