Just had The Shadow Man tint up my suburban. This is the 2nd vehicle he's done for me. I will only go to The Shadow Man for my window tint needs! Quick and professional! Tint looks great!

Scheduled a last minute appointment for a windshield tint removal (not shadow man s tint) for a ticket deadline and they were very accommodating and professional. Dropped my car off there and they had it done fast and my car was kept clean and they had it parked out front for me. Great customer service all around. Will be a returning customer for sure, highly recommend.

Like everyone else who has had work done by Bill and his crew, it is hands down top notch quality. The customer service is second to none. Went in to get my rear window done again(had to replace the window due to a car warranty issue) he got me in right away and then had the back window done in 20 minutes. Cleanest and most professional facility I ve been to as well. Thanks for the outstanding service Bill!

Did my window tint on my front windows got me in within 2 days and let me apply my business decals on while they were tinting very professionally and came out perfect will be using again and highly recommend

Hands down the best experience with a window tinter Ive had. I came from an hour away which meant I would be waiting for them to complete my vehicle at the shop and expected to be bored out of my mind for hours. To my surprise the waiting room had a flatscreen, multiple different video game consoles to play games on or watch tv and a fridge full of drinks! They did my entire car in almost 3 hours flat. A couple weeks later I brought it back due to an imperfection on one of the windows. Bill took the time to walk around the car with me and address all of my concerns and ended up redoing one of the windows. I was out of there in an hour with a Shadow Man T-Shirt, sticker and complimentary ceramic windshield coating for being patient throughout the process. This level of customer service is not something Ive experienced elsewhere and shows me that Bill cares about his customers and the quality of the work he performs. I would not hesitate to take my vehicles there in the future and I would recommend him for anyone considering getting any of the services he offers done on their vehicle. This guy is top notch!

I have used Shadow Man on several vehicles, and have referred many coworkers, friends, and family to him as well. Everyone I know who had their windows done by Bill have been happy with the results. Anyone can tint the middle of a window, but it takes a professional to make the edges look perfect. I tried the 88% heat rejection film on my windshield for the first time and HOLY BALLS does that make a huge difference! I ll be getting that done on all my vehicles going forward. Third Vehicle tinted by The Shadow Man. The first two were back when he was doing mobile tinting. The quality and finish of the tint on each of those vehicles was as good or better than anyone else's vehicle on the road. Mind you: cut by hand, and completed in my apartment's garage.This time around I ran out to the shop on HWY 33. I was immediately greeted with a warm and energetic front end manager, "Kierra." She was not part of the process the first go around, but definitely a value add. Super clear communicator who made scheduling a BREEZE! (Although they were booked out over a month. A side effect of being the greatest at what you do.) Bill Popped out to grab the keys and she clearly explained what percentage I wanted each section of the truck's windows tinted to.Bill handed the keys to J.D. who is another piece of the experience who was not there for the first two. Together Bill and J.D. tag teamed my truck and made SUPER QUICK work of it. Between then two of them and the machine that PERFECTLY cuts the film for each window for your specific make model and cab/glass options they are very efficient. The finished product is immaculate. As expected, perfect lines and little to-no evaporation to wait on as the application was so clean in their shop. (We all know some is inevitable and will disappear within the week in sunlight!)Thank you Bill, J.D., and Kierra for a great experience! A few years ago I got my windows tinted here, this is as professional service as it gets and specializing in Xpel films. I was just looking through the reviews out of boredom and saw the employee in training I spoke to on the phone was let go, same one that told me I couldn t go under the legal tint limit. Just my bad luck that week. I m considering matching the front windows to the rear at 35% or having a 50% front windshield, im looking forward to an opening in scheduling!Edit: just went back for my 35% windshield and sides. Incredible quality, Bill went the extra mile with certain issues on my windshield I wasn t aware of and got it done perfectly. We recently had the two front windows on our brand new 2023 Honda Pilot tinted. Overall, windows look good, however we noticed a few areas in both windows with small fuzzies and one window with a few small scratches in tint upon completion of install. I reached out the same day with the concerns and we brought vehicle back another day that worked for them. We were told these are imperfections that are to be expected and unfortunately would not be completely fixed. It's a little disappointing given its a brand new vehicle that we will keep forever and will always notice, but understand if this is truly the nature of window tinting and is to be expected. We are detailed and next time we will likely pay for tint from factory to avoid imperfections.

We previously had the tint done on all the windows of my husbands Camry, it turned out amazing. Naturally, when we purchased another vehicle we took it right to The Shadow Man to have the front windows tinted. He did an excellent job, we were able to get it in quickly and he was finished with it on time. There were no bubbles or blemishes on the windows. We highly recommend taking your vehicle to The Shadow Man!!

Had my appointment today at 8 AM and he got started on my truck as soon as I arrived early at 7:40 AM. Very friendly, personable, hard working, and nice clean shop. Bill is amazing! The tint looks fantastic and I m so happy I chose him. With my work schedule, he worked with me to set up time to get my truck done after hours. Not many places that are as busy as they are, are willing to do that. Also had a great conversation with him.
