Great service! Incredibly kind, genuine and professional - you pull your car in and you just hang out in the driver's seat while they take care of everything. One of the few places I can go without giving the work a second thought. You know it is right and they call out numerous confirmations of correct or finished work to each other. Something about this perfection that is very appealing.

Very professional service! Really appreciated the explanation of everything being done. The guys check everything out and make recommendations for service that may be needed, but they don't push anything. They only make recommendations based on the mileage of the vehicle. Very impressed with this facility and will definitely come back!!!

Brock and his team were outstanding. Informative without 'hard selling' me, explaining the recommendations from Hyundai and Valvoline. Most them I knew about, but getting confirmation is nice. Very disappointed during my last visit. Employees were not friendly and I felt like I was bothering them just being there. Never filled up the washer fluid, and dripped oil on the engine block and filter area when filling up.Also had a headlight out that they never mentioned during their inspection . On the final sheet I received checked tire pressure was marked but the tires were never checked.

Great experience with Brett, very personable and was not pushy with service. He changed my oil, and then tried to change my break light. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the job because he did not have the trim tools that would be needed for my specific break light, so I will have to go get it done somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Second time coming to this particular location. Seems I woke everyone up they seemed bored. Anyway, standard oil change. On & out. But, come to discover my windshield washer fluid hadn't been filled (I was almost out when I had this service), & my radiator overflow tank was empty. What the heck? Then I realized, as I thought back on the visit, they didn't check my fluids at all, other than to show me my hopefully new oil level. So, I went & picked up what I needed and did it myself. $70 for this? Not at this location.

These guys were extremely helpful, and genuinely kind. They took their time, explained everything they were doing and showed me. Well worth the price for superb service! Wish I knew the techs names so that I could do a shout out to them for the excellent service!

I have used this location on more than one occasion. This last time, I was very disappointed . Not only did the technician not fill my fluids, my bill was $20 more than it normally is! Nobody even had the decency to tell me they hadn't filled my damn fluids. I live in Milwaukee and had to drive back up only to find out they had no fluids & their hose was "broken". I will not return. Although my receipt shows they filled EVERYTHING, my car begs to difffer.....Why can't people be honest & decent these days?!Service: Oil change

First time here, Bret was great and new everything about everything! Oil change was quick and I was able to stay in my car which was awesome. Only complaints which is minor but the female was smoking a cigarette or vape thing in the back of store while the two guys were running around doing everything. And I never got an oil sticker or receipt 4 stars because of this. I will be back for sure.Service: Oil change

Valvoline lost a bunch of my bolts and screws for under my car. They didn t tell me so they just zip tied it without saying a word. Now I have to pay for new bolts and screws. Highly don t recommend unless you want parts missing from your car.

Cole and Dylan were the ones who assisted on the oil change. Very professional, and even explaining everything in detail to make sure I fully understood the services I asked for. If you want your oil changed quickly without getting out of your car and you have a coupon (usually can find $7 or $15 off coupons) this is a great place. I never feel overly pressured to buy extra things and the staff is usually very friendly and informative. No complaints here!

Very quick and thorough. Make sure to always have a coupon ready on your phone. I love that they have a camera with a monitor so you can see what they are doing around your vehicle as well as under it. Not as friendly as usual and prices are up just like everything else I guess

DO NOT GO HERE. They don't know how to do oil changes properly and the area manager fails to do his job. They failed to replace my oil plug and change out my one time use crush washer, they rather added ANOTHER crush washer. They didn't top off any fluids. My oil light came on so I went back for them to check it out. They didn't even bother going underneath to check my oil plug or skid plate they just topped off my oil and stated either bring it back or take it to a shop as they didn't find anytbing wrong. My oil light then came back on, so since valvoline couldn't "find" the issue I had to take it to a dealership. They found a massive oil leak that pooled in my skid plate and took photos of how valvoline failed to do their one job properly. I was out of a vehicle so I had to fix it right then and there as I could not drive with an oil leak. The area manager denied to reimburse me anything and stated I should have went back to them a THIRD time or called them to authorize repairs, mind you it would take about a week for them to respond and probably not approve. The area manager Tony Castner took no responsibility. Don't bother making a claim with their damage claims as they have no adjuster or ligit insurance, it's Tony who makes the decisions and fails at his one job. DONT GO HERE

Went on 4/29/19 really not expecting the level of service I received that day. My advisor was very well-spoken and courteous. He listened well, and even invited some of the questions I had. It was a very smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. You ve won a new long-term customer, as I will surely be returning in the future. Much thanks!

Evan is very unprofessional and complains about everything. The entire time I was there getting my oil changed all I heard was complaining. Everything else went smoothly and was done in a timely manner.

Best oil change place around . Winston, I believe?, was SUPER professional, friendly, and patient with me. I know absolutely nothing about cars and he thoroughly broke everything down to me . I drove in for an oil change and would up getting a lot of services done such as a fuel system clean, radiator flush, transmission clean, and also got the oil change I asked for. Always a pleasure! Burned out headlight this time... they didn't have it but went and got it... replaced both (gave me back my one good one.. I asked them to changeout both)...Dylon was a sweet and kind young man! I have gone there for years and will happily continue to do so!

They did a good job making sure all of my maintenance needs were met. Not always the speediest but it is what it is. I'd rather have them take their time and get the job done well.

I stopped in for an oil change for the first time at this location on 4/24. The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I m pretty particular when it comes to customer service and my experience exceeded my expectations.
