Worst service I ever had in my life. They did couple of scratches on my 2024 Super Duty truck. For them it is not a big deal, for me YES. Truck is over $100K. One of the workers tried to fight with me. Now I understand why they have such a low rating. Definitely will not recommend that company.

Had tunnel cover installed years ago. Not long ago I hadn't issued. They took care of that. I appreciate. Now I had another problem with my tunnel cover. The big guy with all the tattoos there..Stated they did not install that part of a tunnel cover.I said I begged the difference. He got very upset with me.I said I'm not coming here anymore. He said we don't want to hear Anymore. As I was in my vehicle and he was walking back into the store. He rubbed his eyes at me. Like I was a whining baby.I think the child was the person. Rubbing their eyes to make a customer feel bad. Because he didn't know what he was talking about..

Above and Beyond service! If you need any work done for your truck these are the guys to send it to. I needed an airlift suspension system installed on my truck before I left on a trip across the country in 4 days(poor planning on my part) and called Truck Outfitters who not only rush ordered needed parts but their mechanic stayed late and even came in on the weekend to get it done for me. The owner even stayed late for me to come pick it up. The work itself was done better than I could have ever hoped and looks factory. Everyone there is knowledgeable and willing to do everything in their power to help you out. I can t recommend this place enough. I ll never take one of my trucks anywhere else.

I recently had aftermarket accessories installed on my truck with this company. They did a terrible job on installation and customer service. I will start to mention the installation part first they welded the dual exhaust hangers incorrectly very poor installation i took it to a dealer and spent $274.00 just because i didn't want them to touch my truck again. Also had an airbag kit installed that too, was installed very poorly. Everything was over torqued. There was damage on bag bracketsAnd when I addressed the situation, I got nothing but attitude from a big dumb bald idiot that was verbally abusing the receptionist as I'm in the showroom very lazy and incompetent. People are in this location. Do not spend your money here. I am not one to try to bash a mom and pop little location but these guys need to close the doors. They do no service to anybody if they touch their vehicles, given the benefit of the doubt I figured I would order more things and I talked to the sales manager to give me a call and quote on some of the other things that they have on the show floor they do have a good selection, they just don t know how to put them on anyway I asked for about $4000 worth of stuff. I never got a callback very lazy and incompetent. I will definitely use word-of-mouth to keep people from spending their hard earned money on subpar labor and customer service. This crew is not worthy for the Washington County consumer.

First time having a cap installed so I called around. It's amazing how businesses talk to you on the phone. It's like they dont want your business.I reluctantly called Truck Outfitters because they were 50 minutes away but I'm so glad I did. They were friendly on the phone and took their time with me when I went in with my truck. I dealt with mostly the owner and he was great. My truck cap looks awesome!

Great to have a local customization truck/Jeep and car retailer in town. Fairly decent showroom to give you sum ideas to add to your truck/jeep. Installations are down in there bays just across the parking lot. Truck Outfitters also offers a great easy website to look at as well.

Bought a Leer Cap for my new 2018 Tacoma through Truck Outfitters. The ordering went well and the sales staff was friendly so no complainants there. The issue was the installation. First the front window of the cap was scratched as well as the frame. The installer tried to cover the frame scratches with a marker. Once I saw the scratches on the glass I brought it up and Truck Outfitters replaced the window without hesitation, but that required another visit.I also had the remote lock option added to the cap and 2 weeks after install it sometimes worked. So I investigated and found the nasty wire splices, no T-Taps , no Solder, just wire insulation stripped wrapped and tapped to the tail gate lock wires(This is a connection under the bed on the outside and in the elements). I didn't even call to complain if a shop is ok with this work why would I go back. I corrected it myself by running new wiring and using some weather pack connectors. Before hacking up the tail gate lock wires they must have ran the lock wire into the cab because I found about 4 feet of cable hacked into the factory harness but abandoned. So now my new truck has hacked up wires on both ends.....

Here is my second attempt at posting a review regarding my multiple trips for a bed spray from Truck Outfitters. A 4-hour job took multiple weeks due to their spray gun malfunctioning on the first attempt resulting in a 8 hour waiting time and a discount, their second attempt peeled right off after two weeks, their 3rd attempt spraying over parts they were supposed to completely removed from the 2nd attempt along with dried over spray all over, and their 4th attempt which was essentially sanding down whatever over spray was all over the bed then spraying a thicker coat on top of the 3rd coat to hide parts of the 2nd spray. They were extremely unprofessional as they never updated me through the process since I had to request updates on the status of my vehicle, they made it a point to say something about me leaving a negative review about their work after their 2nd screw up, and they left the office for the day before inspecting the product being given back to me on the 3rd attempt. I also never got a call after the 4th attempt to see if there were any issues. Needless to say, I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

Showroom was nice and sales staff were nice . Once the cap arrived and was installed it had the wrong windows so I had them remove it . At this point the wiring had been done and ends up I see a long wire hanging under my left taillight , I removed the tail light to find that no wires were not soldered and connected well , no wire loom to even protect the wires . I took pictures and told the owner but ended up rewiring everything myself correctly . Very disappointed in the quality of there service dept. So , I get the call about 4 weeks later my new cap has arrived and go in to have it installed and still have a complaint about some fitment issues with the tail piece {rear door} . It's been two weeks with no response from him and during that time a piece of trim has already come loose from the window , wiring inside going to the pop and lock a 4 year old could have done better . They have some quality products but should fire the service department .

My son took his brand new 2022 Ford F-250 there for a bed liner and cover. Ever since they had it the tailgate didn t open or close properly. And now it rubs in the bumper and leaving scratch indents on the tail gate. When he stopped to ask them what happened they said it was like that. Nope sorry I could open the tailgate prior to you having it now I can t. Plus it didn t rub. You can see the cover and bed liner not installed properly since the tailgate. didn t sit properly now. They refuse to fix or stand behind their product. What happened to quality of work and ethics. I would post pictures but it wouldn t let me

Very disappointed with not only the services provided, but the owner himself. Brought my truck in to have a cap installed and they screwed up the wiring to my rear sensors. When talking with the sales rep he said this happens sometimes when they tap into new trucks and that if it doesn t correct itself, I ll have to bring it back in. So I brought it back in and they informed me they can t fix it and I will need to take it to a ford dealer. Next, the owner instructs me not to tell Ford I had the cap installed because my truck is newer and should be covered under warranty. It was not covered under warranty and I had to pay out of pocket. It s been over a month since truck outfitters has worked on my vehicle and they have done nothing to repay me for the repairs and have not been working with me to come to a solution. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will be telling everyone to stay away from them.

Quick, easy, and friendly service, wide variety of quality products displayed, fair pricing.Purchased side steps for my superduty, parts showed up when they said they would, pick up was easy and painless. Installed them myself later, but they re exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come back to this store again for truck accessories in the future.

I just bought my second Leer topper in four years from these folks. Jeremiah and Jodie were both fantastic communicators throughout the sale. They were able to put the topper and AMP Research retractable running boards on, install the bed rug and tint the windows all in one day. This is a great locally owned place to work with.

Scheduled original appointment and dropped my truck off to get cab lights installed only for them to call back and say that they forgot to order a part. I had to reschedule 2 weeks later. When I finally got the work done the cab lights were installed off center by a whole inch! The sealer they used for a gasket was a mess and all over my roof and the lights themselves, I won't be surprised if the cab leaks when it rains. Sloppy work, will not be going back for them to even fix it because I don't trust them. Impossible to find good help these days. Avoid.

After the first install appointment for my cap I noticed my cap was on extremely crooked. I could fit my hand between the cap and the side of the truck. I also ordered a total bed seal which was supposed to be installed and wasn t. And the light switch they added for an LED light strip wasn t working properly. And the carpet liner in the cap was ripped. I turned around and went back within a half hour. When I went back for them to finish installing everything and fixing everything I was told they were busy and I would have to make another appointment.I went back for my second appointment and they straightened the cap, glued the carpet back together, put in a new switch, and put in the total bed seal. After another day I noticed the light would flicker when I hit the switch. All 3 of the wires were not crimped in the terminals properly and pulled out. They of course wanted me to make another appointment so I just fixed it myself.I will never go there again.

Great locally owned and operated truck accessory shop! I decided to replace my fiberglass tonneau cover with a roof height truck cap. I worked with Jeremiah, and he explained to me some of the differences between the brands they carried, and gave me prices on the ones that interested me. I chose a Century Royal cap with a few extra options. I ordered it and it actually came in a few days before it was expected to arrive. The communication was excellent and it was very easy to schedule an installation appointment. They even went out of their way to help me out with my old fiberglass tonneau cover since I had no way to remove it by myself before the new cap installation date. The guys at Truck Outfitters were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly suggest them to anyone looking for truck accessories.

Very nice staff and I do like the Leer product. I'm now looking to purchase my second cap from them. The only complaint I have are the business hours, they are open till 6:00pm Mon-Thur and 5:00pm on Friday and CLOSED on Saturday. I really wish they had Sat hours. I think you can make an appt for Saturday but it would be nice to just be able to stop in and look around

Don't go here!!!! I bought fender flares from here and one came broken, but didn't realize until I took them all the way to waukesha to be professionally painted. I called to see if they would discount it since it was broken. They said no but we can reorder new ones. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude. I said forget and had the body shop fix it instead of running back and forth from waukesha 4 times!!! After all that I brought them back and paid for them to install. Horrible idea, whoever does there installations sucks! After 3 days one of the rubber pieces was sucked in and after 2 months all of them were sucked in. Now the rear one is completely hanging off the truck. They won't do anything about it after 30 days! But thinking I paid to have them professionally installed it would have been done correct!! They want to charge me more than the first time to get fixed because now they have to take them off and it will take longer. Ha Ha funny right. They can get bent. I will go to a company that actually nows what there doing......HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Update: I had asked truck outfitters to just order me the rubber gaskets and I would RE-install them myself, they wanted to charge me 75.00 for the rubber! I called the maker of the fender flares they said it's a warranty part and sent me them for FREE!!

Had Rear Axle Airbags installed on my GMC truck. Other than the long lead time to get in for the installation, everything else went well. Friendly gentlemen help set me up and also installation seems good so far, no issues yet. Hoping it will stay this way.

My sister had them attempt to install a remote start for 400$, long story short, it sets off the factory alarm and they won t fix it or refund her the money. And Doug the owner is rude and unhelpful. Take your business somewhere they appreciate it!

Truck outfitters was very informative about selecting a remote start for our Toyota Sienna.Unfortunately since we bought the remote start, I've found it doesn't work well. I have to be in direct line and not more then 150 feet away for it to start. My husband ran it back over to have it checked, they said it was fine, well of course starting it 10 feet away it will work great. Lady said I should come back if it still acts up, that's about the only positive, but once again more running when I wished it would have been fixed right away.

Ordered an air lift helper bag kit and scheduled to have them install it 2 weeks later. After dropping my truck off to have it installed they call and say they had to order spacers because my truck is lifted (its not lifted at all) at my expense of course. So the part was supposed to come next day and they would install it. Nope the part came in and then i was told i would have to make another appointment to bring it in because they are already booked and dont have time. So i am up to 3 days now with a business truck out of service for a 2.5hr job. As a business owner myself i would never treat a customer this way, especially when that customer is spending so much money (over $1300).

Still no results u have our money and the truck cap. Your customer service is horrible. At this point we just want a refund. My husband had a cap installed on our f150 and first the wrong type of window was installed, so we had to take it back to get the right one put in, then had to take it back again cause the cap was leaking obviously they didnt test it cause it still leaks, so we will be taking it back again. This is a joke for how much money this cap was.

Bought a Leer cap. The rear seal in the upper right corner of back window is bad and allows water to drip in when raised if window is wet. Also the lip of the back window allows water to drip in when the window is raised. Apparently the seal only keeps water out when the window is down. Showed it to the sales person and they said they would get back to me. Still waiting more than a week later...Update: Apparently missed a message from TruckOutfitters. They ordered a replacement window and are replacing it now. The dealer handled their responsibility. Am still disappointed in Leer product.

Took my 2018 Ford F-150 in to have a bedrail installed. Several weeks later the screws fell down into the sheet metal of the bed. I asked them to re-attach the rail. Owner said they could but would charge me labor. I said that wasn't right because the screws hadn't been torqued properly in the first place. Owner said they were, and it is normal for the truck vibration to loosen them. If that were even remotely possible, why wouldn't they apply locktite to the threads?Anyway paid to have the rail re-attached. Yesterday the rail came completely apart. Screws again fell down into the bed side. Going to take it to Schmit Bros. Ford in Saukville where I should have gone in the first place.Tim EwingWest Bend, WI.

Avoid this business at all costs. I purchased a $1100 tonneau cover from them and had them install it. They messed up the installation and now the cover rubbed the paint on my brand new truck all the way down to metal costing me thousands of dollars to repair/repaint. The owner is a jerk and refused to do anything, even after I spoke with the manufacturers of the tonneau cover and they confirmed it was a bad installation job!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND YOUR TRUCK DAMAGED!!!
