They started the process with me over the phone because I didn t want to haul my kids there and wait with young kids. Through the whole process they were transparent and honest. It took a team of people and I am so thankful for them. They got me a better rate then another place and way better payment. They have a friendly environment and little kid area which was nice when it came to signing my papers. Overall happy with the purchase of my new vehicle.

Came in for a screw in my tire, to be plugged. Was close for my maintenance so they did oil change and tire rotation also. Took 30 minutes, very fast for a Saturday and no charge. Thank You!

Simple recall work done. Dropped off my car in the eve to be picked up next day during the lunch hour.Just for that I received 5-6 texts, a few phone calls- including one way early in the morning. I was asked the same questions and I had to tell them when I wanted , and what had previously been agreed to, several times.Very annoying.I hope the work done surpasses the communication. They were all very friendly, and I am hoping the work has been done well, but they just WAY overdid it with the calls and texts!I was hoping for easy in/ easy out.I wonder how many more messages I will continue to get .Please take me off of your list.Thank you.

Extremely professional service desk folks. I showed up promptly at 8 am for my service appointment and was told that I was not in the system for an appointment. As I was standing at the service desk I received a reminder text of my appointment and I showed it to the gentleman. As he looked at the text and then politely informed me that my appointment was for the following day. He said that seeing I was there, they could fit me in and get my vehicle serviced. Even though I messed up, they were extremely accommodating so I didn't have to come back the next day.

I showed up at the time of my appointment. Keith, in the service department, said there was no record of my appointment. He apologized for the mixup and said he would fit me in and get the job done which he did. The shuttle driver was on time and very courteous. Great job done by all.

Our experience with the purchase of our RAV 4 was superb. This is our first Toyota & first time purchasing from here. I am extremely pleased with the service we ve been provided and would highly recommend buying vehicles from West Bend Russ Darrow Toyota. Bob Burger is our sales representative and has been very supportive in making this purchase smooth & accommodating.

The oil change was fine. Not happy that they don t have the car wash available, but they could at least spray off the salt - part of the extended service I paid for (free car washes) Got in my car and the smell of gasoline, likely from the tech, was so strong I had to drive with the windows open for at least 5 miles and it was 32� out. Not AT ALL happy about that. I know my car wasn t perfectly clean but no use of anything to protect the interior either.

Purchasing your first car can be daunting. When browsing initially across other dealerships, I felt pressure and a bit of stress as the honesty & no pressure factors were not met. However, at Russ Darrow I had the complete opposite experience. Working with Ashton was needless to say comfortable and exciting experience. Not only did he speak honestly and walked me through my questions, he was kind, did not pressure me, and made the car shopping experience what it should be exciting!! If he did not know an answer to one of my questions he would ask a team member. Throughout the entirety of my experience with Russ Darrow, it truly showed the value of working together and putting customer service at the forefront of their work. Each individual I met provided me with the least amount of stress during this experience. Coming from a family where most vehicles have been purchased from one dealership, buying from a different one was something I was unsure of however, I am SO grateful I went with Russ Darrow and will continue to time and time again!!!

Great service department! I appreciate how they go above and beyond to help you! I especially appreciated how Seth Tearney stepped up to help me with a past serious issue with my truck and he also is very helpful with my regular service upkeep. Highly recommend this service department if you want great customer care!!

Keith knocked it out of the park on our recent insurance claim situation for our Highlander. I was out of town and he handled things wonderfully for my wife to make a bad situation turn out as well as could be. Worked with our insurance, and was patient and professional in helping her through the mess that they didn t create but handled it as if it were their own. We bought the suv from them in 2017, and they ve always taken care of things for us. Danny the GM there has a great team!Thanks Randy and Robin Abel

I had an unexpected flat tire today from hitting something on the highway. I called and spoke with Jeremiah and he was very kind and flexible to fit me in right away. He explained everything to me and went above and beyond to find me a new tire asap as I was far from home. He had me in and out within an hour and was very kind throughout the whole process.

Since Toyota Central Command had sent me repeated notices about having a recall seen to, I took the car in only to find there is no fix for the rexall as of yet. The techs still found a few things to attend to and did them while I waited and finished up in under an hour. What impressed me most about my visit was how the young men working there OPENED AND HELD THE DOORS for me. Its such a rare but appreciated courtesy, and shows a lot about the culture at RDT. Thank you for your good manners and efficient work!

No pressure sales. I worked with Matt who was knowledgeable and personable. He assisted in helping the car I wanted and made the effort in looking outside their inventory. Luckily I found what I wanted there and after a few test drives I own a new car. Very happy with my purchase and experience.

I have had my Toyota vehicle serviced here for the last 2 years. The service staff are always upfront regarding maintenance, any new or foreseeable issues and associated costs. They are also friendly every time I come in. The waiting area has plenty of room and is clean. At this time I see no reason to switch!

Having to wait 1.5 hours for a simple oil change is ridiculous. I never received a video showing all the work or suggestions by the tech.I normally go to the Russ Darrow Kia-Waukesha for my oil changes but happened to be in West Bend on that scheduled day and I will continue to go the Waukesha location. The service is 100% better. That...I will sit 1.5 hours for.Do better West Bend Russ Darrow service center

I made an appointment to get breaks fixed they told me at my last oil change appointment that they needed to be fixed, they never fixed my breaks I sat there for an hour and a half and then they told me they checked them. But never fixed them. I live an hour away so I spent 4 hours there and never got my breaks fixed, won't be back!!

Same day appointment for brakes and 100K mileage service. Quote over the phone for brakes Hundred$ less than a local shop. Thought it would take 1.5 days, done the same day! My Camry says Thanks!!

The service gentleman who checked in my vehicle was professional and helpful. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the female cashier completely ignored me for 15 minutes while I stood at the window as the only customer, patiently waiting for her to help me. She made eye contact several times but did not acknowledge me. When I got into my vehicle, the contents of my glove box including the air bag cover were all laying on my dash. I should have brought the vehicle back inside but I was so disgusted I left and had my husband put the air bag shield back on inside the glove box. This is a brand new vehicle guys! What the heck? Two stars for the check in. Otherwise zero stars for customer service.

The service writer was informative and helpful. But I came in for a tire rotation and said I had a low tire that needed to be filled and it wasn t filled. The low pressure indicator was on in my car. The right front tire was low when I brought my car in and it s now obvious that tire was moved to the right rear since that is low.Not happy I have to go back in to get it filled.

Replaced front brakes and all four tires. As I was driving home from the dealership, my check tire pressure light kept flashing. Nice work. Not. Best thing about this dealership is John the shuttle driver. Attentive and professional. Matt and Cole were great to work with! Very patient with our three active kids and stayed late to get the paperwork done so we could get out the door and back home (an hour away). We re very happy with our new (to us) Sienna. Highly recommend!

I have not experienced this much good customer service in a long long time. Not only did they work on my car but, they made sure I got a ride home with my 4 months old baby (so we don't have to wait for 2 hrs in the dealership's waiting room) AND they delivered my car to my house free of charge. The service took just as long as they told me it would take. Very professional group. I highly recommend!Service: Transmission

A little on slow side. Problem amounted to nothing more than center console button for towing pushed in Rotation of tires and a 15 minute schooling of how to set up favorites in navigation.Arrived 1:06 left 3:30.

The only thing l want to mention is that the service guy never called me by my name. I was there with a man who the service guy thanked for coming in using his name, but NOT Mine. The vehicle is mine and the card l used to pay was mine but no personal thank you to me, using my personal name explicitly, was offered.

All I had done was an oil change.Asked to have heated seat checked as it barely gets lukewarm, unlike my older auto (same model). Was told it's working as designed. So paid for a feature designed to be useless. Thanks Toyota for nothing. Have been a Toyota owner for about 35 years. Next auto will not be a Toyota.
