The entire experience at Wisconsin Auto Pros was phenomenal. Samer was responsive and was able to get my daughter and I in quickly to get our car windows tinted. He is very detailed, and took his time to make sure the work was perfect. He explained everything including how to care for the windows. I would give 6 stars if possible. A wonderful experience and we re happy with our tinted windows. Did I mention how reasonable the price is? I shopped around, so I know. If you re looking to get your windows tinted, don t hesitate. Take your vehicle to Wisconsin Auto in West Bend.

Brought my truck in for tint all around, looked great, when I noticed a small mistake on the bottom corner of one of my windows, I called and he set me up right away to have it fixed, honest and good tint shop.

They were able to get me in quickly and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Can t find any bubbles or imperfections. Tight clean cuts and crazy how it can change the look of the truck. Thanks Sam, excellent service.

I reached out to Wisconsin Auto Pros to get my windows tinted, and it was an excellent experience! The work done was very clean & accurate! I noticed they also detail vehicles so I had them do a full detail after the window tint and not vehicle came out cleaner than when I got it from the dealership! Definitely appreciate the time and effort Sam puts in his craft. I will bring in mz wife s truck in for tint next. Will be returning for future work!

Got two of our cars done by him and they are amazing! Tint came out perfect. One quickly and professionally. I would definitely take more of my cars there to get tint done! Keep up the good work! No matter who tries to knock you down, you do an amazing job!

I spoke with the employees about what I wanted done on a Subaru with eyesight and decided to set up an appointment. I later find out that tint should NEVER be installed on a front window with Eyesight. Be aware of this company, it seems like they don't understand the liabilities and dangers that come with installing tint in the wrong places.Set up an appointment first thing on a Saturday. Waited around for 45 min after appointment before leaving and going to Shadow Man on the south side of town. Employee was attempting to communicate with me (via text), telling me traffic was bad. But this is unacceptable behavior for an appointment.I do not recommend this place.

Recently got my tint done here on my new 24 CRV Hybrid and they did an amazing job! They were able to get me in right away without a weeks long wait and super easy drop off and pick up. Plus they back their work with a lifetime warranty! Highly recommend

Had two of our cars tinted here. Sam did a great job and even stayed late to finish the second tint. Definitely recommend getting your tint done here.

Well done Sam! Thanks for making a customer happy. Even after leaving, and wanting the sun strip to be lower, he made me happy. Adding that it was NOT a bad application, but my want for it to be lower than the recommended line causing him to re-apply, at no additional cost, just to make me happy. Well done sir, we'll done! Made my 2020 Tacoma happy as well!

Home window tint on residential home large window. We used Samar to tint some windows and when completed and to return back to the project to find the window is cracked. From doing research I ve been informed that it can happen from heat and wrong tint. My issue is that this has not been resolved but to tell me it s my fault and it s wrong glass. I shouldn t have to chase someone down to get a resolution this happened 8/8/22 and still no resolution to being fixed and the window continues to crack and grow larger.Now I have used this company before and have been happy with most of the service except my explorer window tint which was never fixed either.Hopefully this will draw attention and get matters moving forward. I will update my review as we goBut right now I am not satisfied with any communication or responsibility of work being performed

Samer was awesome. I had my car broken into and needed a window fixed. I was worried about the tints not matching my other windows but within an hour, it was good as new. You can tell the quality of the tints they use is high-quality and most importantly, it matched what I had so well, you can't even tell. The overall quality of the service was top tier!!! Trust me, best prices around for the services offered. 10 out of 10 would recommend!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Took my 2014 bmw in on a Saturday about 3 hours before closing time. I didn't think it would be enough time and thought I would have to leave it till the next day. Sam assured me that he would have it done that night and sure enough he stayed after hours to get it done. This thing looks like a different car. I get so many compliments on my car now. Sam did an amazing job and I highly recommend his work plus he totally backs it up. Great job Sam!!

Great experience! We had 2 out of our 3 vehicles tinted in a 2-day back to back period. Excellent communication and superb work. I would highly recommend Wisconsin Auto Pro for any tint services they offer. I went to have my two front windows matched to the factory rear (20%) in the premium ceramic film. Called at about 3:50 and they were able to get me in at 4:30. I was very pleased with the service at first until a few days later when I noticed that there was a large amount of dust trapped in both windows. I called and asked for it to be re-done and nothing really came of it. Stopped in about a week later and showed them and at which point they agreed to redo it later that day. Once it was re-done I started to drive away and then noticed that there was once again a large amount of dust on both windows and two pieces of thread on the driver side. I instantly went back and they agreed to redo it again. This time it looked pretty good. A few pieces of dust but it was the best one so far. I decided to leave it at that until 5 days later when I go to roll my window down and the bottom of the film caught on the interior weather stripping and started to peel up. Trimmed it and am hoping that the rest holds. If not I will most likely go for a refund. The only reason I didn't give one star was because of their willingness to try and make things right along with the quick and chill service.Service: Vehicle window tinting
