Great experience, a little more money but no appointment necessary and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a good car wash. Dealerships are cheaper but they work off commission and are always pushing you to spend more, so is it really cheaper? Ray the manager was excellent and the employees are very nice.

The Team leader at this location is always rude & not customer friendly. I've been to this locations many times & will never go there again. My last experience was very poor. The entire staff was standing talking with no vehicles in their shop. The team leader had an issue & acted like I was ruining his day. I told him about it and decided to take my business elsewhere. Customers aren't cheap & should never be treated with a rude attitude!

My car needed emissions testing before I could renew the plates. Found out the place I previously took it too no longer does it. I searched online and saw this Valvoline location does it. And as a bonus, it's open on Sunday! Test was done quickly and staff was friendly.

Excellent service, very clean and tidy shop! Tim has that place running like a "well-oiled machine" (pun intended). This was my first time there. There was a car in each bay and the entire crew was executing their tasks accurately and efficiently. Tim was splitting his time evenly between customers and does a great job capitilazing on opportunities such as my rear wiper blade very professionally without pressure. I was in and out in a flash and we will be back for sure!

I m not really sure why but one of the techs told my wife she has safety wire sticking out of her tire and it could pop at any time he didn t show it to her but he showed her a photo of it on his phone. So I inspected all 4 of her tires with the car in the air when she got home and I didn t find the 2 safety wire she was shown a photo of. So I m not sure what the motivation here was but 3 stars for lying.

I don't know if I was profiled or maybe it's just policy but I had a total of $63.39 for a simple oil change , gave them a fresh new 100$ bill and asked for smaller bills, which I only had a 20$ and few singles and no card.She refused to accept it and asked me to walk across the street and ask the gas station to vreak it with my car being hostage in their oil change station !! How embarrassing that made me feel to have to walk out my car with them keeping it there and having to buy something i didn't want from some other business just so i can make change , like it's their problem now? So weird , I can say the point of instant oil change and y pay the few extra dollars for comfort of driving thru and away all while never leaving your vehicle.. As I left its just been bothering me the more I think about it.

Awesome experience. I had to wait in line my first time but they came out to greet us giving us an estimated wait time. Workers are friendly and even offered me a $10 off coupon. Also, very convenient not needing an appointment. We will definitely continue to go there.

My first visit in maybe 20 years. The crew was courteous, friendly, and entertaining. They didn't have the air filter I needed. They called AutoZone to order one, but didn't have a delivery person available. One of the guys went to pick it up. They gave me 15% off the price for waiting.

Little to no waiting times, Fast friendly service, always plenty of staff. They will rotate your tires during your oil change which is so convenient and saves time.I come up from Cedarburg for this place!

Professional and quick with their work. Price is up there but for the service it's worth it. I usually do my own oil changes and I was glad to hear them not use an air gun on my oil pan! Sadly have had that many times before! First time customer and I plan on returning again.

Tim and the crew are really incredible. I live close on 33 and went to them in June for a simple oil change. There are certain areas of life I am not well versed, with car maintainance being one. So I go on feel and cleanliness and professionalism to gauge. These gentlemen want to do what is best for the vehicle, they are knowledgeable, and they dont attempt to push any service onto the customer. Just here are the diagnostics and this is what we would recommend if interested.Returned again yesterday, and received even better treatment than the initial visit. Had to get my car's emission test, and decided to replace the transmission fluid and flush the radiator. Finished up with a tire rotation. I can say the difference in performance when I got back on highway 33 was immediately noticeable. Driving this car for 10 years, there is a sense to how it handles and responds. It was truly so easy to tell the difference and kind of exciting to feel the car do so well so quickly.Gave them a tip to enjoy some food or drink.Thanks Tim and the guys!BrenServices: Transmission, Electrical, Oil change

I'm a regular here because they can rotate tires during the oil change and most fast change places can't. I would recommend it over any other similar place in the area.

Young men there were very polite an very helpful but could not fix the light problem but ask me to get what I needed an they would do it for free. They were all on top of there game. They made a home run with this customer

This valvoline is 100 times better than the one in town! Very detailed here. Highly recommend hereHad to go back to the one on main 3 times before they actually tighten my oil filter cause it was leaking for weeks.

Stopped here for emissions testing, today. I believe my tech's name was Timothy. Great service, professional, and friendly! Have never been here before, but will be back for service in the future based on my emissions experience.

$70 for an oil change is steep to begin with, but to find out that they damaged the valve on one of my tires so that it was flat by the time I got home is another thing completely. They asked if I had run over a nail. In no uncertain terms they told me tough break and there was nothing they would do about it. Would recommend anywhere else but here.
