Did a great job on the repairs! Just took a few days longer than originally told. Would still recommend them to anyone. They were very helpful, and professional.

Brought in my van for emergency repair. They were cordial, fast, and above all, fair. Highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job. I paid 350 for a wheel hub assembly. Auto safety center up the road had just quoted me over 700 dollars for the same job so I was happy to pay. Waiting room leaves a little to be desired but who cares! They did a great job at literally half the cost of Auto Safety Center up the road.

My 1st time here being I just moved to the area. I recently had my left hip replace which I explained. I needed air in my back tires being my car has been sitting. I explained I can't bend more the 90 degrees or I would have done it my self with my air pump I have in my car. The gentleman told me go to kwick trip. Never again for anything

Terrible Phone Service, Made an appointment, went in, they said they didn't have time, however, when i rescheduled and went in the next day, they gave me the oil change for free. Granted my car had fingerprints all over the steering wheel, windows, and pretty much the Entire vehicle, I was willing to spend the 5-10 minutes cleaning out my car because it needed it anyway. They were very nice, I would take my car there again however John from half price was way nicer and No fingerprints in the car. I liked Bobs Auto as well, However their prices are so far over inflated my head almost exploded. I would recommend Auto Pro, or half Price to anyone in town! Hands down the best shops, maybe just try to be a little cleaner next time but I will be back at some point!

There were pieces of my old belt left just hanging from the bottom of my car, which could have gotten caught in other moving parts.A solenoid was left unplugged, which caused the check engine light to turn on.When I picked up the car it wouldn't turn on, and it turned out the battery was running at 6v. They would have obviously known this since they had to use a battery jumper to move the car, but it wasn't even mentioned. On top of that, my car makes a fun new clicking noise since I got it back.

I was roadtripping across the state to watch my grandson s afternoon cross country meet. As I was driving through West Bend my low tire inflation light came on! Oh no! What was I to do? Just add air and cross my fingers??? It was my lucky day! I spotted Walsh s in the block. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and pleasant!!! They got my car in right away, repaired the tire (nail) and I was on my way ! I am so lucky my light came on when it did! Walsh s could not have taken any better care of this stranger passing through town! An additional bonus, I struck up conversation with another customer and she raved about the regular service she receives there!THANK YOU, again!!!!!Service: Tires

A person hit me on the drivers side of my car, and the police forced me to go to Walsh's. Good customer service, but terrible repair job. Took almost a month or more to repair my car. My front end is still loose because of missing bolts and pins, and had to buy more new parts because they "didnt notice" them at the time. I will never take my car here ever again!

Attention: Horrible, Inflated rates, Bad customer service, and crappie mechanics!!!I took my van in to figure out why it kept stopping on me. 1st they told me it was a tune up which was $300 buck's. .... Then said it was the PMC, so i found a used one and asked how much would they charge me to program the new one? Get this $550 buck's... Wow! So I called the dodge dealership down the road and they told me their cost was only $99.99. The lady that answers the phone, handles all the paper work/job orders, and communicates with the mechanics. She will give you the highest price out there, Cuss you out, And hang up on you in the same breath! Buyer beware you have a better chance of learning how to fix your own car off of YouTube... Run

I had a wheel fall off from them not tightening lug nuts enough, right in front of their business trying to leave. I am assuming that is the only reason they fixed it for free because otherwise when they make mistakes they try to charge you to fix their mess ups. Prices are fair enough but wouldn't recommend anything past an oil change due to seemingly limited experienced mechanics.

Horrible work performed on my vehicle. They said they repaired my oil leak. A day after picking it up it leaked worse than beforehand. They lost my oil dipstick, altered my dipstick tube and put one that was incorrect but collapsed the tube to make improper one fit. They used that as measurement and overfilled it causing seals to rupture causing an even worse leak . Don t know how these people are even in business ,definitely not techs and refused to admit there fault . Don t ever get your car repaired there!!

I had a tire installed a month latter they charged me to tighten valve stem that did not fix problem I kept coming and had air added she said to come in when I had time I did. Then she was going to charge me to fix the tire her company never installed the tire the right way. If they can not install a simple tire the right way how can you trust them with any bigger job. Owner has a temper and not willing to work with customers

These folks have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason why. I had a horrendous experience with them. They are extremely good at fudging numbers with both the insurance company and their client when it comes to collision repairs. Their advertisement about offering money towards your estimate is something that they honor only by jacking up the costs otherwise. It is extremely difficult to get a direct answer from them regarding costs. Their customer service is annoying at best (they will cut you off and talk over you) and in my experience, straight up aggressive and abusive.

This shop is honest, quality work and the best shop I've been to in Wisconsin. I only take all my vehicles to Walsh's and my kids all go there as well. From the front customer service to the mechanics in the back, everything is great service! I could not recommend a better place!!

I wound up with my vehicle on part of the road and partly on a small slope off the side of the road. It was muddy because it was raining, otherwise I would have been able to pull off myself. I called Walsh's to have my vehicle towed out of the "ditch." This took about 30 seconds of a push of a button after the man had latched the chains under my vehicle. When he told me my price I was surprised to hear it was 80 dollars more expensive than my friend who had had his car towed from them. In my friend's instance he had his car pulled onto the bed of the tow truck and hauled across town. I was confused why he would pay less when it took more effort to haul his car around than mine. When I asked the tow truck man he angrily repeated twice "he didn't have his car towed out of a ditch." Again, I was barely in a ditch. When I got home I decided to call Walsh's to get some clarification as to why I was charged so much more. I was genuinely curious and did not want to start a fight. I simply wanted clarification. I told the woman this before asking my question and she started off by telling me it costs more to tow out of a ditch because the "wynch" breaks little by little every time they do this. This seemed a bit strange seeing as they use these chains every time to tow vehicles. She went on to say the price was also dependant on the distance from their store. So I asked if the distance from my location was farther than my friend's location. This is when she started getting very angry and rude and started raising her voice and being aggressive. She started talking over me and would not let me get a word in edgewise. She started asking me why I was asking her these questions, why I didn't understand what she was saying, etc. She basically blamed me for calling for a tow at 1 a.m. when this is a 24 hour towing service and making me out to be the bad guy when all I wanted was some clarification. I asked why she was being disrespectful and she continued berating me and talking over me. I ended the conversation by telling her I was I would not bring my business back to them seeing as I was disrespected not only by the tow guy but by her. She said "OK bye'" and hung up the phone on me. Terrible customer service, I am shocked I was treated this way by a business and will be telling everyone I know not to give them their business! Completely unprofessional! Wow!

Great folks, great service, great prices. One of the other reviews from a few years ago said they had an F rating from the Better Business Bureau... but I checked a minute ago (March 2018) it was an A+. We've been bringing our vehicles there for years ...and we'll be going back.

I have been a mechanic for 6 years and usually do my own work. Due to having three jobs and not enough time i took my car to them for my brakes which had went out. They proceeded to say whoever did my brakes before hand did it incorrectly so they had to do whole system, which i had not looked at them and did have another mechanic do them 2 months earlier. They were a bit pricy but i figured it needed to get done. Then 2 days after getting it back and a costly repair, my brakes still were not working. So i brought it back in then they tried to charge me another $300 to fix a master cyclinder which if anyone knows about brakes you always look at it and have to look at it to put brake lines in which they did then tried to say whoever put in master cyclinder messed it up. My brakes almost went out while driving it after the repair and I could very likely have died or hurt someone else for their incompentence. Its one thing to try to get money out of people its another to be so incompetent your work puts other in danger. Highly would discourage going there.

Fixed my head gasket after half price auto lied and took advantage of me, thank you Bill for taking care of me and I will be sure to spread the word about your wonderful service. Me and my family will never go anywhere else. Again thank you for being honest and performing a quality repair instead of taking the half price route and using cooling system sealer and charging me 1200$

I wanted to give this place 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. They came out to help me- no help is coming from these money hungry towers. They looked over my situation which was made to seem as if after this towing I would prob need a new car. There would be so much damage I had to sign a waiver- omg are you kidding me? My car went over a small ledge. All they needed to do was maneuver it back so that all 4 tires were on the solid ground. Gee that sounds hard right? Isnt that what tow trucks do? I have seen accidents of all kinds and I cant for the life of me figure out why my little boo-boo was such a head scratcher to these well experienced towers. But after the owners Mother pulled up in her big black truck and said no way we wont touch it for less than 175.00 cash I said no thanks Lady. I have AAA why do I need you to price gauge me? So thank godness AAA worked with me to find someone to come out and this man from a Hartford towing company bless his soul actually had seen this before and he was all of 30 yrs old. So I assume these other towing companies had seen this before but acted like omg I am not touching this without all your cash lady. Good acting but in the end I see it only took him approx 20-25 min from the time he got there to free my vehicle and not a scratch on it- hmmm interesting isnt it?

I own a small construction business out of Racine Wi, and my main work truck broke down in West Bend. Walsh's Auto understood how important a work truck is and worked hard to get it back on the road promptly. They did due diligence in finding the right parts at the right prices to keep my bill lower, and the rental car prevented me from being stranded. It's always a worry to hand a vehicle to mechanics you don't know, but I consider myself lucky that I took it to Walsh's.

I hit a small deer so we went to Walshs Auto West Bend, WI...they had my car for over two months and yes they gave me a loaner but acted like we owed them, never mind the fact that they took 2 months instead of two weeks to fix my car. They didn't know how to deal with the insurance company. When we got the car back there was a light on the dash that wasn't on before, even before or after we hit the deer. Denise could not explain that, we had to take it to the Honda Dealership. Denise Walsh blew up at my husband, she brought a big mechanic in the room as we were trying to get this problem resolved, giving him the evil eye the whole time. They also didn't fix my AC properly as we discussed before hand and I agreed to pay for that part out of pocket. The scenrio kept changing as we went on. She says one thing and changes it to something else. This is the short story, we were going to take them to court but I was afaird I was going to vomit in the courtroom. DONT DO IT...JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...JUST DONT DO IT!!!!!!

Had a flat tire. Went in asking for some air. Guy told me he couldn't do it . I told him I could just needed the airhose. He said he couldn't do that either. Creeped to Fleet and Farm. Guy helped right away. He checked car out and got 4 new tires and other services. Walsh lost a $700.00 sale.
