I have been going to Z's, for many, many years, for all my car maintenance needs. Rick and Bob are friendly and knowledgeable. Not just on tires but are great mechanics too.Highly recommended by me and my family members and friends, who also take their vehicles there.

I called about a set of tires for my truck. I wanted something a little more aggressive looking than stock but not something that would make a lot of noise going down the road. I contacted Mr Z and ended up going with a set of cooper tires. They had some tires there I was able to see what they looked like before I bought them! I scheduled my truck for tires, dropped it off the night before, they called me the following day(day of appointment) said it was done! Not only did they put new tires on, they also put on a set of aftermarket wheels. They switched the TPMS over to the new wheels. My truck drives great, tires are quiet, and I m super happy with the way everything turned out! Thank again! I ll be coming back for tires on other vehicles on the future.

Just took my truck in for new tires and an oil change. Heard good things about Mr. Z's so thought I would give them a shot. Great service, fair price, and no phone call from the shop trying to sell extra repairs and service. Calling tomorrow to make an appointment for my sons car. I came into town to visit family and my vehicle was making noise while traveling. Late on a Friday afternoon, Rick willingly took on the challenge to troubleshoot the issue. He took time to diagnose the issue, fix it and test drive to ensure the issue was addressed. He went out of his way esp at the end of the day and work week to take care of my vehicle and was amazingly fair on his price. Great service! I'd highly recommend.

Drove 4 hours to buy the owner s snowmobile and wow what a shame. Very miss leading the machine needed alot of work and he wouldn t discount it $1 for my troubles of traveling 4 hours one way. Shame on you Bob.

Very reasonable on parts and labor, they do an awesome job, I take all my vehicles to them. I recommend them to anybody!!

I drive 30 minutes to take my vehicles to Z s, and I have a lot of choices that are closer. Their integrity is second to none. I love the fact that they fix what is necessary and consult with me on repairs that may not need to be done immediately rather than using the scare tactics typical at many franchises.

Made an appointment to have my snow tires put on, and old tires disposed of. Prices were reasonable. Everything was done, and car was parked outside ready to go within an hour.

11/15/18 Update:What I have written below is still true. Do not believe the bad comments placed on their Facebook page. This garbage was put there by individuals who don't even have their cars/trucks serviced by Z's. It was done by teen kids with a bone to pick with the family. Hope all goes OK as they work through this.Been with these guys for 20 years. They do good work and they are HONEST! Trust is important to me. Rick and Bob are always my go to mechanics.

Great, qualified, no-nonsense shop. I needed a tire mounted on a busy day for them and they got me in and at a very fair price - actually best price I could find in the area. Will definitely be back again - Thank you, gentlemen!

I needed some drag radials mounted in a hurry and Z s was able to get me in and out very quickly. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be back for my other tire needs. Thank you for a great job.

I want to also recommend Z's Wheel & Tire in West Bend, if you have any tire needs. They are not ripoffs. When they thought they could not help me they referred me to a competitor. I came back, and gave them additional business for which they charged a very fair price.

I called 2 weeks ago to get a quote on wheels and tires. They said they would call me back with the quote. I never recieved a call back. My 2300$ went to Goodyear today.
