I made an agreement for them to work on an engine for me, and after 2 months, of doing nothing, they then told me they don't want to do any work, because i "changed" the agreement. the only thing i changed, was i didn't ship the dyno at the same time as engine, because i wanted to see if they would do the work, and glad i didn't, as they didn't do the work. but waiting 2 months to tell me, not cool.

I installed a super charger in my 2008 Jeep JK it ran okay with the tune that came with the kit but I thought it could be better. I took it to West bend Dyno and I was right. Night and day difference after they tuned it. Later I replaced the engine and computer they updated the tune and I couldn't be happier.

Worst company I have had to deal with they are way out of line with their prices. They are not as knowledgeable as people think and are a complete rip off. I wouldn t bring my bicycle to this place anyone that brings their vehicle to West Bend dyno will be completely disappointed, and you will have an empty pocketbook and nothing done, right

I emailed about the possibility of getting some tuning done to my vehicle. Brian was detailed in his response that what I was looking for wasn't really possible with my current setup. I appreciate that type of honesty and integrity. So while I did not actually become a customer, I felt that just the time to respond in the manner he did warranted a review.

Brought my car in for enhanced performance help. Before recommending any solutions they took extra time to ask me questions and get detailed feedback. After they heard my answers they tested the car themselves with advanced technology. Only after they went through that whole process did they recommend solution ideas. We agreed on a strategy and it was totally transparent so I knew what the costs would be before moving forward. When I picked the car up I was delighted at how great it turned out. It beat my expectations. I have been back with another car since then with an equally satisfying experience.

Very impressed and appreciative of West Bend Dyno! My vehicle was performing poorly and the owner Brad knew exactly what was wrong. He prioritized it's repair to get me back on the road. Getting it right the first time saved me time and money - not to mention a lot of frustration! You're in good hands here - Thank you!

I have had 3 different cars in to West Bend Dyno Tuning. Nothing but a 5 star mechanical experience. I have seen them interact with other customers and nothing but what you would expect. One car was tuned and done right. No issues. The other 2 cars went in for maintenance and again done right the first time. The other users that gave this shop one star, in my opinion could have never been there. I wish people would keep thrash talking to there own homes. Some of us rely on using these pages for real feedback.

Unfortunately I had to give them 1 Star.. No Stars is not an option. Absolute worst place to take your car. As the other review said. The car ran good before West Bend touched it. After getting it back it didn't run right. and their pitch was, "you need to mod more to make it run better".. Thankfully they didn't do the work on the car. They just tuned it. I ended up taking the car down to Chicago to Speed-Inc and had them tune it. Thankfully the car is perfect! No thanks to West Bend Dyno. Complete Joke of a Shop! Save money and headaches and don't use this shop for anything!

I have to say these guys are awesome! Had quite a bit of work done on my 67 Chevelle and I couldn t be happier with the results. Chris kept me informed on a regular basis and was very clear about recommendations they had. They didn t try to push things on me and gave me options on how to proceed with the work. I appreciated that and Vince was transparent with me on the cost. Will be taking my 71 Chevelle to them this spring for a few upgrades . Highly recommend these guys!

West Bend Dyno Tuning donated a lot of freebies for our car show Wheels on Main. Everyone love the goodies they provided! I had them look at my tires and they gave an honest opinion on them. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Same experience as the last review. It took forever to get my car back and now I have to take it somewhere else to have it done the right. My car doesn't run right (it did when I brought it there) and when I brought it back they didn't do anything. They just tell you what you want to hear and take your money. They either don't know what they're doing or don't care. I wouldn't let them work on my lawn mower.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable. My Camaro is my baby and like my children I don't let just anyone work on it. Anything that I cant do myself is only worked on by extreme professionals with experience in their field. These guys are it. I'm a business owner in the automotive/motorcycle industry and I will recommend West Bend Dyno to ALL of my customers, hands down. Extremely helpful!! A++

Pay no mind to the false reviews!!! WBD 5 stars all day long!!!!!Personally myself all 4 of my high performance vehicles have been worked on extensively up at West Bend dyno without a single issue.,Matter of fact I don't think I could be any happier trusting one of the rarest Mopars ever built Kowalski edition number 1 of 10 built by Dodge in the hands of the good people up at West Bend dyno as they were the ones who tuned the car and got me down to the Texas Mile to compete.West Bend also installed the supercharger and tuned my 09 SRT 8 without a hitch we've also had them do work on our 2014 GTR.I don't trust just anybody to touch my vehicles and I can tell you this you can trust the guys up at West Bend to do the right thing every time.Personally I consider the crew up at West Bend Dyno an extended family of mine we have a good time every time I'm up there and I've never had a single issue with these gentlemen because they are the quintessential professionals in their field. As soon as I feel it's time to tune the new Dodge Hellcat that sitting in my garage it will go up to West Bend Dyno to have the work done..Currently my c5 Corvette is sitting up there in the shop getting some work done so actually that makes four or five of my vehicles that West Bend has worked on via a regular basis for me.I don't know what I would do if this shop wasn't up in West Bend ...I would have to rely on Canned email tunes and that is not going to cut it with my vehicles. Murray and I believe Jesse have been doing the tuning on my vehicles. We don't have to go back for revisions they get it right the first time my cars run like Freaking great.. To give you an example I can travel cross-country anytime in any one of my vehicles .Drive in Drive out 4000 miles. I've never had a single issue and I think we're pretty blessed there's a place like West Bend Dyno to bring their vehicles.Keep up the great work WBD!! I couldn't be happier and thru the years we've become friends as well.

First off let me say I have never left a review this bad, but this shop is without a doubt the worst shop I have ever dealt with. I feel obligated to warn others of the issues that they may face if they go here.I trusted this shop with a new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette to install a Head and Camshaft along with Tuning the car. The following are a partial list of all of the issues that occurred while my car was at West Bend Dyno tuning and the subsequent issues I have had since.1. Shortly after delivery of my car I noticed several oil leaks on my garage floor, upon further inspection there were several sources of leaks. The first leak was coming out of the oil sump, as I looked closer you could see that they had not re-installed crush washers on the drain plugs and they were leaking out of these two drain plugs. The Chevrolet Dealership remedied this by installing crush washers and changing my oil. Not a huge deal but it get's worse.2. I had them install new Wilwood brakes on the car, they removed my Brembo's that were flawless and carelessly laid them on top of the brake rotors which caused scratches on all four of the previously flawless calipers (which were sold to another Corvette Owner) I subsequently lost money of the sale of these items for the damage caused. West Bend offered no remedy or return of money.3. The second oil leak on my car was coming from the crank seal, which failed less than 500 miles after the installation of the crank seal. West Bend blamed this on the fact that I drove the car on the track, although it had been driven on the track prior with the same OEM seal in place and never had a failure. They offered no remedy and blamed the failure on crank case pressure.4. They were correct there was crank case pressure which was caused by Detonation on the track, when they tuned my car they desensitized the knock sensors which allowed the car to detonate and build up crank case pressure. I was able to confirm this when several other race shops that specialize in C7 Corvette's reviewed my tune and confirmed my knock sensors were desensitized to the point the car couldn't save it's self. West Bend refused to pay for the repairs of installing a new crank seal or assist in remedying the tuning and design issues. I received assistance from other race shops who understand the platform which West Bend Clearly didn't.5. When they delivered my car it was badly out of alignment, because they removed the steering rack to install the cam and never did an alignment, the wheels they Powdercoated for me failed in less than 200 miles and chipped badly (West Bend did reimburse me for this largely because I spoke with the subcontractor who did the work).6. The car had a major exhaust leak in the header system where the clamps had not been tightened.7. The car didn't have it's temp sensors connected to the transmission, they denied culpability and said they didn't work on this portion of the car, but they replaced the transmission fluid with Redline fluids and the temp sensor is on the drain plug.8 The car was delivered with grease all over the seats (this was a brand new Corvette C7 Z51 with 7k miles on it).9. The wheels were badly out of balance after they re-installed the wheels, the rear wheels were off by more than 2 ounces each causing very heavy vibrations.Brad the Owner refused to take responsibility for these issues other than the Powerder Coated wheels. I have lost my GM warranty after doing this work, and quite frankly I allowed a shop that did this kind of work cause me to lose that warranty. I paid over $9,000 to get this job done and I ended up having to repair all of these issues out of my own pocket. West Bend had no solution for what caused the crank seal issue or assisted in the root cause repair.Go to more reliable shops that know what their doing, and stand behind there work. This shop is an abomination the other bad reviews are not by chance, they are that bad, and the Owner is not reputable.

The guys there were very knowledgeable, friendly and even seemed to be looking out for my best interests when they inspected a vehicle I was in the process of buying. If I was local to West Bend I'd be going there for all of my performance needs.

In response to the owner's response:I did try talking to someone there about the situation, they had no interest in helping. Also, when I was quoted a dyno tuning price I was told $700, then the extra fees were added, wouldn't you be honest and tell your customers ahead of time about it. What was i supposed to do when i came to get my car? Say I'm not paying that and you would have said oh ok no problem? Yeah right. This isnt misinformation, it's a reflection of the services I received. But you are obviously a very defensive person based on other responses given. They called and said my car was ready and gave me the numbers it put down over the phone. I told them that didn't seem right . They ASSUREd me it was! Pick up the car, oh there is an extra $ 300 in fees that were never discussed with me. There was a small boost leak that, once fixed, made it put out the proper numbers which were WAY higher than the numbers they got. Any car shop that knows anything would have said yeah something doesnt seem right. But no, they swore up and down it was running the way it should. They are also not up front about what they charge for their services, not a great way to do business.

I brought my 6.0 LS powered Jeep Wrangler here for Tuning. The results exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable and professional. 5+ years and 30,000 miles later my Jeep is still running running flawlessly.

This review is a long time coming. I feel obligated to report the issues I had so others may be aware. Back in 2011 I had my 4th gen Camaro in for some tuning. While the car was there I was told the rear end was howling and the car was vibrating. I was assured they knew how to build rear ends (mine was a Ford 9"). Well they don't is the correct answer. They started into the project and had trouble setting up the rear end and had issues getting rid of the gear howl. I was told they were having issues and basically I was paying for their mistakes. Literally, they were messing up and I was on the hook for the labor. Then I was told they added a limited slip additive to quiet the howling. I understand the additive is a normal thing, but not to just quiet up something this still isn't right. Me being new to how rear ends work didn't know better. In the end the gear howl came back and I suspected that rear end just wasn't right. I had a professional teardown and rebuild the rear end. I was told the wrong oil was used, the case was only half full of oil and the assembly of the rear end was amateur. Lots of my time and money wasted. I was able to save the carrier, but the gears and posi were junk. WBdyno may do great with tuning and performance, but not with rear end work.

probably the worse experience anyone can have. they take too long to fix stuff, don't know what they are doing. not responsible for your car why its on their property. very rude people. they take your money and make you wait months to get your car back. I would not suggest anyone go there!!
