What an absolute sh!tshow and complete nightmare. I called the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to make an appointment for new tires. The lady who answered said she could get me in the next day at 8 am. I drove a half-hour there on a Sunday only for her to tell me she had me marked down for the following Tuesday. While she's telling me this, the mechanic came in to ask if their 8 am appointment showed up, and he was told no. I offered to take that customer's appointment since he was a no-show, and I was told I couldn't because he would definitely show up (he'd left angry the day earlier after waiting for an hour for an appointment that never happened). I waited until 8:30, and their 8 am appointment still hadn't shown up, but his time slot was still not offered to me. I drove back again the following Tuesday for my appointment, and they changed my tires and allegedly provided an oil change. They charged me for one but never provided the mileage sticker. Shortly after, my car started leaking oil slowly. I called a mechanic much closer to home, who suggested I take my car back to whomever did the oil change. For obvious reasons, I was very hesitant to do so. I called Walmart, anyway, and was told to ask for Glenn, who would be there until close at 7 pm. I came in an hour or two after I called (mid-afternoon) and asked for Glenn. The woman at the desk looked surprised to see me, then told me that Glenn was busy working on a customer's vehicle and I would have to wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went back to the service desk, and the woman said, "Oh my gosh!" She'd forgotten I was still waiting. She went to get Glenn, who spent the next 20 minutes on a personal call while I continued to wait. Glenn finally checked out my vehicle and told me that they'd forgotten to tighten something when they did the oil change. He did top off my oil and tighten whatever needed to be tightened. I had to drive a total of three hours round-trip for one oil change. When I mentioned this, the lady at the desk tried to tell me it was because people drove poorly. No, it's because I live a half-hour away, one way, and had to make three trips to get this oil change right. I will never go back to that laughable excuse of a "service center."

First they didn t have the lugnuts for my sisters tires. She ordered some and they told my sister to come back the next day with them. She goes to there and then gets told they don t have the tools to take lugnuts off her car. Expect some service technicians (they are not mechanics per the service technician I spoke to there) to suggest unsafe driving hazards to work with you - he told my sister that if she can find a mechanic to loosen the lugnuts and then drive the car back to Walmart then they would work on changing her tires. Highly not recommending this location for the poor service and attitude from the technician, but also do not recommend ANY Walmart if they don t have the tools to work on cars!

Do NOT go here. After calling them and being put on hold six call transfers later, Customer service is horrible. On top of that they lost my "paid for" order. Maybe Walmart should have self service auto care ( just like in the main store.) I will let everyone I know not to go here. If Walmart ever does locate the order then I will still have to make another appointment for the service. Not to mention that I drove 30 minutes to this Walmart because they told me originally that they had my order in stock. Even the on line service is wrong

Called on a Friday to schedule for 4 new tires. Guy on the phone only said he had 2. Then tried to sell me tires $60 more per tire. When I said I would go somewhere else he then suddenly found 4 of the ones I wanted originally. I confirmed me had 4 of the ones I wanted and he said yes. Scheduled for Sunday at 3:00. Dropped the car off and confirmed they had the tires and the lady said yes got a call at 4:15 that they took all my tires off and noticed they only had 3 tires. I complained and the kid said he would put 2 new ones on and leave two old. I told him no, let me talk to a manager. Waited 15 minutes on hold and the manager Brett talked over me on the phone the whole time. I told him I drove 30 minutes there because they confirmed they had them and that he should put the 4 more expensive ones on and eat the cost since it s their fault. Told me he didn t know if they could finish it today asked him how I was supposed to get home. Flat out said he knows his staff isn t checking inventory and they re losing money because of it. I got 6 texts back and forth that my car was checked in and was started repeat finally got a text at 5:45 that the car was ready. Got there to pick it up and it took the kid 20 minutes to figure out how to ring it up. Even though I got better tires for the same price I was going to pay 10/10 wouldn t recommend going there. Completely unqualified employees.

They took me in on short notice everyone was super busy and stressed but they still gave me good service and a lower price then what was quoted from Mavis after Mavis had me waiting I drive over to Walmart and they got it done no extra fees or long wait thx everyone in the auto department

Only 4 stars.They could use an associate at the counter.The auto techs work on the cars but everyime in the auto center, if they are busy working., you may have to wait 15 mins or more if they don't see/hear you.I buy my car/trk batteries there.Have had great luck w/ walmarts value batteries

I had a blowout going down the freeway, so I went to Walmart just needing one tire. Brought in a loose wheel, and put it back on the car myself. But it still took an hour and a half to just mount and balance the one tire when I was the only one there and had an appointment. Then I get home and look closer to find several scratches/gouges in my year old rim.

Purchased new tires with the Walmart black Friday deal, had them shipped to my house, and installed at Walmart. I didn't know what to expect, but it was a great experience! The auto center workers are very friendly, the work was done quickly, and the price was surprisingly low! I highly recommend and I will be returning here!!

The price was lower than other places for the same tire. We didn't have to wait extremely long. Almost all the employees were friendly. The person working on our Jeep seemed knowledgeable.

Headlight restoration for 28 dollars after tax... can't beat that. Headlights turned out great too, saved me $350 from buying new ones.

I went in on Saturday 10 minutes before the auto care center closed and this guy named Dennis was very helpful to me when I was freaking out about my tire light. He explained to me what he thought/positively knew was happening to my van and reassured me that it wasn't going to blow or leave me stranded on the road. Him and I were talking about 2 of my tires and that I did need to get new ones which I already knew. All in all my experience with the guys at the auto care center was amazing. Yes it's on a first come first serve basis but it did not take them too long to do what I wanted them to do.

Thinking it s important to share about our service at West Bend Walmart s auto center. From start to finish, lack luster service. Woman at the counter was cold and short. Nearly two hour wait for new tires. In our time there, we could hear the woman talking with numerous guests, all of which she couldn t offer tires for because they were out of pretty much whatever kind were needed. Also overheard a phone conversation where the customer must have called shortly after leaving and reported one of their hubcaps was missing. She yelled across the garage about it and all the worker said was pretty sure it s on there. She just let the customer go without much concern. Funny enough, after finally getting our own tires one, we leave the parking lot and find right at the exit a hubcap laying on the ground. I can only suspect it belongs to the customer who was right about missing one. Just crazy. We brought it back and are writing on here hoping that customer truly gets called back about this. From the service we saw while waiting, wouldn t be surprised if the whole thing was just ignored.

I wonder what it's like to be able to turn customers away over an hour before closing time! I got there before 6:00. They close at 7. 3 guys were at the tire bay, 1 of which was working on the only car there. Granted, it wasn't great timing on my part, but that happens. But, an hour or more is more than enough time to do a 15 minute oil change. They said they weren't doing anymore. They were just done. Over an hour before close! What a joke!

I come to get my tires repaired 2 times. It's the only place open early at 7:30 am, and costs less 11.00. Saved me big time. I come for oil change, the price is a little high. They vaccumed my car 2x. That was a nice surprise. Usually they just do the job and send you out. The price of tires are lower. They were willing to order tires that weren't in stock for my car.

Rude staff. Subpar work. Got new tires installed. After a three hour wait, I found all of my TPMS sensors were malfunctioning. When I called them I was told they wouldn't schedule an appointment to look at them, because "they don't offer appointments." ( a day after I'd made an appointment to get the tires. )I was then told it wasn't something they'd work on anyway, and that I should take the car to a dealer. When asked if I'd be reimbursed, I was told "good luck."You'd be better off getting your tires from a dumpster. You're bound to get better service, better selection too.

Got out of work and saw that I had a flat tire, so I filled the tire. I then called the Wal-Mart tire center in West Bend, WI and asked if they would be able to plug a tire. They said yes, bring it in. I told them I'd be there in 10 minutes.When I got there I was told that they couldn't fix it today. If that's the case, why was I told to bring it in. Customer service is lacking!!!

Dropped my car off at 8AM to get 4 tires replaced. Was told it would be done it 3 hours or so. After 5 hours of waiting for a call, I called and after waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, was told the car hadn t been worked on, and they weren t going to work on it because there was a problem with the lug but. No one called to tell me. No one called to let me know about this issue. Unacceptable.

Understaffed , hours are cut back due to staffing issues. I was unable to get a flat repair and tire rotation done , services which I paid for when the tires were purchased. Attempted to get these services done x 3 times, but staffing issues prevented me from receiving services.

They do not take appointments, and unfortunately I have attempted five times to drop off my car for new tires. Because they make you come in on a first come first serve basis, I have wasted a lot of time to try and save $50. I am sorry to write such a poor review, but this policy is poor customer service as it s incredibly inconvenient.

Got an oil change a few months back and thought everything was ok until I went to change my oil today. Whoever worked on my car at walmart over tightened my drain plug by about 50-100 lb and completely rounded the head so I couldn't even get a wrench on it anymore. TERRIBLE. Do not get work done here unless you want to have to take a vice grips to your drain plug later on. I'm just grateful that the idiot who touched my car didn't strip my oil pan.

Had a quick battery change done. Got me in and out real quick. Great prices. I had a blow out on my tire and took it here for replacement. They got me in real quick and had me back on the road in no time.

Great value for tires and installation... I order online and they installed in store. Also, best price for oil changes. Only downside is they are only first come first server... meaning that they don't take appointments.

The lady that works the counter is horribly rude and unwilling to lift a finger rudely turns away customer after customer two hours before they close, I was told to not come in they wouldn't do it I came in anyways and the techs did it, called to have them look up a warranty and she wouldn't even put forth the effort to look it up in their system she needs to be fired and never under any circumstances be allowed to work in customer service ever again rude lazy lady. I will be making my second complaint on her to management.

ordered tires online, waited a week after supposed scheduled pickup date, finally said screw this & got a return. called the auto center, after being ignored for days someone finally picks up, i make an appointment asking specifically what tires are in stock right now, and to set them aside for my appointment. made the appointment for today, called to confirm, no appointment to be found, tires no longer in stock. absolute JOKE of an establishment.

Had oil change and air filter and interior filters replaced under $90, highly recommended. Would give ten stars if possible. West Bend location.
